We had a wonderful stay at Seya! The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable, and the service truly stood out.
The room itself was actually quite spacious! The only minor thing was that the sofa bed was a single size and a bit too small for our needs. However, we were very thankful that the main bed was huge and super comfortable.
One thing to note is that the Xiao Wei voice control system wasn't functioning very well during our stay. We found it a bit frustrating and tiring to have to constantly repeat ourselves to get it to work.
Since the private pool in the room is so big, it would be nice if more bubble bath soap were provided. Also, we noticed some parts of the floor were coming loose; I actually hurt my toe on it. We didn't mention it to the staff during our stay, but it would be good for management to take note and fix it for future guests.
That said, the human service was excellent! A special shout-out to Butler Kang Kang, who was incredibly attentive and took great care of us throughout our visit. Her service was top-notch and made us feel very well looked after. Tutu at the front desk was also very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. We really appreciated that they kindly lent us umbrellas and a power bank when we needed them – it was such a thoughtful and convenient touch!
We would definitely recommend Seya and hope to be back again soon!
