The price during the Chinese New Year is completely unimagined at a high premium. It may be because it is not a tourist city, but it is precisely because there are fewer bustling people. The living is very quiet and comfortable. The sanitation and cleaning are reassuring and comfortable. The environment is quiet and advanced. This price of living in orange crystal in the tourist city really dare not think, the hand-made coffee in the room, the warm lighting, the essential oil aroma on the bedside, all show the details of the brand. Snack gift bag was sent when checking out. The only thing that needs to be improved is that the type of breakfast can be increased. The heating is too sufficient, I have to open the window to sleep at night, haha 😃

This hotel is quite close to Baoding East Station, and it's also very convenient to take a taxi or bus from the hotel to the city center. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Although some of the facilities are a bit old, the cleanliness and service are excellent. They even provide complimentary fruits and drinks. The breakfast offers a good variety, with both Chinese and Western options, as well as some local specialty snacks. I particularly appreciate that the front desk offered complimentary cookies and warm bottled water when I checked out, and even asked if I needed a ride to the high-speed rail station.

Stayed here for a business trip, and overall, it was an excellent experience. The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation, which saved me a lot of time and effort for meetings and getting around. The room facilities were comprehensive, new, and ran smoothly, and the cleanliness was meticulous. The service was professional and efficient; check-in was quick, and any requests were handled promptly. The breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection and tasted good, perfect for business travelers needing a quick and satisfying meal. Both the hardware facilities and the human-centric service were top-notch. It's definitely my first choice for business travel and worth coming back to.

I specifically booked the Sofitel Xiong'an this time, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Since I was traveling with a child, I booked the 'Octonauts' themed room. The room was decorated with a playful, warm, and cute design, and my little one had an absolute blast. The room was clean and tidy, and most importantly, safety was a top priority with no sharp corners, so I didn't have to worry about bumps or scrapes. The bathroom was equipped with a step stool for the sink and a child's toilet seat – truly the ultimate for traveling with kids! The hotel's public areas were also clean and tidy, especially the swimming pool area on the 4th floor, which featured a constant-temperature children's pool with excellent water quality and no pungent chemical filter smell. We felt very safe and played for a long time. The restaurant was also very convenient, with a wide variety of breakfast options that tasted great. Furthermore, the hotel staff were attentive and thoughtful, proactively asking about our needs and being patient and meticulous. The service was very satisfying. One minor point: you might want to bring light clothing indoors as the room temperature was a bit high, and the windows seemed to be sealed. It would have been perfect if there was ventilation.

Everting is good ,1st time I came into China as a Muslim business man, I found this hotel have HALAL food options in a breakfast as well, location near to all my required factories. One thing management need to focus on: 1- smoking is everywhere almost although they have displayed the sign ,”no smoking “ but no one care even hotel staff as well especially breakfast time staff also does smoking which gives me anxiety and sickness as a non smoker . In rooms people are smoking as well. It’s very good hotel but no following the rules non smoking . Next to the hotel is halal restaurant is available as well for lunch and dinner. Important thing they have prayer room as well.

I believe my friends and I spent Christmas eve here. Being an exchange student from England, far from home, and my friends and classmates from Latvia and Cambodia, we needed somewhere homely and comfortable to stay. This place was exactly what we needed. We stayed here for one night in the middle of winter as part of our road trip from Beijing to Wutaishan, following the sections of the Great Wall. We turned up after dark, we were welcomed with a big smile and slept with ease after the long drive. In the morning I woke up early, found a spot in the courtyard garden and opened my Christmass cards. The owners dog immediately rolled over to be petted and for the next hour I had good company, drank tea and enjoyed the peace. The owners awoke to find me outside, probably thought I was a ****** and so, immediately lit their fire in the garden. They saw me drinking tea so got the iron kettle boiling over the heat of the flames. My mates awoke to this and joined me and the boss by the fire. The outside temperature was negative, but we were warm, happy and ready for the day ahead - exploring Baishishan. The boss also showed us his great tea collection. I want to thank the owners for a short but great stay and I highly recommend. I would like to come back in spring to see their courtyard in full bloom.

The hotel also provides a complimentary fruit platter, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. The room is well equipped with a capsule coffee machine, and there is even a washing machine inside the room, making the stay especially convenient for families and longer visits. Another major highlight is the room layout. In addition to the bedroom, there is a separate small living area. This design is a big plus — my husband can watch TV or work in the living space without disturbing my rest, which greatly enhances comfort and privacy. Overall, whether it was the attention to detail at the front desk, the comfort and quality of the accommodation, or the excellent food and beverage service, this hotel truly delivered on all fronts. It’s absolutely an ideal choice for business or families traveling with children, and we would highly recommend Citadines to anyone visiting Baoding.

Xiong'an Luyating Hotel (Xiong'an New District Rongcheng Aowei Road Branch) is fully equipped and the robot delivery is super cute! Clean and tidy, warm and thoughtful service! Fruits, tea and mineral water are also prepared at the front desk! The location of the hotel is opposite the county government, and the Huiyou Shopping Plaza is to the east. It is super convenient for eating and shopping! Parking is available in the front door and backyard of the hotel, which is really convenient for us to drive by ourselves! Especially the hotel's breakfast is too rich, hot dishes, cold dishes, egg sausage, porridge, milk, etc., very delicious 😄 I will stay here next time I come to Xiong'an!

I'm a business tourist from the USA, stayed at this hotel almost 2 weeks and they all made me feel at home. This hotel excels in customer service...and I don't say that lightly. I've stayed in almost 12 different hotels in my extensive travels across China and in general, hotel personnel attitudes tend to be cold, formal and impersonal. But staff at this hotel....from front desk, to restaurant and cleaning staff are very personable, warm and friendly. The ladies at the front desk are super sweet, kind, friendly and helpful. The lady that checked me in was very nice. Another front desk lady (she told me not to mention her name) went out of her way to spend hours on the phone and online to help me resolve some serious online order logistics issues because I don't speak Chinese. If I was looking for a Chinese wife, I woulda sly slid a wedding ring on her finger before she knows what hit her 😜😂 I sure 'nuff enjoyed my stay....and heck yeah I'll be back!!!

Facilities: The room is big enough, a luxurious room from 15 years ago, with old and outdated facilities. Service: The service is OK Hygiene: Average, the noodles are OK What needs to be complained is still the breakfast. Although it is included, there is nothing left when I went there at 8 o'clock. There are only a few pickles and two cold dishes, which are also the bottom, and there is no staple food. After everyone's strong reaction, some quick-frozen bean buns came up, which were all cold and not heated through, and they had to be snatched. And there were no basic eggs, at least one per person, and the waiter said we didn't have eggs. The restaurant waiter said that there were too many people and the food couldn't be cooked, but how many people stayed every day and the front desk didn't communicate, don't they know how many people eat? Free bathing is not bad!
