assigned room was at level 7 which was not served by the lift and was a maze to walk through.
Room space was ok and there was a massage chair which was a pleasant surprise. however the interior of the room was slightly dated (black furniture and yellow lighting). room cleanliness was average at best. floor felt dusty and the sheets gave me a bit of a rash.
counter staff were friendly and accomodating and facilitated collection of my online purchases.
having said, this hotel seems to be very popular among tourists from Russia, S Korea and Southeast Asia. overall i would say i enjoyed my stay here."

I stayed at this hotel near the airport and had an amazing experience. The property is genuinely pet-friendly, which made traveling with my cat so much easier. The front desk staff Xiaohu were incredibly kind and helpful—I had just arrived and didn’t have a Chinese phone number yet, and she went out of her way to help me order cat litter. That small gesture made a huge difference.
The room itself was quiet, clean, and beautifully decorated. I loved that it had a small private yard connected to it—it made the space feel peaceful and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept really well.
The location is also perfect for travelers, especially those needing quick access to the airport. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!"

December 14th was our Disneyland day. The hotel's shuttle buses to Disneyland depart at 6:20 AM, 7:30 AM, and 8:50 AM. Since we're not early risers, we took the 8:50 AM bus, which got us to Disneyland in about 25 minutes. If you're traveling with kids, you can rent a stroller on the bus for 60 RMB, which is cheaper than inside the park. We also purchased the Disneyland Butler service for 180 RMB per person (540 RMB for the three of us). It's usually for groups of 10, but since we were the only ones on our bus who bought it, it turned into a private, one-on-one service, which was totally worth it! Highly recommend it for families with kids! As for merchandise, even though things inside the park are a bit pricier, the quality is genuinely good, and kids just love the experience of shopping inside the park...
On December 15th, we headed to the Oriental Pearl Tower. The front desk even helped us plan our route. The hotel's free shuttle took us directly to Pudong Airport Station for Metro Line 2, and it was a smooth ride to Nanjing Road in no time. After exploring Nanjing Road, we went straight to the Oriental Pearl Tower. We ascended it in the evening to take in the panoramic city view, and as the lights came on, the entire city gradually lit up with dazzling brilliance. Once night fell, the Oriental Pearl's light show began promptly, with colorful beams interweaving and changing, and the tower shimmering with vibrant colors, forming a beautiful contrast with the Bund's architectural complex across the river – it was breathtaking. Afterwards, we strolled along the Bund, admiring the night views on both sides of the Huangpu River: on one side, the classical and elegant 'World Architecture Expo' of the Bund, and on the other, the modern Lujiazui skyline. The lights reflecting on the river made for amazing photos, no matter how casual the shot. We played until late at night before returning to the hotel, where a warm late-night snack was waiting for us, and they even thoughtfully provided a foot-soaking tub in the room. Soaking our feet instantly relieved the day's fatigue. From the free shuttle and comforting late-night snacks to the attentive room service, Cloud & Night Inn (Yun He Ye Bo) always delivers unexpected surprises. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next layover in Shanghai or trip to Disneyland!

At check-out, they provided a complimentary souvenir bag. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Disney, with three morning departures and two in the evening, timed around the fireworks schedule. There's also a subway shuttle, with the station just 800 meters away, making the location incredibly convenient. Right next door are Wanda Plaza and a snack street. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, cleaning is impeccable, and the environment is lovely. Both the breakfast and late-night snacks are excellent, featuring a mix of Chinese and Western options. For dinner, there are dishes like potato noodles, rice noodles, wontons, and congee. The restaurant staff are also very polite. On the first floor, there's a kids' play area and smart robot service. Bottled water is available unlimitedly. Across the street, there's a 24-hour supermarket, and a free parking lot nearby, which is very convenient. There are also many BBQ and hotpot restaurants in the vicinity. I'll definitely be back and will recommend it to my friends.

开开水ksbooked a room at the Banyan tree for my parents who were visiting to celebrate their wedding anniversary and upon check in we were greeted by the most lovely staff who quickly helped my parents check in and upgraded us for free to a nicer room. It also had prepared Rose petals within the room and some desserts to celebrate their wedding anniversary which was very appreciated. The room was unbelievable and the view alone made the whole experience worth it. My parents absolutely loved their stay and couldn’t stop raving about the service of all the workers as well. we had some items that my family were unsure if we could bring onto flight, and the hotel staff even went out of their way to call the airline to confirm for us. hotel amenities also great, huge gym and pool with multiple spas, and gym having a reformer pilates machine too. we’ve been to many hotels within shanghai now and this is by far the best , with strong service, a modern room and incredible view. all the photos of the view in the review were taken from within the room, better than going out to the bund!

DDaxiaoyanhuanzheThis is our second stay at the Kerry Hotel Pudong, and it's consistently excellent. The hotel's location is, of course, fantastic, right near Huamu Road on Line 7. It's connected directly to Kerry Parkside, and there's an underground passage straight to Line 7 from the B1 level. The New International Expo Center is right next door; last year I attended the toy fair, and this year it was the food expo – it's really convenient for casual buyers looking for a good deal.
The hotel breakfast is very rich and varied, and the Executive Lounge is one of the best I've experienced over the years. The happy hour dinner is incredibly generous and got high praise from my family, which is rare for him when it comes to lounges.
What truly draws us back to the Kerry Hotel is their thoughtful attention to children. Bellia contacted us before our arrival to understand our needs, and she arranged our child's activities and accommodation perfectly – very responsible and very nice. We also had the good fortune to participate in Kerry's Christmas tree lighting ceremony. Next time we're in Shanghai, our little one says they want to stay here again!

Early park access (up to 1 hour before opening): An hour can make a big difference, definitely worth it.
Round-trip shuttle bus from the hotel to Disney Town: Convenient and fast, with frequent departures. The bus stop is much closer than the pedestrian bridge to the parking lot.

The room facing the residential area had great natural light, and the room itself was very nice. After checking out, I could just send my information directly to Jiaojiao to get the invoice, and she would send me the e-invoice, which was very convenient. Jiaojiao also informed me that the hotel offers a free shuttle service to Tangzhen Metro Station every hour. She even helped me with my luggage onto the shuttle, which was great service. The front desk service was particularly impressive; the staff were not only friendly but also incredibly efficient. The check-in process—verifying information, entering it into the system, and explaining hotel policies—took less than 5 minutes. When they learned it was our first time in the city, they even pulled out a printed guide to local attractions, detailing must-see spots and local specialty restaurants. They even thoughtfully marked peak travel times to avoid and recommended transportation methods. Their thoughtfulness instantly made us even more excited for our upcoming itinerary.
Stepping into the room, my first impression was ”clean and comfortable.” The room was more spacious than I expected, with a well-planned layout that didn't feel cramped at all. The bedding was neatly made, soft, and skin-friendly, without any odd smells. Even the pillow height was just right. I fell into a deep sleep shortly after lying down, which was incredibly important after our long journey. The room facilities were also comprehensive: the air conditioning cooled and heated quickly with very little noise, the TV had clear picture quality and many channels, and there were thoughtful touches like bottled water and charging outlets, meeting all our daily needs. The bathroom was spotless—the floor and counter were immaculate, and the mirror was sparkling clean without any water stains. The toiletries were custom-branded by the hotel, with a fresh, elegant scent and rich lather, leaving my skin feeling moisturized after showering. The hot water supply was stable, with good water pressure, and the temperature could be precisely adjusted. A comfortable hot shower after a day of sightseeing washed away all the fatigue. Plus, the bathroom also provided disposable toiletries, showing great attention to detail.
