JjiajiaThe room was clean and tidy, quiet, the front desk lady was warm and thoughtful, the breakfast variety was relatively complete, the delicious (forgot to take pictures) there was an underground parking lot, parking was convenient.

@@foodtravelnlife at YouTubeThe hotel was amazing that's the reason I stayed for 3 days but 1 major issue the toilet and bathroom didn't had latch from inside so if I am solo it's fine I am couple it's again fine but what friends or business partner how will they manage that's the problem i saw apart from that everything was amazing and specially the staff were very very helpful
Special Thanks to Mr. Guo zihan who was very helpful and always ready to serve whatever he can do inspite the language barrier they were really amazing people .

PPauOHanlonI believe my friends and I spent Christmas eve here. Being an exchange student from England, far from home, and my friends and classmates from Latvia and Cambodia, we needed somewhere homely and comfortable to stay. This place was exactly what we needed.
We stayed here for one night in the middle of winter as part of our road trip from Beijing to Wutaishan, following the sections of the Great Wall. We turned up after dark, we were welcomed with a big smile and slept with ease after the long drive.
In the morning I woke up early, found a spot in the courtyard garden and opened my Christmass cards. The owners dog immediately rolled over to be petted and for the next hour I had good company, drank tea and enjoyed the peace.
The owners awoke to find me outside, probably thought I was a ****** and so, immediately lit their fire in the garden. They saw me drinking tea so got the iron kettle boiling over the heat of the flames. My mates awoke to this and joined me and the boss by the fire. The outside temperature was negative, but we were warm, happy and ready for the day ahead - exploring Baishishan. The boss also showed us his great tea collection.
I want to thank the owners for a short but great stay and I highly recommend. I would like to come back in spring to see their courtyard in full bloom.

The location is excellent; the night market is to the right of the exit, and the entrance to Bailixia Gorge is to the left. There are many restaurants nearby. The early morning meal is all-you-can-eat for 10 yuan, super affordable!

BBig FheezohI'm a business tourist from the USA, stayed at this hotel almost 2 weeks and they all made me feel at home. This hotel excels in customer service...and I don't say that lightly. I've stayed in almost 12 different hotels in my extensive travels across China and in general, hotel personnel attitudes tend to be cold, formal and impersonal. But staff at this hotel....from front desk, to restaurant and cleaning staff are very personable, warm and friendly. The ladies at the front desk are super sweet, kind, friendly and helpful. The lady that checked me in was very nice. Another front desk lady (she told me not to mention her name) went out of her way to spend hours on the phone and online to help me resolve some serious online order logistics issues because I don't speak Chinese. If I was looking for a Chinese wife, I woulda sly slid a wedding ring on her finger before she knows what hit her 😜😂
I sure 'nuff enjoyed my stay....and heck yeah I'll be back!!!

GGuest UserThe bathroom was cleaned very clean, the cups were not water stains and floating hair, and the sanitary details were particularly in place. Smart facilities are very easy to use, Xiao Ai can control the lights, curtains and air conditioning, you can adjust to a comfortable state without getting out of bed, the negative ion hair dryer has a large air volume, and every configuration is poked at the demand point. The mattress is moderately firm, the air conditioner is not noisy, and the USB charging port at the bedside is also very practical. The staff is very good at serving and very enthusiastic. They also help us recommend where to be fun. The location is also very dominant. It is about 50 meters away from the Gulou Street. It is especially convenient to go anywhere.
