Great value for money! The price is affordable, but the quality isn't compromised. The room was clean, tidy, well-ventilated, and odor-free. The front desk staff were very helpful and tried their best to accommodate all requests, truly making us feel at home. Overall, a really good stay.

I arrived a little late, but the elder brother was still enthusiastic to receive me and help me check in. He was very enthusiastic and warm. The gentle elder brother was like a family member. The accommodation environment was also very good. I am usually too lazy to write reviews, but after staying here for one night, I really felt considerate and warm. Good review 👍! Parking is convenient, the rooms are clean, and the location is excellent—close to everything you need to explore, including most of Baoding's major attractions, all within walking distance. The front desk is also very efficient and organized. It's very suitable for road trips. However, the breakfast is absolutely terrible. Don't go there! It's not just a problem with the variety of dishes; the staff's hygiene is appalling. On March 7th, I personally witnessed the woman cooking noodles standing in front of the counter spitting and blowing her nose directly into the running water trough next to the pot! An old man in the kitchen was sneezing in the preparation area! Breakfast is probably outsourced to someone with connections; the selection is pitifully small, and the staff clearly don't want to serve you. The so-called ”zhao bing” (a type of flatbread) is just for show. They'll pretend it doesn't exist unless you ask! There are great breakfast shops just a few dozen meters away where you can get a very good meal for ten yuan!

The room was clean and in a great location, close to most of Baoding's attractions, all within walking distance. To get a taxi, you need to walk out of the hotel parking lot and wait on the roadside. The room is on a lower floor, so it was a bit noisy. A card is required to go upstairs, but security was okay. The room window was a little drafty, but thankfully the curtains were thick. Breakfast was satisfying. The front desk allowed a late check-out, thank you. Overall, good value for money.

This hotel absolutely deserves a five-star rating! The environment is exceptionally nice, with soft, non-glaring lighting in the hallways. The rooms offer a fantastic view, and the windows are quite large. The facilities are comprehensive, including Wi-Fi, a laundry room, and a gym (though you need a card to enter). Cleanliness is also good; the tables are spotless, and the towels and bath towels are soft and reassuring. The service is incredibly attentive; the receptionist is super patient and always has a smile on her face – so comforting!

The Modern Crystal Hotel of Baoding is an absolute gem and I definitely recommend staying here when you come to Baoding. It is extremely modern and comfortable and has a very convenient location in the center of Baoding. Xiao Li at the front desk was great in helping me check in! It is honestly unbelievable that such a great hotel is available at such a low price point! At first I thought it was too good to be true but it lives up to the pictures and all the amenities promised online!

The service did not reach the expectations. As the description said, we can leave the baggages with the hotel. And when we asked, she just said that we can just leave our bags by the couch, with the not-a-service mind. The second front person we encountered was just a tiny bit better. So we had to go outside and pay for the bag deposit. The cleanliness is another problem. The floor inside the room was so sticky, to the point that we needed to wear the slippers all the time. We didn’t want to bother the receptionist so we had to endure that issue. We also requested the non-smoking room but we got the one filled of smoking smell.

理位置絕佳，出門步行就有不少飯店和便利店。公共區域乾淨敞亮，客房打掃用心，床單被罩乾淨蓬鬆，衞生間無異味積水。房間通風很好，空氣乾爽，隔音做得不錯，晚上聽不到嘈雜聲音。熱水隨開隨出，無線網穩定流暢。前台待人彬彬有禮，辦理入住迅速，收費明碼標價沒有額外收費。價格親民，整體入住體驗舒心，下次路過還會選擇入住。

This hotel stay really exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. Check-in was super fast, and they thoughtfully recommended local eateries and sightseeing routes. The room's cleanliness was top-notch; the sheets and duvet were spotless and odor-free, and the sink and bathroom were immaculate. It also had great natural light, and opening the curtains revealed a wide-open street view. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept wonderfully at night, completely undisturbed by outside noise. When checking out, the staff even proactively helped me with my luggage. The attention to detail in their service was outstanding. Next time I'm in this city, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

After we decided to visit Baoding for the National Day holiday, I quickly booked our accommodation. After comparing several options, I chose this hotel because it's within walking distance to attractions like the Zhili Governor's Office. I booked it quite far in advance, so the price was really good (it went up later, so glad I snagged it early!). The room was very spacious. When we checked in, I asked about the buffet breakfast and decided to purchase it for both days since the discounted price was reasonable. It turned out to be a really satisfying buffet. We ran out of the complimentary bottled water in the room and could ask the front desk for more, which we did many times. In fact, we even filled up the hotel's provided water bottles with boiled water to take with us when we went out. This hotel definitely deserves a great review!
