"The room was clean, the service was excellent, and you could check in 4 hours early. The bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had strong water flow, which was a pleasant experience. However, this room type has an open bathroom, so if you mind, you can choose a different room type. The soundproofing was average; you could faintly hear the music from the bar at night, not loud but audible. The breakfast was varied and the children loved it. Overall, it was a good stay. It's very close to the Paleozoological Museum, a 5-minute drive away."

"My stay at this hotel was a spontaneous decision after my previous hotel in Baoding, where I had spent the past two days, didn't meet the four-star standards I expected in terms of environment and facilities. I'm glad I switched to Hampton by Hilton. The front desk service was efficient, and the facilities and overall environment were consistent with Hampton's usual high standards, which I was very pleased with. The breakfast was also excellent and offered a good variety. Since my high-speed train was scheduled for later in the afternoon, I spoke with the front desk and was granted a late check-out, which I really appreciated. The hotel is located in the High-tech Zone, surrounded by many large shopping malls, making it incredibly convenient for dining, accommodation, and transportation. I highly recommend staying here. My only minor complaint is about the gate at the hotel entrance; taxis aren't allowed to drive directly to the main lobby door. This means you have to walk a bit with your luggage to the gate to get in and out of the car, which is a bit inconvenient."

"A very satisfying stay! Check-in was quick, the room was comfortable, the environment was good, and the room was clean and satisfactory. Especially Anaia at the front desk was very enthusiastic. I took the initiative to add her on WeChat when I checked in so I could contact her if I had any questions. Her service attitude was very good. I give it a thumbs up. Parking and access are very convenient. There is a shopping mall nearby. The gym in the hotel is also OK, as well as the swimming pool and breakfast. Overall, it is very comfortable. "The hotel staffs are very helpful and professional. The most pity thing is a breakfast. When I visited the restaurant, there were so many people there. So, retuned to the room, and revisited the restaurant after 9:00. What I was so surprised is that many restaurant staffs are trying to prepare to close the restaurant after 9:30 even though there are still many guests in the restaurant. Many of the foods are already run out or cleaned out of the restaurant. It was really uncomfortable even though they mentioned that the restaurant is available until 10:00. I had to eat breakfast so in a hurry to help them clean up the restaurant. I hope they start the process of closing the restaurant after all the guests have left the restaurant."

"The room was very clean. We arrived a bit early and had to wait a while to check in, but the lady at the front desk gave my child a small toy to keep them entertained. There was also a building block table in the lobby. After checking in, we received complimentary fruit, and at checkout, we were given some snacks."

The staff us very helpful and friendly. I stayed on the 23th floor with amazing view of a park. Breakfast is great with lots of choices. GGuest UserDuring the May Day holiday, my family went to Xiong'an for a trip. We arrived smoothly in 2 hours from Beijing. The check-in time was a bit long due to the full occupancy rate during the holiday, but the staff were fully cooperative and finally lived in the Little Prince theme suite that the children liked.
Facilities: The room is spacious and bright, fully equipped with a small tent, electronic piano, dolls, and drawing boards. Even if you don't leave the hotel, the children can play for half a day. It is strongly recommended to bring children to stay in a parent-child theme room.
Hygiene: Equipped with a full set of Little Prince toiletries and towels, the sheets and quilts are clean and tidy. Staying for two nights, the room cleaning on the second day was also very timely and in place, and the room was cleaned and tidy.
Environment: The hotel is very convenient to the Eye of Xiong'an, the Convention and Exhibition Center, and Yuerong Park. The room has light and dark adjustment, which is very friendly for babies to take a nap.
Service: Very satisfied! A few days before check-in, the hotel staff contacted in advance and informed us of very detailed travel strategies and precautions. Any problems during the stay were solved in time. When I met the hotel staff, they were all smiling, making the guests feel at home!
Of course, there are also shortcomings. There are many guests in the hotel during the holidays, and the waiting time for check-in is a bit long, which is a bit difficult for babies who want to take a nap. However, because the suite comes with afternoon tea for two, we waited in the lobby bar to ease some of the pressure. The windows in the room need to be told to open by the staff. There is a bit of smell in the room, but opening the window for ventilation and adding an air purifier alleviates it a little. There is a queue during the peak period of the breakfast buffet. Another thing is that for electric car owners, there is no charging pile equipment in the hotel basement, which is not very convenient.
Overall, it was a very satisfactory stay experience, and I would recommend friends who come to Xiong'an to choose Sofitel Hotel.

BBig FheezohI'm a business tourist from the USA, stayed at this hotel almost 2 weeks and they all made me feel at home. This hotel excels in customer service...and I don't say that lightly. I've stayed in almost 12 different hotels in my extensive travels across China and in general, hotel personnel attitudes tend to be cold, formal and impersonal. But staff at this hotel....from front desk, to restaurant and cleaning staff are very personable, warm and friendly. The ladies at the front desk are super sweet, kind, friendly and helpful. The lady that checked me in was very nice. Another front desk lady (she told me not to mention her name) went out of her way to spend hours on the phone and online to help me resolve some serious online order logistics issues because I don't speak Chinese. If I was looking for a Chinese wife, I woulda sly slid a wedding ring on her finger before she knows what hit her 😜😂
I sure 'nuff enjoyed my stay....and heck yeah I'll be back!!!

One thing management need to focus on:
1- smoking is everywhere almost although they have displayed the sign ,”no smoking “ but no one care even hotel staff as well especially breakfast time staff also does smoking which gives me anxiety and sickness as a non smoker . In rooms people are smoking as well. It’s very good hotel but no following the rules non smoking . Next to the hotel is halal restaurant is available as well for lunch and dinner. Important thing they have prayer room as well.

DD20891****It exceeded my expectations. This newly opened B&B has facilities comparable to a 4.5-star hotel with everything you need. Because it was the off-season, the owner upgraded us to a lake view room. The terrace faces Yishui Lake, and there is an infinity pool in summer. The view is great. The homestay has a billiard room, a table tennis room, a KTV, a naughty castle for children to play, etc., and a dopamine courtyard, which is perfect for a family weekend vacation. The boss was also very nice. We wanted to buy some mineral water but he gave us a lot instead. It was a very satisfying vacation. It was quiet, not crowded, and the stray cats around were quite friendly. It is a Feng Shui treasure land with simple folk customs. Summer will come again.

What needs to be complained is still the breakfast. Although it is included, there is nothing left when I went there at 8 o'clock.
