Guest UserThe room was incredibly spacious, and the two hot spring pools were a huge hit with the kids â they loved how warm they were, and we didn't have to worry about them being too noisy and disturbing others. The butler was very thoughtful, contacting us beforehand to confirm our check-in time and ensuring everything like fruit and snacks was perfectly prepared. It was a truly relaxing stay!

Kao. anThe environment is beautiful, comfortable, and pleasant, and the price is reasonable. The mini-bar drinks and snacks are complimentary. It's a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. Upon check-in, we received complimentary snacks and drinks. The breakfast area is lovely, and there's a wide variety of options. The only downside is that breakfast starts at 7:30 AM, which is too late for us to catch our bus to the airport. I hope they can adjust the breakfast time; most hotels start at 6:30 AM. I also wish they offered sweet soy milk for breakfast. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and the staff deserve commendation! đ

Anonymous UserAs a frequent guest at your hotel, every time I step into the lobby, what I look forward to most is seeing the familiar and warm smile of Kathy at the front desk. She's practically an old friend now â I don't even need to say much; she always remembers my preference for a quiet, high-floor room and has my key card ready in advance. The check-in process is always efficient and smooth, and she'll greet me like an old friend, asking things like, âHow many days are you staying in Chongqing this time?â or âDid you try that restaurant I recommended last time?â That perfect level of familiarity makes me feel at ease.
Kathy's thoughtfulness is also hidden in the details: she notices my flight schedule and proactively offers a late check-out. If she sees I have sports gear, she thoughtfully lets me know when the gym is least crowded. This feeling of 'being remembered' adds a touch of warmth to what could otherwise be a cold business trip. She never slacks off just because I'm a regular; instead, she shows even more meticulous care, turning every encounter into a warm 'reunion.' Thank you, Kathy â this is precisely why I always choose to stay here. It's because of people like her that you want to keep coming back.

DamigaoxingRegent Chongqing not only boasts a superb location, but it truly sets the bar for hotel service. They've thought of absolutely everything.
From pillow preferences, in-room telescopes, and flower petal bubble baths to thoughtful arrival route planning and various considerate little gifts, what really impressed me was the complimentary minibar, including alcoholic beverages and snacks â incredibly generous!
All three of the hotel's restaurants and its bar are must-visits in Chongqing. The bar, in particular, has a fantastic vibe. As a hotel guest, we not only had the minimum spend waived for our sofa table but also received two complimentary cocktails. The bar staff were incredibly observant and always attentive to our needs.
âđźThe only minor drawback is that the hotel uses a fully enclosed fresh air system for the beds. While the temperature control was excellent, it did get a little humid during consecutive rainy days.
When we left, we took all the gifts and the minibar drinks with us, haha! So happy to have eaten, drunk, and received so much. I love Regent and will definitely be back!

ChenchenchenchenlaFacilities: The hotel is brand new, just opened this year. The room decor and furnishings are beautiful and stylish. The hardware is excellent.
Cleanliness: The room was clean, but the minibar glasses might need a bit more attention.
Environment: As a high-rise hotel, the views are definitely top-notch, both day and night. Breakfast is on the 63rd floor; the Zhajiangmian (fried sauce noodles) was delicious, and the window seats offered great views. Around 12:30 PM, a male staff member at the ice cream stand saw we were having trouble serving ourselves and proactively helped us. I'm very grateful to him; please extend my thanks again. Plus, breakfast runs until 1 PM, which is great for late risers like me â no need to worry about missing it. Highly recommended!
Service: The hotel called the day before to confirm our arrival. We arrived a little after 12:30 PM, and they had a room ready for us and even upgraded our room type, which was very thoughtful. Even more commendable, I had a 4 PM flight the next day, and the front desk unhesitatingly extended our checkout time to 2 PM. My thanks to the young lady who checked us in. We often heard greetings throughout the hotel, which was a nice touch.
One small area for improvement: the concierge desk is inside on the first floor. It's a bit unusual that there aren't any concierge staff outside, so when we first arrived, we weren't sure how to enter as there was no one to guide us. However, one gentleman inside the concierge was very enthusiastic and proactively came forward to help with our luggage. I'm very grateful for his help.

CherrylinlinmaThis hotel is conveniently located near Guanyin Bridge, making transportation a breeze. While it's not the newest hotel, the room facilities are still quite good. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the breakfast spread is excellent. The staff are all incredibly warm and attentive, especially Jackie and Bella, who really made us feel right at home.

Pros: The breathtaking views of Jinyun Mountain and the Jialing River are truly exceptional from this location. The hot spring facilities are also impressive, with a good variety of pools and a cleverly designed, intricate layout.
Cons: The hotel's hardware facilities are quite outdated. For this price point, the hotel could definitely learn from the operational standards of top-tier brands. Furthermore, the breakfast selection is limited, and the toiletries in the room are of poor quality â these are areas with significant room for improvement. Large sections of wooden panels in the public areas are discolored or in disrepair.
Overall: If you're looking for value for money, you might want to reconsider. However, if budget isn't an issue and you prioritize experiencing the beautiful scenery and hot springs, it's definitely worth a visit. Finally, the complimentary travel photoshoot provided by the hotel was a nice touch, and I'd like to commend the photographer, Zixuan, for her excellent service.

Guest UserThe room was quite spacious, with a low table by the window and a bay window, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. It was very comfortable. The bedding was also very comfortable, with soft duvets, though I did spend quite a while trying to figure out the bedside lamp, haha. The bathroom and toilet were in separate spaces, with the sink outside, all three being independent, which was incredibly convenient and a huge plus! Many other hotels don't offer such a thoughtful layout. The reception isn't on the same floor as the guest rooms, and there's a dedicated lounge area where you can work, read, or watch shows. The room's soundproofing was good; I didn't even hear the heavy rainstorm outside last night. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and even gave us two bottles of water for our journey when we checked out, which was a very thoughtful touch. You can also store your luggage at the front desk. The hotel is situated in a tranquil area surrounded by schools, museums, and memorials, making for a beautiful environment. It's accessible from two subway stations, and there's a police car on duty right downstairs, as well as security guards, so it feels very safe. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Chongqing, especially with many historical 'red' attractions nearby, perfect for a leisurely stroll.

Guest UserTraveling with my dog to Chongqing, I stayed at the Westin Jiefangbei. Its prime location in the heart of Jiefangbei made shopping and getting around incredibly convenient. The high-altitude panoramic views were stunning. As a pet-friendly hotel, the check-in process for my pet was smooth after prior communication. The room was well-maintained, and having an underground parking lot was a huge plus for self-driving. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including local Chongqing specialties. The guest ambassador was very responsive and handled requests efficiently. My only minor disappointment was the lack of luggage assistance upon arrival, which was a slight deviation from the brand's expected service. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely consider returning to this hotel on my next trip to Chongqing.

Guest UserI chose the Ramada Encore in Guanyinqiao for my business trip to Chongqing this time, and it generally exceeded my expectations.
The location is incredibly convenient. The hotel is right in the heart of the Guanyinqiao commercial district. It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station from downstairs, making it effortless for meeting clients, dining, or shopping. After work in the evening, I could even stroll out for some hotpot, which is super friendly for business travelers.
I was given a business king room, which was spacious enough. The desk was large, power strips and USB ports were conveniently placed, and the Wi-Fi speed was fast. The soundproofing was good; I barely heard any noise from the corridor, so I slept very soundly. The linens and bathroom were clean, and hot water came quickly, which is very important.
The front desk staff were highly efficient. Both check-in and check-out were smooth, and they even proactively helped me extend my stay until 2 PM. For breakfast, the highlight was the Chongqing noodles and freshly ground soy milk, which perfectly captured the local flavor. I ate them for two consecutive days without getting tired of them.
This hotel offers unbeatable value for money. I will likely book it again on my next business trip to Chongqing.
