"Had a wonderful stay, room is spacious, link to a mall sheltered. A junction away from Yodobashi Mall and Umeda Train station. The rooms are reasonably big. Love the bathroom. Separate beds are slightly bigger than single beds. Linens are luxurious high thread count. Room Flooring is semi wood and carpeted. Coffee and Tea are complimentary, comes with full set of in room requirements, ironing set, luxurious bathrobe, bar fridge, comfy bedroom slippers, safe, V Sassoon hair dryer, full bathing and vanity kit, toilet cubicle is separate by a door, bath tub is of good size, separate shower water pressure is fantastic. Motorised linen blinds, daily bottles of water Here’s my favourite: Facilities include 24hrs of fully equipped gym all machines including leg machines, bar and free weights, gym balls, foam rollers, treadmill, elliptical, bicycle etc. Use of Bathhouse and indoor swimming pool included as part of the booking. Spa facial and massage avail at a fee. Lounge area is great with nice matcha latte. Had buffet breakfast in the morning, sufficient variety. Lotsa fruits choices. Building is exclusive luxury. Initial check-in process can be better and less rigid. Pre-paid room type if unavailable, guests should be informed ahead prior to arrival. Somewhere between Trip.com and the hotel miscommunication should not affect the hotel guests traveling 12 hours to reach there. Director of rooms Mr Liam Wynn Williams saved the day. Thank you very much for your kind hospitality to resolve the issue."

"So glad to find a hotel with such a convenient location! 🚉 It's right next to the Kintetsu station, which makes getting around a breeze. Plus, the Metro is just a five-minute walk away! 🚶♀️ I can even hop on a bus for a quick ten-minute ride to Tennoji. 🚌 15 min walk to osaka castle. 🏰 This spot is perfect for exploring the city! I can spend hours browsing the Kintetsu Department Store and stocking up on essentials at the Aeon Supermarket. Plus, snagging cute finds at Daiso is always a win. 🤩 Need toiletries? The chemists have me covered! And guess what? Don Quixote is only a 10-minute dash away. 🏃♀️ #TravelGoals #CityExploration #ConvenientLocation"

"Comfortable stay with good space for luggage. Swimming pool is a great bonus. Room service is ordered via QR link and responses were very prompt. Staff were mostly professional and helpful. There was an expresso machine in the room but no capsule. The trash bin had no bags. Nice bay front view so therefore location is not near town or malls. But the hotel provides shuttle bus service both ways and there is a Lawson in basement. There is also airport transfer bus pick up which made it very convenient as our last stop before departure."

Swissotel Nankai Osaka ★★★★★
"Great location in the heart of the city, with metro and train stations right downstairs and plenty of shops and malls around. Very convenient. However, the soundproofing is seriously lacking. The family staying above me had kids who were constantly stomping and jumping from early morning (around 7am) and as late as bed time at night (around 11pm). Even after the hotel reminded them, the parents and did nothing to control the noise. Very inconsiderate and mediocre behaviour. We ended up enduring this for almost a week without asking to change rooms (as it means we need to pack and unpack luggage again!), but it really affected our sleep and overall stay. The hotel needs to improve soundproofing or handle such noise issues more effectively."

Hotel Hankyu Respire Osaka ★★★★
"Extremely convenient location located right above Osaka/Umeda Station, with a sheltered walk to both JR line and Midosuji line, which is what you normally use for public transportation in Osaka. For tourists, there is a direct single stop airport limousine transfer that stops right at the hotel, while the pickup point for the same bus towards airport is just a short 5 minutes’ walk away. There is also a 24 hour family mart right at level 1 of the hotel building, not to mention the numerous department stores surrounding it. Cleanliness is great as well, and if you managed to snag a high floor room, the view is impeccable. Really enjoyed my stay and will definitely return when I am back in Osaka."

There is a seafood market nearby too. The hotel room is clean. Hotel provide a guest lounge where guests can chill and chat at the lounge, the best part is they serve wine, beer too. Will definitely want to stay here again if I go Osaka. Hotel breakfast served varieties of spread- western and Japanese."

"A small but cozy room that had everything we needed—comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. Even with the compact space, it was well-designed and still felt comfortable to stay in. Plus, we had a cute view from the window too! Super convenient location too just 10mins walking distance to the famous bustling Dotonbori Street from Shinsaibashi, and there’s even a train station just below the hotel, making it easy to get around."
