Relaxing and peaceful surroundings! Most importantly are the clean rooms and reliable hot water. The boss is very helpful and attentive as well! The room was very clean; we stayed for three days, and they checked on us and cleaned it every day. The room facilities were also complete, with disposable toiletries, disposable slippers, air conditioning, and a TV. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, a very practical design. The landlady was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent service. She called us at noon on the day of our arrival to ask when we would arrive. Parking is free, and she even picked us up from the parking lot. With a child and a lot of luggage, she responded promptly and resolved any issues we had. Overall, it was a fantastic experience; everything was done very well. I've already recommended it to friends planning a trip to Dali during the Chinese New Year.

This trip's accommodation experience was excellent! The room was spotless upon entering, the bathroom had no unpleasant odors, and the cleaning attention to detail was superb. The decor was new, with a large floor-to-ceiling window, a small table and flowers by the window—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. It was also very quiet at night. The host was incredibly welcoming, personally picking us up at the intersection and proactively sharing super useful local attraction guides and a list of restaurants to avoid. The room was fully equipped, and everything was new. The location is also very close to Erhai Lake, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby; there's a food street just a few dozen meters away. The price-performance ratio exceeded my expectations.
