Nice hotel,
However the Room Service Menu which was supposed to have western items did not.
On asking the question why was told that the restaurant was Chinese and was unable to produce any simple Western dishes.
Hotel employees were all very helpful.

Front desk deserved to be mentioned in this review since they were super friendly and took care of my problems easily and always in a good mood (I believe their name are Cris and Carol). On top of that, I’ve received a gift when I checked-in. The hotel is modern, super clean and close to Baoding East station. My room was flawless and breakfast is a must have. Thanks to all the staff.

I am very satisfied with the room. The Chinese restaurant on the fifth floor is great. Sophia’s service is excellent. I will stay at the Hilton next time I come to Baoding.
