"The location is undeniably lively and perfect for first-time visitors to Japan or Osaka. It's super convenient for transport, with popular spots like Kuromon Market, Shinsaibashi, and Dotonbori just a few minutes' walk away. There's a convenience store right downstairs, and plenty of restaurants, eateries, and izakayas in the vicinity. The hotel front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff are mostly Southeast Asian, and they can communicate in both Japanese and English. Overall, the facilities and environment were fine during our three-night stay, but the cleaning service was unlike anything I've encountered in Japan before. There wasn't a magnetic 'please clean' sign to put on the door for room service or linen changes. I had to go to the front desk to specifically ask for cleaning, and they replied that they just replace towels and empty bins daily at 11 AM. And that's exactly what happened – there was no further cleaning, and the bedspread wasn't tidied. This is something I really wasn't happy with."

"Upon entering the hotel, the staff warmly welcomed us and helped us check in. The overall impression was great, and the room was very clean. Although there was a bit of a language barrier, the front desk staff used pictures to communicate with us, which was a very thoughtful touch. It was a wonderful experience, and the hotel is also very close to the subway station, making it super convenient for getting around."

"Location is just perfect. Easy access to lots of places of interest like dotonbori, Kuromon Market, takashiMaya, .... You may walk for around 30 to 40 minutes OR just ride on the MRT named Shin-Imamaya. From Shin-Imamaya, must exit East to reach the hotel. West exit do not provide elevator. Need to walk up and down with MANY MANY ten steps of staircase Abeno Q's Mall, Mio and Kintetsu department is located 1 km away. Tsusentaku towel is 200 m away. Donki Quijote is 400 m away Spa world is 100 m away. Best location in Osaka. The only complaint is the breakfast. I would not say they provided lots of food but sufficient in Japanese style food which I like. Western food is really really limited. Must take the breakfast before 9 am. Even though last order is 9.30 am but after 9 am food will not be topped up if they are running out. So you have very limited choices after 9 am. The breakfast cost 2000 yen. Not suggest to take their breakfast if not in the accomodations package. Overall satisfied."

"Overall, my stay at Welina Hotel Premier Nakanoshima East was good and comfortable 🏨✨ The hotel was very clean, and everything felt well organized and maintained 🧹🌿 The location was also very convenient, making it easy to move around Osaka and reach different attractions 📍🚶♀️ The facilities were good, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and pleasant 😊✨ When I arrived around noon, there was no one at the reception for about 30 minutes, which was a bit uncomfortable after a long trip ⏰ After someone arrived, I was told that early check in was not possible and I had to wait until 3 PM. It would have been nicer if there was a little more flexibility in this situation 🙏 Also, inside the room there were only two bottles of water provided, but no tea or coffee, which was slightly disappointing ☕🚫 That said, overall it was still a good stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location, and I would still consider it a good option for travelers visiting Osaka 🌿🏨✨"

"The location is excellent and very convenient, though the room is a bit small – a common characteristic of Japanese hotels. However, they offer two cleaning options: the 'simple' mode is indeed very basic. The toiletries provided are Kao, not Pola."

"It is a new and modern hotel with soft and soothing ambience, that is also very functional, and efficient. There is automation for registration and departure process, self-operated coin laundry machines secured with your own pin codes, and a spacious and beautiful hot bath serviced by timed fresh cold water let into each bath area regularly. Still, the human service is not neglected in the hotel. The lifts will always stop at the 4th floor where the reception is, and during the day, there will always be a staff standing there to greet you with a smile, or in case you require any assistance. The cheery breakfast team at the restaurant has been very diligent and despite they may be super busy, they make sure they maintain top-notch service standards and sometimes go above and beyond to make sure the diners are comfortable. The reception team is also very competent and quick-witted. Both requests we made via the phone from our rooms were received within 10-15mins. Our request to deliver our luggage were also processed swiftly and hassle-free. We told them our dates, flight number and our room number and they were able to complete the delivery form for us with our details in their records. Despite having many guests wanting to approach them at the same time, they are still able to provide very personalised service to each and every one. Very impressive. Lastly, the hotel provides unlimited free skin care and hair products such as facial serum, moisturiser, masks etc and you could take them freely from the reception and bath area. You could also choose from an unlimited selection of aromatherapy by portion to enjoy in your room. Although the room and the window is a little small as with most hotels in Japan, the beds are comfortable and shower is great. Location of the hotel is not bad once you learnt how to navigate around. Lots of eateries and it is just 5mins to walk to different exits to underground malls/train stations. Would recommend the hotel to my friends! Thanks for the impeccable service!"

"Such an incredibly comfortable experience! When I entered the room, there was a large cloth bag on the bed. I opened it to find a very delicate and comfortable portable massager. I immediately plugged it in and enjoyed a 30-minute massage. It has four massage points, which felt incredibly good. 🩷🩷 The toiletries downstairs also included some wonderfully fragrant bath salts. This is the first time I've ever encountered bath salts provided at a hotel, and I've stayed in many! 🩵🩵 Plus, there's 24-hour coffee available in the lobby. I can truly say this was an exceptionally comfortable and homely hotel stay. Thumbs up! 💙💙"

"Facilities: There's an ice machine and a vending machine on the floor, but no hot spring bath. Cleanliness: Toothbrushes, combs, and such are available for self-service by the elevator on the first floor. Housekeeping is only provided for stays of four nights or more. Otherwise, you're expected to place your trash bags and used towels outside your door, and new ones will be provided when you return. Given the price, I suppose this is understandable. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly, but check-in isn't until after 3 PM. Overall, nothing surprising. The location and price set the expectations."

"This hotel was the perfect base for my tours. The main pickup point was very close by. It's a bit further from Umeda Station than some others, but still easily walkable. A major plus was the reception staff—their English was excellent and made everything smooth. Overall, fantastic value for the convenience."

"I booked a deluxe room with executive lounge access this time, and the experience was fantastic. Both the room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. The snacks at the executive lounge were delicious. The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Daimaru department store and with a subway station downstairs. Absolutely great value for money."
