The hotel is very convenient to Nanjing Road and 外滩. There is a Chaozhou restaurant downstairs that is also good. There are many small restaurants on the back street.
The room design is very unique 👍 The toilet and shower are separated, and the room is very quiet. The hotel upgraded the room and we will come back.

The location is very nice, the room and bed are very comfortable. The stuff is very helpful.
I forgot a large amount of money in the room. The hotel contacted me immediately and returned the money, professional housekeeping.

Honestly book somewhere else. The ‘Hotel’ is a couple of floors within another building meaning lifts are shared with hundreds of residents. The rooms look okay but upon closer inspection they aren’t well done - I was ‘upgraded’ to this room with a window and you can see what I mean. The whole place smelled of damp. DO NOT book breakfast - the saddest and most stale hotel offering I’ve ever seen (plus it wasn’t a restaurant but a few tables in a conference room). Honestly there are so many nicer hotels… online it looks great but really not worth the money. Would ask for a refund if I could. Glad I only stayed one night…

Location is pretty convenient to East Nanjing road, and has quite a few food options that is either 24 hours or opens till late. WOW Hotels is about 10 minutes walk with luggage to the metro stations. Hotel security uses camera/facial before access to lift area. Daily house keeping with bottled water is provided. Friendly staff members.

Very nice hotel located at perfect location. Near Nanjing road and The Bund. Plenty of foods and convenient stores nearby. Booked 3 rooms for 4 nights and we were upgraded with bigger rooms FOC. Staffs were helpful and friendly. Helped us book taxis to airport. Rooms were cleaned daily. Will stay here again. Recommended!

The room was good but my first room is second floor it have some loud at night at night I tell the front every one help me but have just one person can speak English, anyway there teams helping me to change the room find many room but I'm not ok. There team said tomorrow will change to bigger room I do not need to bigger room I just need to same room but another floor. At morning have another one to help me that change to biggest room. Is fine to me and my boyfriend and she give me for the fruit for me every day she's name 刘英(Liu Ying) she nice and helpful

Conveniently located 5mins walk to People’s Square station and 10mins to Nanjing East station. Bus stop right in front of the building as well. Cleanliness of the room was fine, but the renovation looks poorly done with paint not aligned, screw of the lamp was out. Soundproof is bad, you can hear noise from upstairs even at 2am or from the air condition. When other guests exit the lift and they talk loudly you can hear them clearly as well. The hotel is in a building that’s shared so there’s always random people at the lobby. Waiting for the lift can take very long. But staff service is generally good.
