"Beds are comfy and clean. the room had tea and a kettle, shower, hot water...all the basics you need. Easy Check in and friendly reception. Not very Clean floors in the hallway, but are you gonna stay in the hallway? The showers and beds were fine, thats Important I mean...its not a 5 Star Hilton all you can eat Hotel. Its a cheap Hotel next to the Airport and for the price I think it was very nice. Would definetly come Back. Shuttle to the Airport works easy aswell once per hour Location: get a didi from Lingkongroad (Metro Linie 2) for 1,20€ and its 10mins."

"Amazing location. A few minutes walk to Nanjing Lu. Very clean room and wonderful service provided by both Yun Lei and Xiao Lei. Would totally recommend this hotel! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here."

"At the beginning I booked the room without windows and that’s terrible so I have to pay more to change the room. The room is not that clean. I also see cockroaches. One of the lady at the reception is very nice, while another is terrible and don’t have service mide. Not much far from train station with less than 10 mins walking."

"Booked a collection executive room and was very happy with my room on the 29th floor with the most perfect view on Shanghai's skyline. Hotel is perfectly located on the Nanjing East road in the very center of Shanghai. Hotel itself and rooms are a bit worn out - need renovation in the nearest future but room was immaculately clean and provided with fresh bottled water every day. Breakfast was very good - both chinese and western. cuisine provided, lot of fruit, pastry and very good coffee. Special thanks to the executive lounge manager Annie who is the most friendly and helpful lady with perfect knowledge of english language. During the happy hours and afternoon tea time Ms. Annie explained clearly all the choices of food served and the beverages."

"This is my second time staying here. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. They try their best to accommodate us in all aspects. I bought a pair of shoes that would be delivered to the hotel on the next day, I informed the concierge and they thoroughly went through details of the expected parcel to prevent errors and miscommunication with the delivery. The next day when my parcel arrived, the concierge called and make sure the parcel delivering was the correct one for me. As for the house keeping, they noticed that we drank all 4 bottles of complimentary water everyday and from our 3rd day of staying onward they gave us 6 bottles without our request. Not to mention that I accidentally spilled milk over my bed in the rush, I informed the front desk before we headed out and they enthusiastically told me not to worry they would send the house keeper to change my bed sheet right away. In the morning of our last day, Oliver from the front desk called to confirm our check out and informed that hotel’s check out time was twelve noon. They also asked how many luggage we had and what time would we want the concierge to come collect them which I told them to come up around 11am, and at 11am sharp they rang on my door. Oliver from the front desk came along with the concierge, accompanied us down and helped us through the check out process and luggage deposit. Around 1:30 pm when we came back from lunch, our luggage was ready for us to pick up and headed out to the airport."

"The location is fantastic!! Cannot beat this location right on nanjing road. Popular eats such as lailai xlb 2 mins walk away. One consideration tho, for people with accessibility challenges the set up of this hotel is a bit strange. Within the same floor, somehow it’s separated into two levels. You need to climb up a narrow staircase to get up to your room for some rooms. This was a bit challenging with the suitcases. Other than that, can’t complain with this location."

"Fantastic stay at the Treasury Hotel – highly recommend. We had an excellent stay at the Treasury Hotel in Shanghai. The room was spotless when we arrived and was cleaned to a really high standard throughout our stay, which honestly makes such a difference when you’re travelling. The hotel itself feels well looked after and comfortable, and everything worked exactly as it should. What really stood out was the staff. Every single person we dealt with was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. Anytime we needed directions, recommendations, or help figuring out transport, they went out of their way to explain things clearly and make sure we were sorted. Nothing felt like a hassle, and they were always smiling and approachable. The location is also a big plus – very convenient for getting around Shanghai, with shops, food, and transport links nearby. It made exploring the city really easy. Overall, this hotel offers great value, excellent cleanliness, and outstanding service. We’d absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai."

"We had a very pleasant stay at the Marriott hotel. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and housekeeping kept everything in great condition throughout our stay. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, and our room was allocated quickly when we arrived. The hotel porter was also very helpful and active in arranging and loading our luggage into the car when we left, which we really appreciated. What impressed us most was the service after check-out. We realised we had left our child’s cow doll in the room, and when we contacted the hotel, the staff replied promptly, found the doll, and arranged to send it back to us by courier. This thoughtful gesture showed how much they care about their guests. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely be happy to stay here again."

"My stay at the Mercure Hotel was fantastic, definitely a 5-star experience! The location is very convenient, the room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff, especially the young man, was incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all my questions and even recommending local attractions.
