AAnonymous UserThe room is quite small, and I was a bit surprised since I compared it to photos advertised. However, their service is superb, they can deliver your breakfast (paid) to your room. Their mode of communication to customers is wechat, I am not sure if you don't have wechat, how else you are able to communicate with the lobbyist. Also, you can hear others from other room, so you really need to be quiet or else... Aesthetic wise, it's kinda pretty, however, this may be only good for very short stays.

AAmex7An Exceptional Stay!” I recently had the pleasure of staying at and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the staff, making check-in a breeze. The lobby is modern yet cozy, setting the perfect tone for the rest of my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the little touches, like the plush bathrobes and high-end toiletries. The view from the window was stunning, and I found the room to be a perfect retreat after a busy day of sightseeing. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch as well. The gym was well-equipped, and I had a chance to relax in the beautiful spa. I also had the pleasure of dining at the hotel restaurant, where the food exceeded all expectations. Whether it was the delicious breakfast or the exquisite dinner, everything was prepared with attention to detail. One of the highlights of my stay was the impeccable service. The staff went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed and offered great recommendations for local attractions and dining. I’ll definitely be returning to [Hotel Name] for my next trip to It truly made my stay unforgettable!

GGuest UserGreat place to stay, especially when bidet is your special concern. The toilet are equipped with smart bidet washing (Japanese style toilet seat) There’s not too much traffic around busy hour (unlike if you stay around touristy Nanjing road area) so it is fast for didi to come. Very nearby there’s metro line 14 which 2stops away from main line 1. Family mart is nearby in front of the hotel. Going to the right after you out of lobby & cross the road, there also Lawson & Family mart. 10minutes walk in the same road , there’s a small fresh market. Many good restaurants surrounding, just find them on Dianping apps review. 5-15minutes walk. Walk a little bit furthermore and you will be at Jing’an temple. No carpet on the floor, so for me it’s a good sign of no hidden dust. Amenities are given on the front desk. Free evening porridge for guests. In case when the room temperature are a bit warm during March, I need to open the window for breeze air. Otherwise it’s a bit of hot inside even with the AC set on low temp. Also another downside, is the lack of privacy between shower & toilet rooms. Even though they are separated but there’s no room for private changing. Even there’s no clothes hook inside the shower. So, except for families, I found it’s rather not convenient. They do can except your Taobao package. Just remember to put your check-in date & note to leave them at front desk. Definitely my family favorite hotel in Shanghai.

SSivakumar077This is my second stay at this hotel and it continues to offer very good value for money. The location is convenient and not far from the airport. If you arrive during the day or before 11 p.m., you can take the metro from the airport at minimal cost. Late at night, a DiDi taxi usually costs around 30–40 RMB. The hotel is well suited for solo travelers, though couples may find the room slightly cramped. Since my last visit, the facilities remain largely the same, although the building is starting to show its age and could benefit from some interior renovation. The room amenities are good for the price: slippers, bathroom slippers, shampoo, dental kit, and reliable Wi-Fi. There is also a table and chair for working. Compared with some other hotels I stayed at recently in Shanghai, the room size is reasonable and allows enough space to move around. I also requested a south-facing window, and the staff kindly arranged it so I could get morning sunlight. Overall, it is a decent and practical hotel, especially for travelers on a budget or those needing a convenient place to stay during airport transit or flight delays.

DDeeXWe enjoyed our stay at Guisu very much. The room is nice and clean with old Shanghai style. The location is perfect to go anywhere you like in Shanghai. You can walk to Huaihai Road easily and nearest tube station Shaanxinan Road is only 5 minute away. The host is really helpful. We left an old luggage and some cardboard boxes that they all helped to clean up. Thank you so much for your hospitality, which made our experience in Shanghai truely enjoyable and memorable. I would love to go back and stay there again.i

GGuest UserI decided to write a thorough review because this is the most expensive hotel I've stayed at so far (given my budget). First, the good points: it's very close to the park, with a shuttle bus service, and you get an hour early access. The environment is lovely, and the room was clean, tidy, and looked just like the pictures. There are tons of entertainment facilities, so kids would definitely have a blast here. Luggage storage was quick and convenient, the staff were friendly, and they even let us keep the room key card as a souvenir when we checked out. Now, for the less satisfactory aspects: the room had windows, but they were sealed shut and couldn't be opened for ventilation (perhaps for child safety), so it felt a bit stuffy after a shower. Also, during holidays, there are a lot, and I mean a lot, of kids. When we arrived, the room wasn't ready, so we had to store our luggage and go to the park, then come back after 3 PM to check in. As a middle-aged traveler, this was a bit of a shock; it's quite tiring to arrive at a hotel and immediately have to go out and play. PS: The cherry blossoms at the hotel entrance are absolutely stunning! (A little bonus)

GGuest UserThis Japanese onsen hotel is super close to Disneyland. After a tiring day, coming back for a hot spring bath is incredibly relaxing, and the free shuttle service is a huge plus for convenience (though the location itself is a bit awkward). You take off your shoes right at the entrance, and walking barefoot throughout the whole facility really amps up that Japanese ambiance. There's a great variety of hot spring pools, both indoor and outdoor. After a good soak, heading to the sauna makes it even more comfortable. They also have excellent facilities for families, so kids can easily spend a whole day entertained. While breakfast is simple, it's definitely filling. The only downsides are the slightly poor soundproofing and somewhat dated facilities.

GGuest UserTravelling as a muslim family of 5. Good location. Near to halal food. Lawson and luckin coffee right in front of the hotel. The building is a bit dated but kinda ok for me. Kinda clean and well maintained. The ceiling is low but our height averages 175cm so we are good. My only complaint is when people from other room smokes in their room, somehow it get in our room. Luckily we have window and i keep it open despite the 10 degrees weather. Kinda tricky for DIDI to stop in front of the hotel as the road is small and some part under construction. There is construction going on the road nearby but it stop at 10 pm and start at 8am. But the noise is bearable.

GGuest UserThe price is quite low and the location is great. However, the cleanliness of the bedroom floor was quite shocking. The floor was not cleaned at all which is not acceptable, there were long hairs everywhere on the floor. The cleanliness of the rest of the room was fine. The room also smelt strongly like cigarette smoke when guests in another room smoked in their room, which was 75% of the time. The reception staff was very willing to help. I asked to change rooms and it still smelled like cigarette smoke and there was still long hair everywhere on the floor. This room also had what looked like food scraps on the shower floor. The reception staff should be commended for being so willing to help that they cleaned the shower and floor for me, however they did a very basic job. There was no street noise but I could hear everything from the next room when there was a group loudly playing video games, it seems like there is no soundproofing. I think this hotel would suit someone with high tolerance/low standards and a low budget.
