Breakfast: I really liked the breakfast; everything was to my taste.
Service: The service was excellent, very warm and welcoming. We received fruit upon check-in and a lovely gift upon check-out: two eye masks and a nut gift box, which was a very nice touch.
Room: The room was decent, and the accompanying Pu'er tea was fantastic. We stayed on the second floor, but I'd love to try a first-floor courtyard room next time.
Afternoon Tea: The bayberry and lychee drink was especially delicious, as was the plum tea. It was also a great spot for photos. Exploring the courtyard was a pleasant experience.
Transportation: Qianmen Street and Dashilar are right nearby, offering plenty of convenient food options. The subway station is about a 10-minute walk, and getting around by bike is very easy.

Guest UserThis is my third stay within two months. It's hands down the best hotel in Tongzhou for value for money and service. While the hardware might not be as luxurious as Nuo Hotel, Nuolan Hotel's service absolutely blows Nuo Hotel's cold and unreasonable demeanor out of the water.
The hotel is new, right next to Wangfujing Mall at Wanyi, and directly opposite Universal Studios. I've eaten at the 10th-floor Chinese restaurant many times; the food isn't pre-made, and both the Sichuan and Cantonese dishes are incredibly authentic. The rooftop bar on the 11th floor offers panoramic views of Universal, which is quite impressive. The other Western restaurants also serve excellent food.
All the hotel staff are young, and every single one is incredibly nice and basically goes above and beyond to help. It's clear they've been well-trained and are very professional. I especially want to mention Manager Wen from the lobby; he's young, handsome (looks like an actor), and incredibly capable at handling issues, making guests feel very comfortable. My last two stays were entirely due to Manager Wen's professionalism.
I hope this young team can maintain their high standards.

Anonymous UserThe location of CitiGO Hotel Sanyuanqiao Beijing is definitely a plus. It's just a few hundred meters from Sanyuanqiao Subway Station, making it very convenient to get around. The hotel's overall decor is simple and stylish, and the rooms are clean and refreshing, with very comfortable bedding. They offer a gym, laundry room, and even provide late-night snacks, which is great for business travelers. The staff are friendly and check-in was efficient. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

candy·liuTraveling with family to Beijing, staying near Wangfujing was convenient. The hotel's brand, ambiance, and breakfast were all excellent. We booked an Executive Forbidden City View room specifically to see the golden roofs of the Forbidden City. The sunset views were amazing! You could also see the White Dagoba at Jingshan Park. On our second night, the front desk helped us move to a higher floor with a better view. We stayed for two consecutive nights and were very satisfied overall! 😀

Aïda5The location and cleanliness are wonderful. Right next to the ”Champs Elysees” of Beijing. May I kindly suggest to add a fee to continue proposing the collecting and cleaning which is displayed on the hotel website? It is confusing for guests to see a service proposed and not performed. See hotel website and joint pic of sign to hang on door in Chinese , didn't take a pic of the basket. Also if the receptionist asks you to bring down your dirty laundry basket (placed in the room) to the lobby, it can be perceived as gross by clients as you do not bring dirty clothes in a hotel lobby. Such things are not done and not to be suggested by the receptionist. Finally, most guests on holiday are happy to pay and have laundry done. It is a service we had in other hotels in China free or paid. 2 machines and 2 driers for so many rooms is not enough. Visiting all day(Beijing is huge) and staying up to 1.30 am doing laundry in a queue is tough during holidays. This needs to be corrected or crossed out on the hotel website so clients know beforehand. Overall positive though.

Guest UserThis hotel is nestled in the middle of Dongsi Sitiao Hutong, offering a quiet retreat with a rich local hutong culture. I'm sure I never saw anything like it when I used to wander through the 'sitiao' as a kid! The renovated hotel's layout beautifully captures the essence of a Beijing courtyard. The family room, in particular, is incredibly well-designed. What you see in the hotel's promotional pictures is exactly what you get in the actual room – no discrepancies at all. I especially love the split-level design of the family room (highly recommended even if you don't have kids, plus it has a small courtyard which would be very friendly for smokers). The hotel staff are all very pleasant, and I even saw guests with pets. It's truly rare to find a hotel of this caliber that is pet-friendly. Thumbs up for that! The hotel's design style is also very modern, with classical elements cleverly incorporated. I highly recommend catching a sunset from the rooftop terrace! I missed it this time, but I'll definitely experience it if I get another chance.

Excellent value for money! The rooms are new, and it's incredibly close to the airport, just a 5-minute drive. The driver was very kind, helped with our luggage, and chatted with us. The lobby is huge and has a flight departure display. They even gave us a complimentary fruit platter. The front desk staff was very gentle and helpful. Next time I have a layover in Beijing, I'll definitely stay here again!

SamunayasaI've stayed at Ascott many times, and it's consistently excellent in all aspects. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and the amenities like the fridge and washing machine are all fully equipped. The environment is also very quiet; you barely hear any noise. It's super convenient for dining and drinks, with plenty of restaurants nearby. There's also Xiao Taihou Park close by, and it's not far from the subway station – about a 10-minute scooter ride.

LiuxiaomoOur weekend self-drive trip to Club Med Joyview Yanqing Resort exceeded our expectations! Backing onto Songshan Mountain, the air is fresh, and the resort's lawns and flower fields make for perfect photo opportunities. A leisurely stroll through the grounds is incredibly therapeutic. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and the heated pool has excellent water quality, making water activities very relaxing.
The buffet offers a rich variety of dishes, both Chinese and Western, and the desserts are delicious. The G.O staff are friendly, and the activities are plentiful: rock climbing, archery, kids' club, and the evening stage shows create a fantastic atmosphere. A special shout-out to Suna for her thoughtful service, always interacting and reminding us of the activity schedule – she's awesome! The all-inclusive package saved us so much hassle; no need to plan, just pure relaxation. It's perfectly suited for a short family getaway. Highly recommended!

Anonymous UserThe exterior and common places might really scare you away, as this Hotel looks really run down and not nice at all. However, the rooms are clean and absolutely up to the standard, the location is great (metro, shopping centers, eateries) and the Staff is fantastic - really helpful and nice, which is not that common in Beijing. They checked us in at 8.00 in the morning! The value for money is good, I would stay there again!
