This hotel experience was absolutely fantastic, five stars! It's very close to Erhai Airport and offers a free pick-up service, making transportation super convenient. The hotel boasts stunning views; you can admire the beautiful Erhai Lake right from your room. The service is incredibly attentive, with staff who are warm and thoughtful. The biggest surprise was the dining: the homemade breakfast was prepared with great care, the afternoon tea was exquisite, and they thoughtfully provided complimentary fruit and cake, all of which tasted excellent. Room service was also very prompt, making for a truly comfortable stay. In summary, the environment, service, and dining are all impeccable. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dali, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The room was very spacious and well-equipped. The decor and design were fantastic. The renovation of the historic building is quite unique, and the courtyard is breathtaking. The housekeeping service was excellent, and any requests were promptly addressed. The breakfast was also delicious, featuring some unique dishes. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yunnan.

This stay is the best. The owner is a great human, from greeting us to taking care of anything you need to keep providing us with plenty of drinking water, all the recommendations you need he has got it all, even with the language barrier, he tried his best to communicate which really counts as efforts and how a place makes you feel. The room we stayed in had a great view of Cangshan Mountain, the balcony is just a cherry on top. You can get a full 360° view from the rooftop with amazing sunrise views. The location is very convenient. You can walk to all the good stops or take an electric vehicle from the stay itself as they have it available if you need it. There’s washing machine on the rooftop incase you need to do the laundry. Overall we had a really comfortable time here, we will definitely come back here. 10/10 recommended.

I was very satisfied with the room. The lady with glasses at the front desk was very warm and gentle. She even allowed us a late check-out. Overall, I'm very happy and will definitely come back next time. The facilities were also comprehensive, and the breakfast was delicious.

An absolutely wonderful hotel! It's located right in the ancient city, making it incredibly convenient to walk to all the attractions. Yet, it's a rare find that manages to be peaceful amidst the hustle and bustle; you can't hear any street noise once you're inside. The facilities are complete, and the interior design is elegant and serene, making you naturally want to slow down, enjoy a cup of tea, and read a book. The service is gentle and thoughtful; the butlers were very responsive to our requests. They arranged our transfers and private tours perfectly. They also carefully confirmed meal reminders, housekeeping, and even bedtime desserts with us every day. And the choices they offered were abundant! From the daily breakfast dishes to everyday beverages and the brands of toiletries, there were so many high-quality options, making each day an exciting and interesting experience. Looking forward to coming back!

This absolutely deserves a full score for a sea-view guesthouse! The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer a direct view of Erhai Lake and Cangshan Mountain. You can watch the sunrise from your bed and see the sunset paint the lake. The 270-degree unobstructed view totally exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft, and all the bathroom amenities were provided. Both the guesthouse's terrace and courtyard are perfect for photos, and it's just a few steps out to the Erhai Ecological Corridor, which is super convenient for walks or cycling. The owner was incredibly warm and thoughtful, taking care of pickup and breakfast with great attention to detail. This was the most satisfying stay I've had in Dali. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Erhai Lake. Highly recommended!

This hotel perfectly met our expectations! The courtyard is absolutely beautiful, and the surrounding area is lively with easy access to taxis and restaurants. It's also close to the pedestrian street, yet the hotel itself remains wonderfully quiet. The owner is incredibly friendly and easy to get along with. They have a washing machine but no dryer, so if you plan on doing laundry, I'd recommend bringing quick-drying clothes as they'll be dry overnight. It rained every day during our stay, and cotton items would probably take two days to dry. We stayed for five nights with our child, and our little one never got bored, often strolling in the courtyard or playing with the cats. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Dali.

Our 'butler service' means you get a dedicated butler providing one-on-one service from the moment you check in. They'll contact you in advance to confirm your arrival time, arrange shuttle pick-up, and send friendly reminders about breakfast times and other important notes via group chat. Facilities: The hairdryer's airflow is really weak, not even as strong as the wind off Erhai Lake! The bedside lamp isn't working, but everything else is okay. Cleanliness: Clean, tidy, and no strange smells – pretty good. Environment: The space is large and bright. My only complaint is the view from the window isn't great. Service: The service is excellent; anything we needed was delivered to the room very quickly, and the breakfast tasted good. Honestly, the view from the guest room window is quite disappointing.

The floor is too low, the window is quite small, you can only see corals and small bottom-dwelling fish. Photos turn out very ordinary, and the experience is poor. ✅ Go for the 2nd floor first! Best value for money overall! The price is moderate, the viewing window is super large, and the view is expansive. You’ll get great photos effortlessly. Call the front desk in advance to reserve a room with a good view. We stayed in room 8220, and the view was quite good. ⭕ The 3rd floor is slightly more expensive. The view isn't significantly different from the 2nd floor. This was an absolutely fantastic homestay experience. I've stayed in other places where the photos looked great, but the reality was a huge disappointment. So I didn't have high expectations this time, but wow, was I surprised! Could a homestay actually look as good as its pictures? Was the 'butler service' more than just a slogan? And could a room really be this beautiful without a wide-angle lens? This time, I truly experienced it all. If I had to nitpick, I'd suggest the host add a few more hooks in the room. Other than that, there's nothing else to say. If you're reading reviews and researching accommodations, go ahead and book this place with confidence – you won't be disappointed!
