I really liked this hotel. We came with our kids and went to Disneyland, which was super convenient and close by. The shuttle service was great. After a long day at the park, we could grab a bowl of noodles on the 11th floor, and there were plenty of choices, which the kids loved. My child also discovered a kids' play area in the lobby and absolutely adored it!

The hotel room itself was beautiful and clean and I appreciated the free toiletry bag. The free minibar was not much but a couple sodas and water but no snacks which was disappointing. The tea time at the lobby was also not much and food was covered with fleas. They could do more to ensure a clean lobby as it was unkept when I arrived and they were also dealing with a water leak that seemed to be resolved the next day. The laundry room was also very nice though I never used it. Overall I enjoyed my stay and happy I chosethis hotel.

As a regular guest of Vienna hotels, I always stay here when I go to the airport. The hotel facilities are complete, and the hygiene is impeccable. The overall environment is pleasant, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. The 24-hour airport shuttle service is a lifesaver, and the drivers are always proactive in helping with luggage. The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, are super friendly and kind-hearted. Definitely a five-star experience!

This unhurried, relaxed feeling, free from any pressure, truly is the most luxurious experience when traveling.

The front desk staff were professional and attentive during check-in; they responded quickly, communicated patiently and thoroughly, clearly explained all the check-in benefits, and processed everything efficiently without any long waits. The concierge team also left a strong impression. They greeted guests proactively when entering and leaving the hotel, helped with directions, assisted with luggage, and were always quick to respond to any requests. Their polite and considerate demeanor, along with their attention to detail, truly showcased their high service standards. The executive lounge experience was excellent as well. It was quiet and elegant with a comfortable atmosphere, and the food and drink selection was extensive. Both the afternoon tea and evening snacks were top-notch. It was perfect for a quick break, getting some work done, or simply relaxing. My time in the lounge was very enjoyable. Overall, the guest rooms were clean and tidy, the hardware was well-maintained, and the comfort level was very high. From the customer service at the front desk and concierge to the amenities and experience in the lounge, you could feel the hotel management's dedication and thoughtfulness at every step. I highly recommend this hotel for both business travelers and families, and I will definitely choose it again for my next visit. Special tip: The underground parking is charged, but you can contact the hotel in advance to arrange complimentary ground parking on a first-come, first-served basis.

I made a last-minute decision to stay at this hotel, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. They personally escorted me to my room, explaining all the features and amenities, and even highlighted the hotel's special services. The room offered a direct view of the Lujiazui 'Three-Piece Suit' skyline, including the Bund and the Oriental Pearl Tower – the entire panorama was right before my eyes. Although the hotel has been around for a while, it's still very well-maintained. The breakfast selection was extensive. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The room was spacious with elegant lines. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The large bay window offered a stunning view of Sheshan Mountain, and there was even a small balcony to relax on. Maya Beach Water Park was less than a 10-minute walk away. The hotel also has its own lake with a small jungle adventure course and a zip-line across the lake, offering great value for money. Our butler, Jerry, was very responsive and provided excellent service. Choosing this hotel made our trip incredibly enjoyable.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! I was surprised to find a pool and hot springs, and the room was quite spacious. While the immediate area isn't super convenient, ordering food delivery was easy, and the robot delivery was quick. The environment is absolutely lovely – surrounded by lush greenery, and the entire complex is very quiet. It was a fantastic staycation. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast could be better, and you have to pay upfront if you want to add it, you can't charge it to your room, which isn't very convenient. Finally, a big thank you to the hotel for the room upgrade, which really helped with accommodating my older child.

With convenient access to the subway and shopping malls nearby, it’s an excellent choice for accommodation in Shanghai, whether you're traveling for leisure or business.

The overall experience was absolutely fantastic, so I must give it a well-deserved five-star rating! The location is truly unbeatable. It's incredibly close to Shanghai Wild Animal Park, just a 10-15 minute drive away. This means no early mornings and long commutes, and my child didn't get restless during the car ride. The hotel even offers a thoughtful complimentary shuttle service, dropping guests off at the zoo promptly at 9:00 AM and picking them up at 5:00 PM. This saved us the hassle of finding parking ourselves and made traveling with a child so much easier and more convenient. The surrounding area is also very well-equipped. Within walking distance, there are supermarkets, snack shops, convenience stores, and various restaurants. You can easily buy snacks, milk, and baby food that your child loves at any time. All daily essentials are taken care of in one go, meaning you don't need to carry a huge bag of supplies when you go out with your child. It's also very close to the subway, making it convenient to explore the city center later on. The hotel's overall environment is quiet and elegant, with simple yet cozy decor. The lobby is clean, bright, and well-ventilated, without any noisy or bustling atmosphere, which is ideal for children to rest and play. The public areas are meticulously cleaned, spotless, and there are even resting chairs, so kids can sit down and take a break when they get tired. The whole atmosphere feels comfortable and reassuring. The room's cleanliness was exceptionally good. Every corner of the room, under the bed, and the vanity area were spotless, free of any strange odors or dust. The bed was very comfortable, with a mattress that was just the right balance of soft and firm, so my child, after a day of playing, could lie down and sleep soundly. The bathroom had a wet and dry separation, and the floor was treated with anti-slip material, so I didn't have to worry about my child slipping and falling. The attention to detail extends to the room facilities, which are also very child-friendly. The smart lighting and automatic curtains are easy to operate, so you don't have to walk back and forth to switch things on and off, making it more convenient to care for your child. The toiletries are mild and non-irritating, which gave me peace of mind using them for my child. The Wi-Fi speed was also very fast, so my child could watch cartoons occasionally and adults could use their phones without any lag. What I want to praise the most is the hotel's service. The front desk staff were incredibly gentle and patient. Check-in was quick, and they proactively and thoughtfully recommended a touring route for the zoo, suitable activities for children, and reminded us of important tips for traveling with kids. The breakfast selection was also very rich, including light porridges, steamed buns, fried rice, multigrain side dishes, etc. The taste was light and not greasy, perfect for a child's stomach, easy to digest, and appealing to picky eaters. After a hearty breakfast, we were full of energy to explore the zoo. The hotel also has vending machines with drinks, snacks, and instant noodles, so even if you're too lazy to go out at night, you can easily get supplies. It's truly convenient when traveling with kids. When traveling with children, cleanliness, safety, convenience, and ease are paramount, and Guyiju Hotel meets all these criteria. It offers excellent value for money, a quiet environment, impeccable hygiene, and warm service. Its proximity to the zoo and the shuttle service make it a true hidden gem for family trips. This May Day trip to Shanghai Wild Animal Park was so easy and enjoyable because we chose Guyiju Hotel. My child had a great time, and the adults weren't exhausted. I sincerely recommend this hotel to all parents bringing their children to Shanghai Wild Animal Park or Disneyland.
