"When in Chongqing, staying a night at Hongya Cave is a must, so I picked this high-rise hotel right by Hongya Cave. It's incredibly close, and the night view is absolutely stunning! Seriously, I made the right choice—you'll love it here! (՞ਊ՞)👍 📍 The hotel's location is truly superb! There's a subway downstairs, making getting around super convenient. Hongya Cave, Jiefangbei, Luohan Temple, Yangtze River Cableway, Chongqing Eling Park, and Baixiangju are all within easy walking distance 🦵. After a night out, it's incredibly convenient to just walk back! The hotel is on Kuaizi Street, and there are many delicious small eateries right downstairs ✌️. Staying here in Chongqing couldn't be more convenient - ̗̀(๑ᵔ⌔ᵔ๑) 🛏️ The room style is very upscale. We chose a family room, and our child absolutely loved it ✨. The cute little tent by the window was particularly charming ε٩(๑＞₃＜)۶з. Plus, you get a gorgeous night view from the window – super beautiful! And their mattresses and pillows are incredibly comfortable! After a tiring day, I fell asleep the moment I hit the bed 😪. 📸 The hotel also has a 'starry sky tunnel' which is fantastic for photos, and the lobby lounge is also perfect for pictures ^_^📷 – super photogenic ┏(＾0＾)┛📷. 🉑 After checking in, our whole family had a wonderful experience! We truly felt we made an excellent choice (՞ਊ՞)👍. The value for money here is also incredibly high 👐. If you're visiting Chongqing and don't know where to stay, you really have to try this place – it will definitely make your Chongqing trip pleasant and comfortable (≖_≖✌️)."

"Perfect location, right in the heart of Chongqing's downtown, at walkable distance of all main attractions. The hotel lobby is on the 31st floor, but our room was then located on the 33rd floor. Be aware that not all elevators take you to all floors and that it can be time consuming to go up and down. While we had booked a room with views, the views were practically from the bathroom's window. The size of the room was fine with a quite big and well equipped bathroom. The bed was very hard for our liking. The staff was friendly and kept our luggage for us upon check out until night time!"

"If you thought that the main thing about this hotel was only its stylish rooms or gorgeous views from the windows (which, by the way, are also true), I would like to say that another of its strengths is its friendly and very responsive, helpful staff. On the day we checked in, we were brought welcome tea and snacks. It was very nice! The tea was so delicious that we later decided to ask where we could buy it. Although the packages available for sale were a little too big for us (actually, they are normal in weight, but we couldn't take much with us), the girl at the reception, knowing that we liked the tea, made it for us the next day... It was very thoughtful and kind. Thank you! Later in the evening, we had a problem in our room. It was too cold for us, so we tried to turn on the air conditioning to heat the room, but it didn't work. The girl at the reception desk tried hard to solve the problem, and eventually the heating mode was fixed. On the second day, the air conditioning problem recurred. Another girl tried to help us, and this time it worked quickly and permanently. Everything was fine after that. Our check-out was late at night, but the girl at the reception quickly called a taxi and accompanied us to it, helping us load our suitcases into the boot. We had read other reviews before and expected the service to be just... okay. But! In fact, all the staff were friendly, very welcoming and pleasant. The hotel room itself is stylish and has many different lamps and atmospheric lighting for beautiful photos. The view from the panoramic window is excellent, nothing more to add. The curtains are automatic and light-proof. We enjoyed the comfortable bed and very soft bedding. Therefore, it was sometimes even difficult to wake up early. The walls of the toilet and part of the bathroom are almost transparent, which was a little embarrassing. The cleaning service was good, and the water bottles were replenished. We usually left the room a little late, but Auntie was always friendly and waited for us. I think the hotel's location near Jiefangbei is very good, especially if you are in Chongqing for the first time. Everything is nearby: food, shopping malls, three metro stations within walking distance. The lobby with the reception is on the 46th floor, and it has a beautiful design with panoramic windows. There are cosy sofas and free drinks: coffee, tea, lemonade. There were no particular problems with the lifts in the building because they are separated by floor. (Perhaps the building itself was not busy during our trip, or perhaps we are already used to lifts in tall buildings). The only downside I can mention is the smell of tobacco, which sometimes drifted into our room (I guess, through the ventilation system?). Keep this in mind if you don't really stand the smell of tobacco, just like us. But all the other positives significantly outweighed this, so overall we were left with only positive impressions about our stay at the hotel."

"I think the photos are a bit deceiving tbh! The rooms look updated and minimal which I assume attracts us all to the hotel.. but it’s not maintained or in clean condition aka look at the photos. The bedding and towels were clean and room service came daily but the shower and bathroom smelt so bad idk if it’s the draining or what, so it just made the place feel unclean… also the WiFi is SOooooooo bad!!! For future guests, do not stay in the side facing raffle city shopping mall because it’s very loud!!"

"We chose this hotel out of the many hotels in Chongqing, and we have no regrets staying here. The distance from the train station is about 40 minutes by Didi. To enter the hotel lobby, if you have a lot of luggage it's no problem—there’s a path that goes around so you don’t have to go up the stairs. Upon entering the lobby, there are several receptionists, and you should go to the one on the left. The check-in process was fast, and we were able to go straight to our room. The room looked exactly like the photos. It came with a washing machine, oven, microwave, stove, sink, sofa, and bathtub. However, we didn’t use all the facilities—especially the bathtub, which seemed like it hadn’t been used for a long time, because when we tried to use it, the water came out a bit dirty. The toilet was complete with a bidet, and the shower was excellent, with additional side sprays that were great for massaging the back and shoulders. There was also a dryer for socks and underwear. The room had two double beds—one outside next to the sofa and one inside the bedroom. The receptionists were very quick in responding to our concerns, and we were very satisfied with their service. The breakfast selection was also very diverse, and everything tasted delicious. The location is very strategic, not far from Jiefangbei—just one block from the hotel. There are many local restaurants nearby, including noodle shops and hotpot places, and Shibati is also only about a 10-minute walk away. We regret staying only 3 nights here—we wanted to stay longer because of how comfortable the hotel was. On our last day when we checked out, there was a male staff member with an earring on his left ear (I forgot to ask his name) who helped carry our luggage into the Didi and assisted with communicating with the driver through our app. Thank you so much for the excellent service, and Asiam Hotel is truly the best choice for first-time tourists visiting Chongqing."

"The location was fantastic - 山城步道 is just opposite, and 10 min walk away is 十八梯. If you continue walking you will end up in 解放碑 and 洪崖洞. Walk somemore and you will reach 来福士 (took me about 2.5h). The concierge is currently on the 4th floor in a makeshift area but the girls were nice and helped me receive my taobao parcels on my behalf before my arrival. They were also amiable during our communication on Wechat. The hotel room is pretty and definitely aesthetic, but after having been to over a dozen Chinese hotels, the cleanliness can be improved as the sofa chair didn't look too clean and there was plenty of grout. The showerhead also isn't exactly in the best condition as the water was leaking from the sides. Additionally, the toilet also had a bit of sewage smell so that's something to keep in mind ~ The view from the 41st floor is amazing though and you get both street view and sea view."

"I had a fantastic stay at ISEYA Panoramic Hotel (Chongqing Jiefangbei Flagship) during my trip to Chongqing. The hotel has a wonderful ambience and an incredibly convenient location right in the bustling Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street. It’s just a stone’s throw away from endless shopping and food options, as well as iconic attractions like Shibati, Hongya Cave, and the Mountain City Trail. We were amazed by the panoramic view from our room, and even more impressed by the elegant and modern interior. After a full day of activities, we always looked forward to returning to the hotel because it was just so comfortable and cosy. The room was well-equipped with plenty of amenities — from a hair dryer set and comprehensive utilities to a speaker for playing our favourite music. We also ordered room service breakfast on our first day and were impressed by both the variety and presentation of the food (see attached photo). Beyond the ambience and facilities, the service provided by the hotel staff truly elevated our stay. We are very grateful to the team at ISEYA Panoramic Hotel (Chongqing Jiefangbei Flagship) for their warm hospitality and excellent service. The butler responded to all our queries via WeChat promptly, politely, and professionally. Special thanks to 露露 and other staff members who served us during our stay for providing exceptional service! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at ISEYA Panoramic Hotel, and it became one of the highlights of our trip to China. "This hotel is amazing. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for 2 nights. The suite included a washing machine and dryer, The room had awesome views of the river. The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. Very conveniently located connected to a shopping mall with lots of food options. Also connected to the metro station though we did not use it. Breakfast was standard. The swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms were clean and well.maintained. I will most certainly be staying here again when in Chongqing. Thanks for a most pleasant stay."

"Coming to Chongqing, staying here is something you definitely won't regret! This room is a duplex, super spacious, and doesn't feel cramped at all. It's on a high floor with floor-to-ceiling windows, and sitting there enjoying the river view is just amazing. Whether it's day or night, the vibe is different and truly atmospheric. The room is super clean, and all disposable amenities are provided, which feels very thoughtful. The ladies at the front desk have excellent service attitudes and were able to promptly address all our needs. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with this stay and absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Chongqing!"
