The smart curtains opened to reveal a stunning river view, and soaking in the bathtub while admiring the scenery outside just doubled the romantic atmosphere. All my fatigue vanished instantly! The service details were truly impressive. The front desk staff was super thoughtful, not only proactively recommending local dining and entertainment spots. Getting around from the hotel was incredibly convenient: it's a 1-minute walk to Luohan Temple, where you can easily capture amazing photos of ancient temples with red walls contrasting against distant skyscrapers, a perfect blend of past and present. Hongyadong is just a 5-minute walk downhill – no climbing needed! This was a huge plus for someone who gets tired easily, and you can explore old street neighborhoods along the way."

"This was the best stay I have had in China. The room was beautiful, with amazing views and a super cool layout. It was exceptionally clean and smelled really good too. Not to mention, the location makes it a quick DiDi/Metro ride to the main attractions of the city. I am pretty easygoing and don’t need much in the way of amenities, but because I didn’t answer throughout the day, the room service people brought me a whole new bag of sundries and towels just to be sure I didn’t go without. The hotel reached out several times to see if they could help with anything, and were warm and friendly! I wish I had stayed in Chongqing longer just so I could spend more time in this hotel room."

"Xiaomei's butler service is amazing.The housekeeper is available 24 hours a day. Xiaomei can help wash clothes which went super fast, if you have other needs, you can also ask them. The hotel's facilities are great and the rooms are beautiful. There are storm spa and afternoon tea aswell. Xiaomei is very professional and extremely friendly. Great stay and location, highly recommend!"

"We had an incredible stay at the hotel. We travelled as a family and the staff ensured we had a comfortable room for us and our baby and were very kind to give us extra water which we needed for cleaning our baby's bottle. The girls at the front desk were so kind and helped us so much in setting up to order food, give us advice and help us with all our needs. The staff in the restaurant were amazing, so friendly. The breakfast is delicious and the afternoon tea was an amazing bonus. The hotel has both a premium look but also run by very kind helpful staff.and the location is as good as it gets for Chongqing, walking distance to so many of the main sights you need to see. Thank you so much! It can be difficult to find the entrance, it is in a shared building so would be great to let new guests know exactly where to find it as it took us some time."

The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the amenities are complete and of high quality. The soundproofing is also excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep and complete relaxation. "First, the room was nice, though after moving to another property around the same price proved it wasn’t worth it. Check in process was fast and quick. Very seamless. Second, the view was misleading. If you go through the reviews, most of the reviews have curtains closed! I started doubting the legitimacy of the good reviews after reading a few. Third, my partner was literally coerced (he doesn’t speak Chinese) to give a good review. I was away when he checked out so they did give him some hotpot condiments as gifts. When he said I am away, the receptionist said “can you go find him?” On translator and tried walking him towards the door to get me (when we already checked out) Location was amazing though. Note that this hotel is located on a few floors in a building with 30 floors. So waiting for lift takes at least 5-10 mins as there are 3 lifts in total."

"I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. What stood out the most was the service, the staff were extremely polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. They were very efficient whenever I requested anything and most of the time, they even helped without me needing to ask. Communication via WeChat was very convenient and their responses were always fast and reliable. One thing I really appreciated was how they handled my online orders. They helped receive and pack everything for me, which made things so much easier during my trip. The room was also very clean and comfortable, which made the overall experience even better. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent service and attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"I was just looking for a place to crash for a night, but the night view outside my window completely captivated me for half an hour! From over 20 floors up, the lights of the entire Yuzhong Peninsula spread out before me like a spilled jewel box. The most stunning part was the cruise ships on the river, slowly gliding by with long trails of light, breaking up and then re-forming their reflections. I didn't even bother unpacking; I just leaned by the window and zoned out for a bit. In that moment, I suddenly felt that this hurried business trip wasn't so bad after all."
