Clean room with lots of space for a family of 4. Very close to the Kuromon market where you can enjoy nice seafood, Japanese beef and fruits. Polite staff.

First of all, great location - close to the Namba station - 10 min walk. Easy check in and lobby looks great. Drinks are not so great in the bar as per European standards (not reducing any points). Rooms are awesome - spacious and super clean. Service is fantastic. Loved outr time there.

Nice room and good English speaking staff (expected of a Singapore hotel). Location is a little far to JR Namba which you will have to use if you are a JR Pass holder.

The room is really spacious and can open 2-3 luggages.
Hotel is stationed in the middle of Namba Osaka station and heading to Dotonburi will take 12-15 mins away.
Will definitely come back again 😆

Fairly new hotel, room is clean and quiet. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Namba mall and subway 6 mins walk away. Bonus, the hotel provides umbrellas when it’s raining. I will stay this hotel again next time and book the biggest room for extra space.

This hotel is a GEM in Osaka. Big, spacious, have everything one would need to even stay 1 full year. Location’s right smack in the middles of multiple tourist area that one would travel to in Osaka.

The room was very nice. Staff also helpful and warm welcome. The location is about 6 minutes walk from Namba station. I love the amenities. I love the style of decoration. Room is more spacious compare to Japanese standard room type. Bed, Pillow and Blanket were superb. Wanna take home all.
