You can even watch the breathtaking sunset right from your bed. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with incredible attention to detail; some even offer a fun ‘champagne on demand’ bell service. The staff are warm and attentive, and occasionally there's a pleasant surprise upgrade upon check-in. Breakfast is incredibly lavish, with a wide selection of Western, Chinese, and Thai options. The rooftop bar and Rock Salt restaurant offer an amazing ambiance. Just downstairs, you'll find a private, soft sandy beach with complimentary paddleboards and sun loungers – perfect for snorkeling or sunbathing. While the location is a bit secluded, that's precisely its charm, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. It's the ultimate hideaway resort in Phuket for complete relaxation. Highly recommended!

The staff here are all very friendly and extremely enthusiastic. We especially appreciate Rach's proactive and friendly service. Although the lobby is a bit far from the rooms and we had to call the front desk every time we went out or came back, the shuttle service arrived very quickly and never delayed us. Even when we returned late, there were always staff members on standby to drive us back to our room immediately. The hotel provides shuttle services to and from the Old Town and Central Festival. It would be even better if we could take the shuttle to the Old Town and then be picked up from Central Festival on the return trip. The room was spacious, clean, and the air conditioning was excellent, though the water pressure was a bit weak. The hotel environment is quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. I would definitely want to stay at this hotel again!

Location: The hotel isn't close to the airport; a taxi is your only option and it takes about 40-50 minutes to get there. It's located on an island, and you're picked up by speedboat to reach the hotel. Ambiance: The hotel itself isn't very big. The restaurant, cafe, beach, and pool are all in one area. Evenings can be a bit dull because, being on an island, you're limited to the hotel's restaurant. However, the restaurant's value for money is disappointing – it's expensive and the food is just average, which is a downside. Hygienics: The room's cleanliness is good, but there are quite a few mosquitoes and other small animals.

The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive to all our needs. At breakfast, they proactively offered coffee refills, and our room was tidied up meticulously and thoughtfully every day. A big thank you to Uma! The room decor was quite modern, and there were several spacious meeting rooms. Breakfast was decent, especially the eggs with crab meat – a fantastic touch. The gym equipment was comprehensive. As for the daily activities, if you wanted to participate, they were very enthusiastic and helpful. They also offered Punchbowl at a set time every day, which was delicious; I highly recommend checking it out, as it wasn't crowded when we were there. There are two restaurants inside: a Thai restaurant and a Western one. The Western restaurant was quite good, but the Thai one was just okay. I had read reviews on other platforms saying it was exceptionally tasty, but I found the flavors weren't as rich as I expected.

I had a wonderful stay at Graceland Resort—I can’t be any happier. I arrived pretty late at night, and all I asked for was a nice, quiet room. The front desk lady Jenny at that time of night was incredibly considerate and sweet .She upgraded me to a pool room, and I truly appreciate that. Also, there was a lovely cleaning lady Kanyakorn who cleaned me room every day and was very attentive and pleasant , she let me borrowed the iron exceptionally longer period of time😅Overall, I felt taken care of and very welcomed. The service and hospitality were excellent. The breakfast was okay—I’d rate it about 6.7 out of 10—but the hotel itself is beautiful. It has a couple of pools and it’s right on the beach, with many restaurants around. Hotel got a small gym as well which is good enough for few days workout and oh yes they offer complimentary half an hour morning trainings as well which was nice . I also remember a v kind gesture from them i ordered late night food and they forgot to deliver to bring and on being reminded the food and beverage manager felt terribly sorry and wanted to send free meal next day which wasn’t needed for me so I declined politely but they were so sweet they still ended up sending a fruit platter to room.In all , with such great hospitality, I would definitely come back to the hotel. Customer service was awfully wonderful.

Cleanliness: Very good. I even saw the cleaning staff take off their shoes before entering to clean the room. Service: Mostly okay. It was during a marathon, so there were a lot of guests, but the basic services were met. The front desk seemed to have some new staff members; there was a mix-up with unlocking my door, which led me to run up and down four times. They could definitely use more training and shouldn't be distracted while serving guests. Environment: This is a large hotel within the Laguna complex. It offers great value for money, which explains why it's so popular. The hotel has its own pool, and transportation within the community is very convenient. Facilities: Decent. The bed was too soft for my liking, not very comfortable to sleep on. However, for the price, the value is excellent, and the lake view room is absolutely stunning – highly recommended! The hotel also recommended a very affordable massage place, conveniently located within the Laguna community.

Has it been too long since I last visited Thailand? This hotel's service is absolutely amazing! We booked two pool-view rooms for 4 adults and 2 children. The rooms were very quiet and always cleaned promptly. No issues with humidity at all, and the air conditioning was excellent. Most importantly, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they didn't charge for our kids' stay. The breakfast was also quite good with a decent variety, and there are several swimming pools. The hotel's location is perfect too – massage parlors and a 7-Eleven right out front, and the beach out back! A definite must-book for families with kids!

This hotel was amazing, it was infront of the beach and had amazing rooms and staff. Everybody was quick to help with anything and we wished we could’ve stayed longer for sure. This hotel was quite family friendly as well! If you’re looking for a place to relax a bit away from the center this is the place. Me and my friends just wanted to enjoy the beach and relax so we chose this place a bit further away from town. However it’s just 20-30 min away from town so it’s not that far. The breakfast buffet was amazing! So many options, both American and Thai breakfast.

this hotel sooo good perfect, who is cleaning my room that man also so kind doing so clean also who take our luggage upstairs so kind near room directly has pool, even they gave us pool towel. also hotel sooo cheap

Through my own choices I ended up booking three times for my 5 night stay so I will have 3 reviews I’m assuming. The first booking is for one night so I will give this review for the first night. This resort is at a fair price point in my opinion as of when I made my reservations. Now for the details: Cleanliness - good but not great. Didn’t have any issues with the bath water like some other posts but did have issues with mosquitoes. The half bath of the one bedroom suite has a serious mosquito issue that I’ve notified them about. Not sure where they were coming in but somewhere in the half bath to the point that I would not go in to use it at all. They allowed me to move to another room for the 2nd night so I’ll write a separate review for that one. In the meantime, if you are given room D-204 please be aware and ask them if they have corrected the mosquito issue in the half bath. Location - good. I prefer not to sleep in the middle of Patong although it is more convenient to be close to all the stores so this part is good for me especially when the hotel provides a shuttle to Patong. The property is on a hillside so there’s plenty of greeneries but it’s also challenging going up and down the hill when walking to and back from the hotel restaurants and pools. Service - good. They were accommodating when I asked to move to another room due to the mosquito issue. They were also good to provide hand towels and wash clothes however I’ve never had to ask for any hotel to provide them after checking in. They were expected to be there already. Amenities - excellent. The hotel provides shuttle to Patong. They have restaurants that are higher but not too overpriced. They have plenty of pools. There’s a spa and a gym onsite. Even an ATM! I take reviews seriously and don’t do reviews on places that I haven’t used myself at least once and preferably twice. It is intended to help future customers and also for the hotel to correct issues.
