"Facilities: All the facilities are brand new, giving off a unique, exotic vibe as soon as you step in. They have everything you need, including a bathtub liner, bath salts, disposable towels, and even eye masks. Excellent. Cleanliness: Very clean, absolutely spotless and brand new. Environment: The environment is great, and the rooms are very spacious, definitely not cramped and small like business hotels. Overall, highly recommended. I'll choose this place every time I fly from Pudong Airport. Service: The service is excellent. They offer timely and hassle-free airport drop-off service. I've stayed here multiple times. It's very quiet, with great soundproofing. Highly recommended for both business travelers and families."

"I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The overall environment felt welcoming and nicely kept. The receptionist was especially friendly and helpful, which made the check-in process smooth and enjoyable. One of the best parts of this hotel is its location — it’s very close to the Bund, making it super convenient to explore the main tourist attractions. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!"

"A good hotel for staying in the city. Easy to go anywhere which is the main tourist point. The staff was friendly and helpful. Want to plan a city walk here, book this hotel is reasonable. Near to the famous crab meat noodles, lai lai xiao long, fruits stall with cheap price, Nanjing walking street...just walk can reach. Nearby also a Singapore investor shopping mall with lots of food choices. Downstairs is the 🚇 metro. Metro to Shanghai Train Station just a few stops to travel. Only the breakfast was too little of choices, until I skipped all the breakfast...😂"

"Quite a distance away from Nanjing street. Takes about 15-20mins walk even though its only 500m+ away. The hotel is at quiet area, good if u prefer somewhere that is not noisy and you will take didi most of the time. But may not be ideal for solo female travellers. Room is quite good-conditioner can ownself adjust (good because some hotels in China are centralised air-conditioning). Cleanliness and condition acceptable because noted that most of hotels in shanghai are old buildings, but not sure why there was always water leaking out under the toilet sink area which is a minus point for me-floor was wet all the time. And got one day the staff came in clean up my room even though I put ‘do not disturb’. I noticed it when my towel was changed and my dustbin was empty even though my bed still remained in same condition. Will consider other hotel to stay in if I ever go Shanghai again. Reception staffs generally are nice (however was told to only leave 5 star reviews when they passed me little gift before I leave. I rejected the gift and said I will not do so then she said I can keep the gift but not to put reviews if is not 5 stars lolll) But this will be my honest review for this hotel for everyone to take note."

"Metro Stations: Hotel is suituated betweeen 2 metro stations which is convenient to walk throught the Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. Metro to Nanjing East Road Station 南京东路地铁站- Exit 1 turn right, about 490 meter, Use exit 2 for lift Metro to People's Square Station 人民广场地铁站 Exit 19, 490 meter, can enter via Most station will not have escalator going downwards, thus it is best to check which exit has the going downwards escalator or lift to avoid carrying lugguage down the stairs. Hotel: Lobby is on level 4. You will need to take steps down and a small slope to wheel your luggage from level 4 luft to reception area. Rooms are on level 4 & 5 (via lift). Rooms on level 4 are at 3 areas: 1- just outside level 4 lift landing= excellent choice. but do not choose room facing inwards which may not have windows 2-behind reception area, will have to take a fleet of steps to go up. Some rooms may have to take 2 sets of steps to reach your room. nonetheless, the hotel will help you move your luggages. 3- level 5, need to take another lift infront of the reception area. Send in your request if you have seniors travellers or need easy access. We stayed for 3 night. On the first night, the room alloacted to us was at level 4 at the back of the reception counter, have to climb 2 fleets of steps. The leakage from the bathroom and requested room to be changed. They are kind to upgarde my room to a room just outside the level 4 lift and facing the street. The room come with a beautiful reading chair. However the legs were facing out and easily knock onto them. I was unfortyuanatley and had my toes knocked onto them. Thus.. be careful when you are allocated a room with this beutiful chair."

"This hotel was really great! I initially booked it because of the complimentary shuttle service to and from Disneyland, but upon arrival, the service truly exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic, even helping us with our luggage and offering us drinks. The room itself was lovely, though the soundproofing could be a bit better. What's more, they even offered a late-night snack service. Breakfast was also very generous. After coming back from Disneyland, they even provided foot-soaking tubs and herbal packs, which was a thoughtful touch. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!"

[Coffee] Choosing the right hotel is crucial when visiting Shanghai, and this place completely exceeded my expectations. The staff were professional and warm throughout, and check-in was highly efficient with no delays. They were always smiling, patiently answered all our questions, and even proactively offered tips for local attractions and getting around. We felt a strong sense of warmth from the moment we arrived, and the service experience was truly outstanding. What impressed me most was the hotel's prime location, which is perfect for exploring and dining. The hotel is just a stone's throw from Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, the Bund Observation Deck, and People's Square, all within walking distance. In the evening, you can stroll to the Bund to see the night view, and during the day, explore Nanjing Road for food or People's Square – it's incredibly convenient, saving a lot of travel time. Nearby are Suzhou Creek and MixC World, making leisure, shopping, and sightseeing a breeze. Transportation is also incredibly convenient. Whether you're going to Hongqiao Railway Station or Pudong Airport, the journey is smooth, so you don't have to worry about transport at all. If you want to see the iconic Lujiazui 'Three-Piece Set' (three famous skyscrapers), Metro Line 2 goes directly there, allowing you to easily explore Shanghai's core landmarks. For tourists, such transportation conditions are truly worry-free. Overall, the stay experience was excellent and perfectly met all our travel needs. You get to enjoy attentive service and an unbeatable location. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Shanghai, and I genuinely recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Shanghai – you can't go wrong with this choice!"

"Our family stayed here for 4 nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is perfect close to Middle Huaihai Road station, and we enjoyed taking a pleasant stroll over to West Nanjing Road. This hotel was exactly what we were looking for: a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds. The room features were top-notch, including individual air conditioning control and an automatic smart toilet. While there is no formal breakfast, they provide complimentary tea, coffee, popcorn, and soda, which was a lovely touch. The staff is truly the highlight of this place. They went above and beyond to help us with everything. A special shout-out to the young lady working the night shift she was incredible! She helped me order diapers and navigated the process until it was successful, using a translator to communicate with me throughout. I was so touched by her dedication. Some staff members also speak English, which made our stay much easier. Inside the room, the TV had great channels that kept my daughter entertained with cartoons, and the sound system was absolutely superb one of the best I’ve experienced. We definitely made the right choice staying here. I highly recommend this place and will certainly return. Trust me, you will love it here!"

"I had a really great stay at the Shanghai Bund Riverside Treasury Hotel. The location was honestly one of my favorite parts it’s super convenient and close to the Bund, so getting around and exploring the city was really easy. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. I loved the overall design it felt stylish but still cozy, which made it easy to relax after a long day out. Everything was well maintained, and the little details made a difference. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, which always makes a stay feel more welcoming. They were quick to assist whenever I needed anything. If I had to mention anything, it would be that the soundproofing could be a bit better, but it didn’t take away too much from the overall experience. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for somewhere comfortable, well located, and modern in Shanghai. I’d happily stay here again ✨"
