MM38487****Shanghai Chuxin Moshe Hotel is absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, just 4 km from Disneyland, and they offer a free shuttle service, making it super convenient to visit the park. The front desk lady was incredibly warm and attentive, helping us with everything from Disneyland tips to arranging airport transfers. The family room design is dreamy, and the breakfast is exquisite and plentiful. The room was as neat as a pin, just like home. The free pick-up and drop-off service to Pudong Airport was an unexpected bonus! The value for money is outstanding; I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Disneyland!

We were just planning to drop off our luggage and head out, but to our surprise, the friendly staff at the front desk immediately asked his colleague if any rooms were ready. He also asked if we had eaten breakfast and promptly arranged for us to go to the buffet. The breakfast spread was incredibly diverse. By the time we finished eating and came back, the front desk attendant had already completed our check-in. This is my first time traveling where I've been able to check in half a day early, and even get a complimentary breakfast before checking in – I was so touched! And for such a great price, with breakfast included, it's really incredible value for money, especially in a city like Shanghai.

SSuoFlareI've never willingly given a hotel a perfect five-star rating, but this one deserves it. The location is absolutely fantastic, right above IFC and surrounded by major shopping malls. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Disney Store, the Oriental Pearl Tower, and the Bund.
Even though it's a 10-year-old hotel, you really have to stay here to understand just how incredibly well-maintained it is. The service is practically on-demand; they respond to almost any request incredibly quickly. While they don't automatically deliver takeout to your room, you can call concierge and they'll bring it up.
The hotel breakfast offers a good variety, and everything tastes delicious. 'Variety' is relative, of course – it can't compare to places that specialize solely in breakfast, but it's very good nonetheless.
I would absolutely recommend this hotel to any family or friends who need a place to stay in Shanghai.

1118671****The hotel is new and very clean. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. Since I was returning from overseas, 16 packages arrived before I did, and they had already helped sort them all together. They even assisted with returning items that weren't suitable the next day, which was really excellent 👍. The complimentary late-night snack was also great; soup noodles, wontons, and porridge – not a fancy feast, but after a long journey, a hot bowl of soup noodles was incredibly comforting. After landing and collecting my luggage, I called, and the driver arrived at the designated spot in about 20 minutes. The hotel also has many guests visiting Disneyland with their children, and offers many value-added services. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

GGuest UserSuch a delightful and comfortable stay! This was my first time experiencing a Banyan Tree property, and it was truly a unique experience. The overall color scheme is on the darker side, but when combined with the various aromatherapy scents, it creates a wonderfully tranquil atmosphere. The pillow menu was comprehensive, and there was even an aromatherapy menu to choose from – I picked the sweet orange, which smelled absolutely lovely.
The front desk mentioned an upgrade to a room with an even better view, and they weren't kidding. The Oriental Pearl Tower and the 'Three-piece set' (referring to the three iconic skyscrapers) looked like a giant painting hanging right outside the window – simply stunning!
Both the à la carte and buffet breakfast options were delicious.
The service was also excellent. We had a WeChat concierge add us in advance, and we could ask questions throughout our stay. Cynthia and Deslin were fantastic!

WWotiantianxiangshangAn absolutely superb hotel! The location is fantastic, directly facing the Bund, offering panoramic views from the upper floors – the scenery is just stunning. It's a historic old building with interiors that exude a cultured Shanghainese charm. The hotel stated it was redecorated in early 2025, so the facilities are relatively new. The rooms are incredibly spacious, with standard king rooms ranging from 50-60 square meters, very grand indeed. Around the hotel, you'll find a wide variety of charming Chinese and international restaurants. The subway isn't far either, making transport very convenient. The hotel service is also very attentive. There are many foreign guests staying here. If you're looking to experience an elegant taste of Old Shanghai, this high-end hotel comes highly recommended.

BBowubuThis guesthouse was absolutely fantastic! The decor was lovely, and everything was spotless. It was fully equipped with a kettle, microwave, washing machine, air purifier, and even kitchen utensils. The shower had excellent water pressure, and I really appreciated the individually wrapped disposable towels – it felt very hygienic. The shampoo and body wash were standard supermarket brands, which was fine, and the hairdryer had good power. Honestly, everything was perfect. When we noticed the complimentary bottled water was out, they immediately ordered more for us. The service was superb too. I was very satisfied with our stay.

AAnonymous UserBook this...the location is good - the Shanghai Railway Metro is within walking distance, and from there, you'll reach most tourist spots in only 2-5 stops. Transfers are convenient.
We stayed for 6 nights, and the front desk and housekeeping staff were so accommodating. There's free bottled water, coffee, and tea at the lobby, plus other essentials.
The twin Smart-AI room had an automated toilet, and the beds are as advertised (~1.5m), comfortable for 2 people to share. Blackout curtains help you get a good rest.
You can also have your Taobao parcels delivered to the hotel. They have an area for this, and your package will be placed on the shelf based on your mobile's ending number. Your food delivery will be brought your door by a robot.
This was a good stay, and we'd love to book this again for our next visit.

AAmeixianshengThe location is super central and convenient for getting anywhere. The staff honestly told us that the Oriental Pearl TV Tower view was partially obstructed, but it was still stunning. They even provided disposable bath liners and milk bath packets for the bathtub. Xiao Wu was incredibly helpful, always answering our questions promptly and efficiently. A big thank you to Xiao Wu! The only minor issue was the front desk male staff member's insincere expression when we checked in at 6 PM on January 12th, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable. However, the front desk staff who checked us in late at night were very friendly despite the late hour. Overall, the staff's attitude was excellent! The hotel definitely has some age, but the TV was smart, and the breakfast was refreshing and cozy. All in all, a good experience!
