Floral Hotel・East Shinsaibashi

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Shinsaibashi, surrounded by various restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores. It's also a 15-minute walk to Nihonbashi subway station, from where you can reach Kansai Airport with one transfer.

The hotel was really easy to find! The room was clean, and it had everything you'd expect: shower, bathtub, fridge, TV, etc. All the facilities were great. The price was quite reasonable too. It's super close to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, about a ten-minute walk to both. The train station is also around ten minutes away. The service was excellent, and most of the front desk staff were Chinese. A special shout-out to Xiaobaitu (Little White Rabbit) on the night shift! She was incredibly nice, warm, and gentle, and helped us out multiple times. A huge thank you to her! (´▽｀)!!!

I was absolutely disgusted by this hotel, 😡🤬 it was a complete nightmare from start to finish. A total waste of money and an incredibly unpleasant experience. I strongly advise everyone to avoid it! My frustration began the moment I stepped up to the front desk. There was no one there to check me in initially, and when staff finally emerged after being called, they were slowly strolling out while chatting – utterly unprofessional and showing no regard for guests. My first impression was terrible. Walking into the room, I practically broke down on the spot. As soon as I opened the door, there was a strong, pungent musty smell that made it impossible to breathe. 😓 The walls were covered in stains, clearly indicating that the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a long time.😭😭 There was hair and 'unidentifiable hair' everywhere on the floor; it was so gross to even step on! And it smelled like stinky feet!!! 🤬🤬🤬 The bedside table had a layer of dust so thick I dared not touch it. But the most horrifying part was the bedding... there were suspicious vomit-like stains on the duvet, and the sheets had greasy stains. It made me not want to go near the bed – who could possibly sleep there?! The Wi-Fi was also constantly cutting out and very slow! The bathroom was an absolute disaster zone: The floor was covered in water stains, and the shower curtain was yellow and black, just looking at it made me sick. The toilet seat was filthy... absolutely no disinfection or cleaning done. There was grime and dirt everywhere that hadn't been cleaned, the hygiene standards were unbelievably bad. And the facilities were just as terrible: The air conditioner panel was open, and when it was running, it made an incredibly loud noise, making it impossible to rest. The inside of the refrigerator had yellow liquid and unidentifiable stains... so disgusting 🤢 and it kept making strange hissing noises, keeping me awake all night. I paid good money only to stay in a room full of stains, a pungent musty smell, hair everywhere, and broken facilities. On top of that, the front desk was unprofessional. Both the service and hygiene were a complete collapse, absolutely no standards whatsoever. This is the dirtiest, most disgusting, and most unprofessional hotel I have ever stayed at through Ctrip. I genuinely advise everyone not to fall into this trap; you'll regret it if you stay here!

The hotel's location is fine, I visited in mid-March, but the interior is too old. The wallpaper is peeling, and the hallway felt drafty from all sides. The air conditioning was blowing but didn't heat up the room. The bathroom was tiny, and the bathtub was so small I couldn't even turn around. I caught a cold after staying one night. Avoid this place.

The room was quite clean and a decent size, though the bathroom was on the smaller side. However, it was perfectly functional – everything you need in a compact space. There are plenty of convenience stores nearby, including a FamilyMart right downstairs. The subway station is about 700 meters away, less than a 10-minute walk, which is great. It's a good option if you're traveling solo or with family. The front desk staff included a Chinese lady, which made communication very easy. It seems like quite a few Chinese guests stay here.

The hotel's location is excellent, the environment is clean and quiet, and the service is thoughtful and meticulous. The room is spacious and bright, with complete and functional facilities. It offers superb value for money. I was very satisfied with my stay and highly recommend it!
