"This was my second stay here. The first time, I had a room for two people and it was tiny. This time, I booked a triple room and they upgraded us, which made it much more spacious. The location is super convenient; it's about a 5-6 minute walk from Nihonbashi subway station. Getting to the airport is easy too, as the airport shuttle stop is just a five-minute walk away. Dotonbori is right across the street, and Shinsaibashi is within walking distance. There are also plenty of drugstores nearby for shopping, and a 7-Eleven just a short walk down the street, which is always packed and bustling. The only downside is that the hotel's washing machines are always in use. I tried to use one countless times on my first day, carrying my dirty laundry back and forth, but it was still busy even past 1 AM. I finally managed to use one at 3:30 PM the next day."

"Convenience of location? If 100 is perfect, this place gets 200! The airport bus from Kansai Airport (platform 5) drops you right at the hotel's doorstep. Getting to the subway, JR station, Hankyu, Daimaru, or even the Lucua shopping complex is all within a 10-minute walk. The hotel is on the 9th floor, and the 8th floor is full of restaurants. There's a convenience store on the 1st floor, and Yodobashi Camera is just a quick elevator ride away. It's incredibly convenient. However, it's quite small. If it were just a tiny bit bigger so I could open my suitcase fully, I'd say it has no flaws. The coin laundry is on the 24th floor, and toiletries are self-service at the front desk. Each floor has ice available for self-service, as well as a drink vending machine. You'll need to bring your own slippers, and it's best to bring your own toothbrush too, as the hotel's isn't great. There's no room service at night, so if you accidentally spill a drink, you'll have to change your own sheets. They clean your room and empty the trash daily when you return. For extra trash, you need to use the yellow stickers provided on the back of the door. That said... I did encounter a torn bedsheet once. With how popular this place is, you'd think they wouldn't be *that* economical."

"Dear Hotel Management, I recently stayed at your hotel for two days and overall had a comfortable experience. However, I unfortunately lost a valuable item (a necklace) during my stay. I am writing this because I had some difficulty communicating smoothly with the hotel staff regarding this matter. On the evening of the 20th, I placed my necklace on the desk and did not wear it while touring on the 21st. Thinking my companion had packed it, I only realized it was missing after checking out, and I contacted the hotel immediately. When I called, the hotel simply stated that they checked and found nothing, without offering to contact me if it is found later. If the hotel finds the lost item later, please contact me via email. 호텔을 사용하며 불편함은 없었습니다만 2일 동안 호텔을 사용하며 귀중품(목걸이)를 분실했습니다. 호텔 측과 원활한 소통이 되지 않아 글을 남깁니다. 20일 저녁에 책상에 목걸이를 올려두었고 착용하지 않고 21일에 관광지를 돌아다녔습니다. 일행이 목걸이를 챙겼다고 생각하여 체크아웃 이후 챙기지 않은 사실을 알게되어 바로 호텔에 연락했습니다. 호텔 측에서는 확인해본다고 하고 확인해본 결과 없다는 답변 뿐 찾게 되면 따로 연락 준다는 이야기는 받지 못했습니다. 만약 호텔측에서 분실물을 습득하면 제 이메일로 연락주시길 바랍니다. 감사합니다."

I first stayed here when it opened in 2020, and six years later, it's still as clean and well-maintained as ever, both in terms of facilities and service. **Pros and Cons:** * **Location:** 5/5. Just a short walk from Daikokucho Station, making it super quick to get to Namba and Shinsaibashi. There are two large supermarkets nearby, Life and Gyomu Super, which are very convenient for shopping and daily needs. * **Room:** 4.5/5. The rooms have a MUJI-style aesthetic. The main light can be adjusted by remote control, which is a nice touch. The room itself is compact, but the bathroom and intelligent toilet areas are spacious. * **Dining:** 5/5. The seafood breakfast is a must-try! The sashimi comes directly from Kizu Market and is incredibly fresh. The price for rooms including breakfast is excellent. There's also complimentary self-service coffee on the first floor. * **Facilities:** 4.5/5. There's an outdoor public bath for men, a smoking room on the first floor, and a self-service area for toiletries.
