The lobby is decorated in a simple yet stylish way, and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient with check-in. The hot water supply in the room was abundant and stable. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was excellent, offering great value for money. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

During check-in, due to differences in personal habits, I communicated with the staff to make a slight adjustment to the check-in conditions. The communication was very smooth, and the problem was resolved immediately. Upon check-out, different staff members repeatedly inquired whether I was satisfied with my stay. I really like their corporate culture; the staff are all responsible and patient. Compared to the mechanical communication or very negative service attitudes I've encountered before, this was very comfortable. If the quality of Atour hotels in different cities is consistent, I will prioritize Atour for future travels.

It comes on weekdays. The parking space is particularly rich. There is a small shopping mall a few hundred meters away. It takes ten minutes to drive. There is a halal beef cover cake. When I left, my pajamas fell in the hotel, and the service staff also helped to mail them back.

The room was very clean. We arrived a bit early and had to wait a while to check in, but the lady at the front desk gave my child a small toy to keep them entertained. There was also a building block table in the lobby. After checking in, we received complimentary fruit, and at checkout, we were given some snacks.

The service was very thoughtful. The front desk also upgraded the room from Block B to Block A. The room type was also very good. The interior was spacious and comfortable. Facilities: The facilities are excellent. We were upgraded to the 13th floor, which offered a perfect view of the sunset. The room had good soundproofing, was spacious, and the shower had strong water pressure, making it very comfortable. Environment: The hotel shares a location with Baoding Yan. The accommodation is upstairs, and there's dining downstairs with plenty of snacks and lively activities. Highly recommended! 🥰
