Henn na Hotel Express Osaka Namba Nipponbashi

The overall environment is good and the hotel's location is excellent. There are convenience stores, a shopping street, and a subway station nearby, which is quite convenient. It's also close to Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori, and Kuromon Market, so there's plenty of food available in the area.

This hotel operates entirely on self-check-in, with no traditional reception, just two machines. The breakfast consists of frozen items, which didn't look appealing, so I didn't try them. The Wi-Fi was very weak and kept cutting out. They changed the towels daily, and the room was clean. On the first floor, there are also amenities available (pajamas, loofahs, etc.). The location is convenient, with many convenience stores nearby, as well as a subway station. There's enough space for one person, and plenty of room to open one or even multiple suitcases.

The hotel is located right off an alley in front of Nippombashi Hotel, making it very accessible. It's quite clean, has strong water pressure, and the window opens. There's also a convenience store right outside. The self check-in/check-out was convenient for check-out, but a bit inconvenient for check-in. It was a little disappointing that there were fewer towels compared to other hotels, but overall, I'd give it an 8.5 out of 10.

The hotel room was clean and tidy, and bigger than typical Japanese hotels, with enough space to open two suitcases simultaneously, even with two people packing, and still room to move around! The self check-in and check-out process was smooth, simple, and convenient. Breakfast was provided daily, and although it was basic, it offered great value for money considering the room rate! The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from Nihonbashi Station Exit 2.

This is a fully automated hotel, so there are no front desk staff on-site to assist immediately. Guests should pay close attention to the operational procedures and equipment when checking in. Breakfast is a 'convenience' style meal, with most items being pre-packaged and refrigerated, requiring microwave heating before eating. Overall, the selection is acceptable, and the hotel offers good value for money. I highly recommend it.

I heard a lot of comments about Japanese hotel rooms being too small, but I was able to open both my 26 and 28-inch suitcases with plenty of room left over, which was great! It was also wonderful that the bedding, trash, bathtub, and towels were all replaced with fresh ones every single day. I'll definitely be staying at Henn na Hotel again next time! ♥️

This is a wonderful hotel in the center of Osaka, conveniently located right next to the subway. The self check-in process was smooth, and the lobby offers essential items like pajamas, soap, and more. You can also store your luggage there independently. The room was excellent and comfortable. The separate bath and toilet were a nice touch, and the convenient mirror and sink, also separate from the bath and toilet, made getting ready in the morning much easier. The room was quiet; occasionally, we could hear staff starting to clean rooms in the morning, but it never woke us up. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and linens. The hotel breakfasts were frozen but perfectly edible. We approached the staff a couple of times, and they resolved everything immediately. I highly recommend this hotel!
