"The most outstanding thing about this hotel is the service. Everyone I met was greeted with a smile, the service was in place, and they gave me a little surprise from time to time. They tried their best to meet all the needs they raised. Thumbs up đ. The only thing was that the water in the bathtub was yellow, but after I raised the issue, the hotel's attitude was very correct, so it was over. The swimming pool will be opened tomorrow, and I missed it perfectly this time, which is a pity."

"I booked a suite and was very satisfied with my stay. I used to always stay in five-star hotels, but the service and amenities varied greatly from region to region, and I often encountered problems despite the high prices. Last time, I stayed at an Atour S in Lanzhou, which was cheaper and had facilities no worse than the five-star hotels I'd stayed at before.
The service was warm and convenient, especially suitable for the pace of young travelers. This time, my stay at the Atour in Baoding also left a very good impression.
During check-in, due to differences in personal habits, I communicated with the staff to make a slight adjustment to the check-in conditions. The communication was very smooth, and the problem was resolved immediately. Upon check-out, different staff members repeatedly inquired whether I was satisfied with my stay. I really like their corporate culture; the staff are all responsible and patient. Compared to the mechanical communication or very negative service attitudes I've encountered before, this was very comfortable. Service: The owners are incredibly helpful! It's a husband-and-wife business! The first time we went, we took the wrong route and got off at Yeshanpo. The owners picked us up in the middle of the night and took us to Bailixia! So touching! The owner even personally picked us up! Truly highly recommended! Rest assured, you won't be disappointed! Service is the most crucial factor!

GGuest UserIt's perfect for families with elderly members and children; it feels like home. The owners are very welcoming, and the wife is incredibly gentle and has an artistic flair. The courtyard is beautifully maintained, exuding a charming, artistic atmosphere. In the evenings, spring water boils around a bonfire, and everyone gathers around, sipping tea brewed by the owners and chatting contentedly. The children play hide-and-seek, swing on the swings, and watch the turtles and koi swimming in the pond. The kids especially love the incredibly good-natured Labrador Retriever; you can pet it freely without it getting angry. The rooms are also very clean, and they thoughtfully provide disposable toilet seat covers. We plan to go back in the fall.

From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and genuine hospitality. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive.
The hotel also provides a complimentary fruit platter, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. The room is well equipped with a capsule coffee machine, and there is even a washing machine inside the room, making the stay especially convenient for families and longer visits.
Another major highlight is the room layout. In addition to the bedroom, there is a separate small living area. This design is a big plus â my husband can watch TV or work in the living space without disturbing my rest, which greatly enhances comfort and privacy.
Overall, whether it was the attention to detail at the front desk, the comfort and quality of the accommodation, or the excellent food and beverage service, this hotel truly delivered on all fronts. Itâs absolutely an ideal choice for business or families traveling with children, and we would highly recommend Citadines to anyone visiting Baoding.

Uuljjatxa121I stayed for two nights during the Qingming Festival, and the service was excellent. After booking, a butler contacted me to register my car plate number and other details. The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to a mall with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. It's also just a few kilometers' drive from Xiong'an Xinma Forest Park. Let's talk about the facilities first: I went with my child, and there's a playground in B1. They even added an extra 'naughty castle' during the holiday, which my child absolutely loved. The children's play area is quite small, really only suitable for one to two-year-olds to play in briefly. The two building block tables had a limited number of toys, so I'd suggest adding more. There are also some electronic entertainment facilities that require tokens to play. There are two heated children's pools, but they are a bit small. I wouldn't recommend going if it's crowded, as it would be like 'dumplings in a pot.'
Next, breakfast: if you go around 9 AM, you'll have to queue for about 15 minutes, but they opened two restaurants, so the efficiency was still decent. I only had breakfast at the Chinese restaurant. The variety wasn't extensive, and the taste was average, but it was sufficient.
Finally, the rooms: we stayed on the 8th floor and booked two rooms. One of them still had a bit of a new renovation smell. After I mentioned it to the butler, they promptly brought an air purifier and even a fruit plate as an apology. Anyway, the service was quite reassuring. I'll definitely stay here again when the weather gets warmer.

The overall environment is clean and tidy, the decoration is simple and modern, and the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. The room was cleaned very clean, the facilities were complete, the air conditioning, network, and hydropower were stable. The bed was very comfortable and I slept until dawn. The front desk service is patient and meticulous, and the check-in is fast and efficient. The corridor is quiet, the sound insulation effect is good, and it does not affect the rest at all. The location of the hotel is good, the travel is convenient, and the surrounding life is convenient. The price is super high, the service is intimate, the health is in place, I will choose here next time, I really recommend it to everyone!

I've stayed in almost 12 different hotels in my extensive travels across China and in general, hotel personnel attitudes tend to be cold, formal and impersonal. But staff at this hotel....from front desk, to restaurant and cleaning staff are very personable, warm and friendly. The ladies at the front desk are super sweet, kind, friendly and helpful. The lady that checked me in was very nice. Another front desk lady (she told me not to mention her name) went out of her way to spend hours on the phone and online to help me resolve some serious online order logistics issues because I don't speak Chinese. If I was looking for a Chinese wife, I woulda sly slid a wedding ring on her finger before she knows what hit her đđ

It is extremely modern and comfortable and has a very convenient location in the center of Baoding. Xiao Li at the front desk was great in helping me check in! It is honestly unbelievable that such a great hotel is available at such a low price point! At first I thought it was too good to be true but it lives up to the pictures and all the amenities promised online!

What needs to be complained is still the breakfast. Although it is included, there is nothing left when I went there at 8 o'clock. There are only a few pickles and two cold dishes, which are also the bottom, and there is no staple food. After everyone's strong reaction, some quick-frozen bean buns came up, which were all cold and not heated through, and they had to be snatched. And there were no basic eggs, at least one per person, and the waiter said we didn't have eggs.
The restaurant waiter said that there were too many people and the food couldn't be cooked, but how many people stayed every day and the front desk didn't communicate, don't they know how many people eat?
