Asiam International Hotel in Hongyadong,Jiefangbei,Chongqing

Great location. Within walking distance to Jiefangbei shopping district. A plenty of food nearby from morning till supper time. Room is big and well equipped. Truly enjoyed our stay there.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel recommended by my friend with nice river view at high floor of 22 storey. This hotel is within walking distance of places of interest such as 解放碑，洪崖洞，十八梯 and 魁星楼。 Many eateries around this area and there was a washing machine cum drying machine where the drying process for our clothing took about 2 hours. But have to beware of those promoting on the streets one day tour where the tour guide will tell you that she will not follow on the pamphlet's itineraries. Moreover, we paid one day tour of RMB80 , ended up need to pay extra RMB221 for 25 minutes lunch for 1 table of RMB35 per pax and some entrance fees. We were introduced the one day tour at the road side while we scouting for breakfast and the sales girl said the tour guide could bring us for breakfast there. But the tour guide said there was no time for breakfast when they got a car to meet the tour guide in a big bus and we had to go hungry until lunch time. The bellhops were helpful as they helped us the book the cab or Didi as our apps were unable to book. One of the bellhops even asked us to pay the driver and actually was deducted from his pay wallet. We quickly called up the hotel to pay back the bellhop. This hotel needed us to pay a security payment of RMB500 where we already paid the 3 nites payment through trip com but they promptly refunded us after we checked out.

The hotel provides a great experience in Chongqing. The location is very central. The staff is friendly and even provided us with a free upgrade. The breakfast was great and the room was super clean, new and large. We would definitely recommend it!

Although building seems old but front desk staff were v friendly and assisted us with our taobao purchases. Our 2 bedrooms suite were spacious and clean. But hangers were limited and only master bedroom has bath robes. Location is ideal, 5 mins walk to malls and 美食街 is open till late night. Recommended but need go front desk to collect *******.

The hotel staff are very accommodating and the room was magical, the view is unrea! I am very happy with my stay here.

Good: - Airconditioning - Views from the 18th floor - Non smoking rooms - Central location To improve: - no running hot water for an extended period of time during the day - cleaning, found a dead cockroach on the floor when checking in and sticky breakfast tables in the restaurant on the 3rd floor that between guest never cleaned. This hygiëne practise needs to be improved - Hotel furnishings and lights getting old and some not working

We absolutely loved the apartment, it was very big and well furnished, in an ideal location and easy to find. The view was amazing and we got the room we booked.
