"2nd time stay at this hotel and as always, it has clean & spacious room, just in the middle of Nanjing Lu Pedestrian Street so many shops, eatery & malls just outside the hotel. It has free washing machine & dryer to use. Easy to find many kinds of food around the hotel, mini supermarket just beside the hotel, friendly staffs and comfortable beds. Need to note that this hotel might has some few stairs to reach some rooms, so for elderly, make sure to inform them and request rooms to reach without stairs. Overall, a good and recommended hotel to stay in Shanghai."

"Facilities: Comprehensive Cleanliness: Tidy Environment: Excellent Service: Attentive I originally planned to spend New Year's Eve watching the Shanghai night skyline, but my flight was delayed! So I ended up celebrating New Year's at the airport! By the time I got to the hotel, the light show outside the window was already over! The next day was cloudy, so I couldn't get a full view of the 'Three-piece Suite' (Lujiazui skyline). However, the hotel breakfast was incredibly rich and varied! I'll definitely be back next time."

"Hotel located at very strategic location, less than 5 minutes walk to Metro Station and around 8 minutes walk to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. Hotel receptionist Lily was efficient and friendly during our check in and provided us some small gift during check out, which makes our experience comfortable and nice. Hotel also helped us to collect our parcels making it very convenient to shop online. Our room was spacious and relatively cheap compared to hotel at this location considering it is Shanghai and near many famous location. They also have free gym and self laundry services. However there were a few points that could be improved. For hotel of 12 floors, only 1 lift that was functioning and the other lift was out of service throughout our stay, making sometimes waiting for lift over 5 minutes. The soundproofing of the hotel was also not very good. For the room we gotten, we can hear people walking past our room early in the morning and late at night (midnight) and people doing renovation or repair as early as 9am. Overall it was a pleasant experience and highly recommended."

"I’m surprised this hotel has a 9 rating. The first room I was assigned was not cleaned and still had a used towel and water bottle. The upgraded room was barely acceptable in terms of cleanliness. While the interior design of this hotel looks appealing in photos, the workmanship, maintenance, and soundproofing are all lacking. There is also no proper pick up/ drop off point. I will not return or recommend this hotel."

"Very good , Don’t really speak english but can communicate via phone so it’s okay . Very happy to help all the time , very kind and very nice / polite. Mia and the rest of the staff and very helpful. They have helped me move i came , and made the stay very pleasant. I stayed in the cave room which was very nice , the cleaner came in every day even if i put do not disturb and just made the the bed and refreshed the towels. The location is nice there is lots of food - burger king , pizza hut and local foods . It’s a bit far from the city centre about a 35/45 min drive which is 9-12 pounds The cleaning was good but a dusty on the floor maybe because of the cave . Over all i loved it would definitely stay again . All staff are nice and willing to try to help or help if they can ! Never had an issue ( except my parcel which they tried ) other than that AMAZING! The laundry service is also AMAZING ."

"The hotel room facilities are good, and the view is great. The price is excellent value for money given its location on the Bund. Yu Garden and the City God Temple are just a few minutes' walk downstairs, which is very convenient. There are also many restaurants nearby, and it's easy to get to the riverside to see the Bund's night view."

"Listen up! Choosing the right hotel for your trip to Shanghai Disneyland is absolutely crucial! It impacts your energy, your wallet, and your overall experience! Whether you're chasing ultimate value for money or dreaming of an immersive fairytale stay, I've got you covered! For our accommodation, we picked the Shanghai Yunhe Yebo Pudong Airport Store. The service and attention to detail were top-notch, with lots of birthday surprises, and we even bumped into various Disney characters! This is one of the most unique hotels I've ever stayed in. The hotel's main entrance is automatic, and as soon as you step into the lobby, you're greeted by a subtle, pleasant aroma. The service quality is also fantastic; as soon as we entered, a staff member quickly came over to help us with our luggage. There are so many things about this hotel worth praising [smiley face]. The room facilities are very well-designed and complete – almost everything you could possibly need is provided. Most importantly, the service is outstanding! Regarding the Disney itinerary: Zootopia is located at the very back. Follow a heart-shaped route: start with Buzz Lightyear on the left, loop around the park to the castle, then explore the right side, from Zootopia to Roaring Rapids. Catch the parade somewhere in between (if you want a front-row spot, you basically need to secure it 40 minutes in advance). The 8 Fastpasses include popular attractions like TRON Lightcycle Power Run, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Roaring Rapids, Soaring Over the Horizon, Peter Pan's Flight, Pirates of the Caribbean, etc. (Zootopia is not included and usually has a 30-90 minute wait). These Fastpasses basically save you 4 hours of queuing – we entered the park at 8:15 AM and had already ridden 7 attractions by 12 PM. For the fireworks, the center viewing spot is good, but the visual experience might be similar to what you see from further away. The shuttle bus back to the hotel at night is at the Donald Duck parking lot (it takes 15-20 minutes to walk from the main gate). After the fireworks show, absolutely do NOT go shopping – you won't make it to the shuttle bus on time, as it departs promptly. I recommend leaving right after the fireworks. On the Disney shuttle bus, they provide snacks, brown sugar ginger tea, and other drinks, and they even prepared foot-soaking tubs for everyone. Overall, this hotel excels in its environment, facilities, and service. I highly recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay [smiley face]."

"The hotel is located near Nanjing pedestrian road, only5-10 mins walk from Mosaic department store. The family room is really big and suitable for big Family of 4-6 people😊 There are lots of plugs in the room. The room is well equipped with all necessary things. The only one point I want to improve is to change some breakfast menu. (I stayed here 3 days , same menu everyday😂) The flushing water in the toilet is not that strong, but it is nice automated toilet! The staffs are very polite and friendly. My family love this hotel so much😍"
