Hygienic: The atmosphere of the room is simple, the bathroom and sink are very clean, the public area can also see that there are always service staff cleaning, bathing utensils are all available. Environment: The homestay is next to the Golden Turtle Wharf, which is very convenient for visiting Yishui Lake, and you can also climb the observation deck in the homestay to see the lake view. Service: The staff is very caring, because I want to grill my own skewers, call in advance to help prepare the charcoal fire, dinner and breakfast are eaten at the homestay, the taste is very good, the aunt's handmade milk steamed buns are too fragrant, breakfast is also delivered to the room, the service can be said to be responsive, It is intimate and polite, and makes people feel comfortable. Because it was a staggered peak trip before Qingming, there were not many people overall, so it was very relaxing. Unfortunately, it just caught up with the strong wind. Yishui Lake was temporarily closed for a day and could not make a trip. Overall, I look forward to the next trip to Yishui Lake.

I specifically booked the Sofitel Xiong'an this time, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Since I was traveling with a child, I booked the 'Octonauts' themed room. The room was decorated with a playful, warm, and cute design, and my little one had an absolute blast. The room was clean and tidy, and most importantly, safety was a top priority with no sharp corners, so I didn't have to worry about bumps or scrapes. The bathroom was equipped with a step stool for the sink and a child's toilet seat – truly the ultimate for traveling with kids! The hotel's public areas were also clean and tidy, especially the swimming pool area on the 4th floor, which featured a constant-temperature children's pool with excellent water quality and no pungent chemical filter smell. We felt very safe and played for a long time. The restaurant was also very convenient, with a wide variety of breakfast options that tasted great. Furthermore, the hotel staff were attentive and thoughtful, proactively asking about our needs and being patient and meticulous. The service was very satisfying. One minor point: you might want to bring light clothing indoors as the room temperature was a bit high, and the windows seemed to be sealed. It would have been perfect if there was ventilation.

Our May Day trip with the little one was made so much better by Cheney from guest relations, who proactively added us on WeChat and provided excellent, thoughtful service. The hotel's facilities and environment are truly superb. We arrived at noon and didn't even leave the property. After my child woke up, we strolled around the grounds in the afternoon, then played for a bit at the Swan Castle Kids' Club. Dinner was at the buffet restaurant. Since this was our second time bringing the kids to Xiong'an, we knew that dining options can be limited and often involve long waits, so eating directly at the hotel was incredibly convenient this time. There are a couple of areas that could be improved, though: Firstly, the park doesn't separate pedestrians and vehicles, which is something to watch out for if you have young children, as cars generally drive quite fast. Secondly, the breakfast restaurant was set up in a large ballroom, which wasn't a great experience. I'm not sure if this was a temporary arrangement due to the high volume of guests during May Day, but it felt a bit out of place, almost like a company conference.

The lobby of the hotel looks very comfortable when I check in. The hotel also has free parking. The room is clean and the environment is good. Especially the front desk manager Wang's service is very considerate and there is welcome yogurt. It's good.

There is no price increase during the Qingming Festival. The room is large and the service is good. It is really very good. The location is very convenient for boating in Baiyangdian. The hotel has a swimming pool. There are not many hot spring pools, but the price is cheap and enough. The key is that there are not many people and parking is convenient. I gave my child breakfast, which was not bad.

With the family thinking about soaking in a hot spring a year ago, there are fewer people than the previous two years. Some of the public hot spring pools are not open. The room seems to be not hot spring water now. If the room can be soaked in private soup like before, it is better! Breakfast is OK, but partial! It is recommended to eat teppanyaki buffet, or small hot pot buffet, do not order Chinese food, there are few types, but also very slow, wait for 40 minutes! Service attitude is particularly good!
