"Our family trip took us from Lijiang to Dali this time. A special thank you to Mr. Eason Luo from the Pullman Hotel. The drain in our previous room was clogged, and we wanted to switch rooms, but the front desk told us there were no rooms available. We were about to check out and find another hotel when Mr. Luo kindly helped us out and found us a room. He even upgraded us to a suite, which made the kids very happy, and they had a wonderful stay. My family and I felt the hotel's service was excellent, and we were very comfortable and content. The hotel is right by Erhai Lake, offering fantastic high-altitude views. Enjoying afternoon tea on the 25th floor was incredibly relaxing, and the scenery was delightful."

My stay here was a delightful surprise, far exceeding my expectations. We only spent half an hour choosing this hotel. Its location is excellent, making travel convenient, and the surrounding area is quiet and clean. Bright and airy, there's no noisy or bustling atmosphere at all, making it perfect for relaxation and short-term stays. I've personally thought about living here long-term multiple times, simply because the environment is so beautiful. The rooms are spacious and bright. The front desk staff here are warm and attentive; they helped with luggage and showed me to my room right away. Check-in and check-out were efficient and fast, and their attitude was gentle and patient. Any questions I had were answered promptly and thoroughly, with truly heartwarming attention to detail. They even provided a local guide with recommendations for delicious restaurants! I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit. The room was clean and airy overall, with excellent ventilation and natural light, and the hygiene was impeccable. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the pillows and mattress were just the right firmness. I could relax quickly and completely unwind from travel fatigue the moment I lay down. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, toiletries were clean and well-stocked, and the hot water was stable and plentiful. The room facilities were new and in perfect condition, with soft lighting and a logical layout, full of thoughtful details that created a wonderful living atmosphere. The hotel's common areas were clean and elegant, the corridors were spotless and odor-free, and the overall environment was tranquil and comfortable. The value for money is exceptional, making it ideal for both solo travelers and short-term stays. My entire stay was comfortable, peaceful, and pleasant, with absolutely nothing to complain about. With attentive service, a high-quality environment, and excellent hygiene, this is a top-notch hotel that I would repeatedly choose and sincerely recommend. It will be my first choice for future trips!"

"Digging in Shuanglang to the treasure front-line sea view homestay ✨, staying in Hedu is really healed! The view of the room is absolutely amazing, the huge floor-to-ceiling window frame lives the whole Bohai Sea and the distant mountains, and the house has its own bubble pool, and you can see the lake and mountains when you lie down. The rooms are spacious, the projection room adds fun to the journey, the bedding is soft, the whole house is intelligently controlled, and the curtains, lights, air conditioning are controlled by small voice, and the operation is simple. The public viewing terrace is a plus, facing the Bohai Sea, the flowers and plants are arranged in a sense of atmosphere, sitting here blowing the sea breeze to see the clouds, so comfortable that I don't want to leave. The details are very intimate, the room is equipped with mosquito killer, earplugs, and complete bathroom amenities. The service is gentle and thoughtful, breakfast is in the restaurant on the first floor, quiet and advanced. Escape from the city, come here to see Cangshan and Bohai Sea, the holiday feeling is directly full, next time you come to Dali, you will choose here!"

"This has been the best B&B experience I've had in Yunnan so far! The room looks exactly like the pictures. The B&B is near Caicun village, and we stayed on the 3rd floor, which offered fantastic views. In front, we had the beautiful S-bend of Erhai Lake, and behind, large wisteria bushes and Cangshan Mountain. There's also an observation deck upstairs for even more unobstructed views. The room is spacious, with high-tech amenities and large floor-to-ceiling windows, so you can enjoy the scenery just by opening the curtains. I was pleasantly surprised that the water heater provided instant hot water. The courtyard is very clean, and the host even helped us with our luggage. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. (If you're driving, I'd recommend parking outside the village, as the roads inside are very narrow, making it difficult to pass oncoming cars and easy to scrape your vehicle.)"
