Pullman Dali

The location is superb, just a 5-minute walk from Dali Port. The views are incredible, with the lake-view rooms overlooking Erhai Lake. The front desk staff were excellent – very patient, attentive to my questions, and quick to respond. Facilities: The room was well-equipped with amenities like a mini-fridge, coffee machine, water heater, safe, bathtub, and shower. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Dali Port. The scenery is amazing, with lake-view rooms overlooking Erhai Lake. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and patient, listened carefully to my questions, and answered quickly.

Every staff member was incredibly welcoming. Our butler, Coco, called us a day before arrival to go over all the details and even recommended some great places to eat and fun activities. On the day of check-in, our room was already reserved, and we received a complimentary fruit platter. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Dali.

The hotel was excellent, with fantastic facilities. Our welcome ambassador, Coco, provided impeccable service, going above and beyond to assist us and even recommending great local restaurants. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making our entire stay very pleasant.

The hotel has limited activities and facilities for kids, but it's very close to the Luge theme park and the train station by taxi, and convenient for visiting Erdong and Erxi attractions. The hotel concierge, Judi, was very responsive and followed up quickly. The hotel breakfast was also good. Looking forward to staying again next time!

The service was great and proactive, and the food was good too. My only complaint is that the toilet in the bathroom could use an upgrade; it was a bit inconvenient and outdated. I'd consider staying here again next time and highly recommend it to everyone, especially room 03 on any floor.

Traveling with my child during the summer holiday was made so much better by our housekeeper, Mary. She was incredibly thoughtful and responsive to all our questions, providing truly heartwarming service! The staff at the restaurant and the first-floor intangible cultural heritage handicraft workshop were also very patient with the kids. The lake view room on a higher floor offered an unbeatable view. It was perfect for just relaxing, gazing at Erhai Lake, and unwinding. We especially appreciated that the duvet was a thin summer one, which both the elderly and the child found very comfortable. Erhai Park is within walking distance, and it's very close to Luji Park, Dali Station, and the airport. Plus, there are tons of great restaurants downstairs!

Our stay at the Dali Junfa Pullman Hotel was incredibly comfortable and pleasant. The hotel boasts a clean and tranquil environment with a simple yet tasteful design. The attentive care from the service team truly left a lasting impression. I'd like to extend a special thank you to the hotel manager, JUDI, who was incredibly kind and friendly, providing professional and appropriate service. During our trip, our child suddenly came down with gastroenteritis, making it inconvenient to eat out. JUDI promptly and thoughtfully arranged for us to have plain noodles customized for our child and continued to check in on their condition, which solved a major problem for us at that moment. Additionally, the housekeeping staff cleaned meticulously, and the room service personnel were patient and gentle. Every staff member was enthusiastic and responsible. The thoughtful and considerate service made our trip away from home feel incredibly warm and truly made us feel at home. When we visit Dali again in the future, we will definitely choose the Pullman Hotel first. July 6, 2026

The location is perfect, right next to Erhai Park, with direct views of Erhai Lake from the window. I especially want to praise our butler, Judi, for being so thoughtful and attentive. She communicated well throughout our stay and helped us solve many travel-related issues. The housekeeping staff was also very responsible; they promptly returned clothes my child left behind. The restaurant food was decent, and the breakfast spread was plentiful. Just a small suggestion: the female front desk staff were warm and friendly, but the male front desk staff seemed a bit serious. I'd recommend they learn from **[name]** to improve their approachability. Overall, it's definitely worth staying here!
