Great value for money! The price is affordable, but the quality isn't compromised. The room was clean, tidy, well-ventilated, and odor-free. The front desk staff were very helpful and tried their best to accommodate all requests, truly making us feel at home. Overall, a really good stay.

I arrived a little late, but the elder brother was still enthusiastic to receive me and help me check in. He was very enthusiastic and warm. The gentle elder brother was like a family member. Parking is convenient, the rooms are clean, and the location is excellent—close to everything you need to explore, including most of Baoding's major attractions, all within walking distance. The front desk is also very efficient and organized. It's very suitable for road trips. However, the breakfast is absolutely terrible. Don't go there! It's not just a problem with the variety of dishes; the staff's hygiene is appalling. On March 7th, I personally witnessed the woman cooking noodles standing in front of the counter spitting and blowing her nose directly into the running water trough next to the pot! An old man in the kitchen was sneezing in the preparation area! Breakfast is probably outsourced to someone with connections; the selection is pitifully small, and the staff clearly don't want to serve you. The so-called ”zhao bing” (a type of flatbread) is just for show. They'll pretend it doesn't exist unless you ask! There are great breakfast shops just a few dozen meters away where you can get a very good meal for ten yuan!

The room was clean and in a great location, close to most of Baoding's attractions, all within walking distance. To get a taxi, you need to walk out of the hotel parking lot and wait on the roadside. The room is on a lower floor, so it was a bit noisy. A card is required to go upstairs, but security was okay. The room window was a little drafty, but thankfully the curtains were thick. Breakfast was satisfying. The front desk allowed a late check-out, thank you. Overall, good value for money.

After we decided to visit Baoding for the National Day holiday, I quickly booked our accommodation. After comparing several options, I chose this hotel because it's within walking distance to attractions like the Zhili Governor's Office. I booked it quite far in advance, so the price was really good (it went up later, so glad I snagged it early!). The room was very spacious. When we checked in, I asked about the buffet breakfast and decided to purchase it for both days since the discounted price was reasonable. It turned out to be a really satisfying buffet. We ran out of the complimentary bottled water in the room and could ask the front desk for more, which we did many times. In fact, we even filled up the hotel's provided water bottles with boiled water to take with us when we went out. This hotel definitely deserves a great review!

The service did not reach the expectations. As the description said, we can leave the baggages with the hotel. And when we asked, she just said that we can just leave our bags by the couch, with the not-a-service mind. The second front person we encountered was just a tiny bit better. So we had to go outside and pay for the bag deposit. The cleanliness is another problem. The floor inside the room was so sticky, to the point that we needed to wear the slippers all the time. We didn’t want to bother the receptionist so we had to endure that issue. We also requested the non-smoking room but we got the one filled of smoking smell.

This hotel is very comfortable as a whole, the location is excellent, and it is very convenient to travel by taxi and shopping. The whole house is very meticulously cleaned, the rooms are clean and bright, the bedding is clean and soft, and the bathroom has no water and odor. The soundproofing effect of the room is good, the night environment is quiet, the hot water and the network are stable throughout the whole process. The staff is warm and thoughtful, the procedures are efficient, and the price is very real. It is a good choice for travel and accommodation.

The hotel environment is very good, clean, the service staff is very polite, the breakfast is rich, the distance from the surrounding attractions is very close, there are many supermarkets around, and the travel is very convenient.

This hotel absolutely deserves a five-star rating! The environment is exceptionally nice, with soft, non-glaring lighting in the hallways. The rooms offer a fantastic view, and the windows are quite large. The facilities are comprehensive, including Wi-Fi, a laundry room, and a gym (though you need a card to enter). Cleanliness is also good; the tables are spotless, and the towels and bath towels are soft and reassuring. The service is incredibly attentive; the receptionist is super patient and always has a smile on her face – so comforting!
