Hotel is good and they have good customer service breakfast and a late night snack also good the environment is clean. The bed is soft the staffs all helpful. I like here, nice hotel recommend

I am very satisfied with the service and facilities of this hotel! The reception is warm and thoughtful, the room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom is thoughtfully designed with wet and dry separation. The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation around it, and the business district is within walking distance. The cleaning lady cleans carefully every day, and the overall environment is clean and warm. I especially want to praise the quick response of the room service, and the midnight snack delivery service is so thoughtful! A very cost-effective stay experience, highly recommended to friends who travel for business and tourism, I will definitely choose here next time!

Location: Extremely convenient. 5 mins walk from Shanghai Main Railway which made it easy for us to take trips out to Hangzhou and Wuxi. Amenities: Lawson and Family Mart just around the corner made it easy to get basic necessities. Being near the railway also gave us easy access to various food options even when it’s late. (highly recommend Yang’s Dumplings) Service: Highly satisfied with the service we received from Jius Hotel staff! We were landing in the wee hours of the morning (earlier than previously planned), hence we made a second booking so that we could catch some rest when we got to the hotel. We kindly requested if the staff could arrange it such that we could have one room for our entire stay. Not only did the staff facilitate our request, but also gave us a complimentary upgrade to 1-Room to make it happen. Room: Absolutely loved our stay at Jius Hotel. Room was huge and had a nice view of Suzhou River. A fun feature that we particularly enjoyed was how the room is smart configured, so you can close the blinds or off the lights entirely by voice control. And after a long day of exploring Shanghai, we always look forward to soaking in our very own jacuzzi. What really stood out for us was how comfortable the pillows are. This is the first time I have experienced such comfortable pillows over a hotel stay, so much so that we tried to ask the staff where the hotel got the pillows from. Overall, our stay at Jius Hotel was such a pleasant and wonderful experience. And for the given hotel rate on Trip.com, it has definitely been a steal for us. Strongly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Shanghai!

I booked this hotel as it's near Disneyland, and it's promoted as a hot spring hotel..turned out that it's not a real hot spring hotel, but more like a public bath experience for those who love hot spring.. Overall the experience of staying at this hotel is pleasant, the public bath and hot stone/sauna facilities are good..However, many other facilities in this resort require additional payment, and it's quite expensive (say 15min karaoke is around RMB30)..it should be cheaper for the residents here.. I booked a twin bed room, the space is not too big or small, however, there's an odour in the room, which is not quite pleasant..this is a big turnoff for me as I'm quite sensitive to smell..also, the sound proofing system is not good too..I could hear people talking late at night and early morning..it's quite annoying as it disrupted my sleep.. Other than that, all is acceptable..oh I forgot to mention, the breakfast is good! I enjoyed the corn and porridge..

Good value for money, cant get a better place in this price and it is a perfect option if you want to have a base in shanghai and roam around in town. Metro is a little bit far, 20min walk or around 2$ by taxi. No food option available nearby (or i couldnt find any) and had to use food delivery, which proved equally good.

This time the stay in Nanxiang G-division is directly sealed! Step into the room, the environment is clean and tidy, there is no smell. The layout of the room is super reasonable, the e-sports table and chairs are comfortable to sit all day without tiredness, perfect for ergonomics, and it will not be back pain if you open black for a long time. The bed is moderately soft and hard, and you can sleep when you are tired, and you will sleep until dawn. I almost overslept. The key point is to boast the equipment here, playing 3A The big silk is smooth and smooth, without any stuck. The high refresh rate of the e-sports screen is brightly colored and the visual effect is super shocking. The service has nothing to say, the staff is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is fast and efficient, and any problems can be solved in time by calling. I will lock this one when I open the black in the future, and I highly recommend it to all e-sports friends!

The hotel is definitely renovated. Many things feel a bit old. The service at the door is good and polite. Red envelopes were given to children during the Chinese New Year. The hygiene cannot be checked in detail, but it is generally acceptable. The location is good. It is not far from Anting Station. Free parking

Great location just 3 min walk from the train station and 5 min walk to Yu Garden. Hotel was clean and large. Bathroom floor was slippery though so take note. The hotel turned on central heater but it was too warm unfortunately. However, they sent over an air cooler very soon just that we had to sleep with the noisy fan. Room service was sometimes answered by AI and sometimes real person. Overall a great place to stay!

Very good accommodation, Xiao Wang at the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the accommodation environment is good, the clerk service is also in place, free fruit is also provided, there is a laundry room on the sixth floor of the hotel, the drying system is also available, the facilities are quite comprehensive, very satisfied with a stay, next time I come to travel, I will continue to patronize ☺️👍🏻

My visit to shanghai was a success due to the service of this hotel. I really liked the attitude of staff and their room service. They have nice and comfortable rooms on a good price, if you book from Trip.com. Breakfast was also good with a lot of options catering the need of halal food also.
