This hotel in Nai Harn isn't a traditional five-star establishment. Let me start with the downsides, though I wouldn't call them 'downsides' since a cliffside hotel can't realistically be built in a bustling downtown area.
1. **Location**: This hotel is situated halfway up a hill near Nai Harn beach, so you'll need to walk a bit uphill. It's best to avoid going out at night; when we took a taxi back to the hotel, there was a stretch of road with no streetlights. If you're a solo female traveler, it's probably best to stick to the hotel or just stroll around the beach area.
2. **Convenience**: The nearest 7-Eleven is about a 1.4 km walk, roughly 15-20 minutes away. The hotel's tuk-tuk can only take you to the beach, but honestly, it's only a 2-5 minute walk anyway. Regarding dining, I personally found the hotel's overall prices a bit high. If you're looking for better value for money, there's a street food stall called 'Dada' about 500 meters away that's pretty good. While it's a bit rustic being a roadside stall, their pad krapow (stir-fried basil) and fried chicken wings are delicious. On the brighter side, the breakfast at Nai Harn hotel is decent. Their homemade Thai milk tea is tasty, and the other cooked items are good, especially their homemade meatballs.
I booked this hotel about a month in advance for around 1600 (currency not specified, assuming local). I'd find it more acceptable if the price was in the 1000-1200 range, but at 1600, I personally feel it's a bit overpriced.

Xifangshibai-zhazhahuiLocation: The hotel isn't close to the airport; a taxi is your only option and it takes about 40-50 minutes to get there. It's located on an island, and you're picked up by speedboat to reach the hotel.
Ambiance: The hotel itself isn't very big. The restaurant, cafe, beach, and pool are all in one area. Evenings can be a bit dull because, being on an island, you're limited to the hotel's restaurant. However, the restaurant's value for money is disappointing – it's expensive and the food is just average, which is a downside.
Hygienics: The room's cleanliness is good, but there are quite a few mosquitoes and other small animals.

Anonymous UserThe room facilities are very new, and the hotel environment is beautiful. It's quite close to the airport, which was convenient as I had an early flight the next day. The hotel has its own clean, uncrowded beach, making it a great choice if you're traveling with kids and just want to relax at the hotel and play on the sand. For meals or grocery shopping, the hotel provides a tuk-tuk service every 50 minutes during the day and every 30 minutes in the evening. By the way, the pizza place nearby is pretty good, and there's also an elephant feeding experience with two elephants, which was quite fun.

feeonnaaaEnjoyed our 3 nights at Noku Phuket! The front desk and bell team were absolutely lovely during our time here, and we had a complimentary upgrade to the room with the whirlpool in our balcony! Loved that the room was super spacious, and there were dual sinks in the bathroom. Location was pretty far but they provided complimentary shuttles to Phuket town too!
Didn’t manage to explore the breakfast, dining and spa offerings during this stay!
It would be good if the hotel could look into improving their flooring (there were some gaps & there was even a piece of wood sticking out and was a hazard). The linen was really thin and not fitting of 5 star standard, which was a shame as the hotel was really pretty! But overall still a highly recommended stay!

Tania salI had a wonderful stay at Graceland Resort—I can’t be any happier. I arrived pretty late at night, and all I asked for was a nice, quiet room. The front desk lady Jenny at that time of night was incredibly considerate and sweet .She upgraded me to a pool room, and I truly appreciate that.
Also, there was a lovely cleaning lady Kanyakorn who cleaned me room every day and was very attentive and pleasant , she let me borrowed the iron exceptionally longer period of time😅Overall, I felt taken care of and very welcomed. The service and hospitality were excellent.
The breakfast was okay—I’d rate it about 6.7 out of 10—but the hotel itself is beautiful. It has a couple of pools and it’s right on the beach, with many restaurants around. Hotel got a small gym as well which is good enough for few days workout and oh yes they offer complimentary half an hour morning trainings as well which was nice . I also remember a v kind gesture from them i ordered late night food and they forgot to deliver to bring and on being reminded the food and beverage manager felt terribly sorry and wanted to send free meal next day which wasn’t needed for me so I declined politely but they were so sweet they still ended up sending a fruit platter to room.In all , with such great hospitality, I would definitely come back to the hotel. Customer service was awfully wonderful.

Guest UserWe stayed at Cassia Phuket for fifteen days, and it was a truly perfect trip! First, I booked a one-bedroom loft, and the room had direct access to the garden and pool, which was incredibly convenient for our child to go swimming and play whenever they wanted. Second, the room was spotless and tidy. The bedding in the bedroom was super comfortable – all down feather. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by that familiar, signature Thai scent! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything from cutlery to plates and cookware – absolutely everything! For staying in the Laguna area, Cassia is the best choice for a longer stay! The location is very convenient; the shuttle bus was on-call and always available. It's just a 3-minute walk to a small commercial area with a supermarket, hospital, and various restaurants. Plus, there's a night market every weekend! If you want to get to Bangtao Beach, it's only a 2-minute ride on the Laguna-exclusive shuttle boat! There were plenty of sun loungers, making it very relaxing. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of options! We ate there for 15 days and never got bored! Finally, I want to give the warmest commendation to the ladies at Cassia's front desk! I regret not asking for the name of the lady who checked us in before we left! She was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic! Every day, as we passed the front desk, she would warmly call out to my child, Ricky! Although my child is a bit shy, he absolutely adored her! There was also a lady who spoke Chinese, and she was very friendly too! The overall atmosphere was superb! I also experienced the free Muay Thai classes twice a week! A huge shout-out to the Muay Thai instructor as well! I will recommend this place to all my friends planning a trip to Phuket! Super review from Ricky's family!

I didn't have high hopes for this hotel due to its low rating on Ctrip and the room photos. However, my stay far exceeded my expectations. The room was much more upscale in person than it appeared in the pictures. While some power outlets, switches, and a few pieces of furniture were a bit dated, the overall quality was still evident.
We booked a one-bedroom luxury sea-view villa. Upon arrival, the staff warmly showed us two different layouts within this room type: one with separate living and sleeping areas, and another where they were connected. The bedroom and bathroom configurations also varied. We chose the latter, and the view was absolutely incredible.
The staff across all departments were excellent, always greeting us with a smile and providing great assistance. The tuk-tuk service was also very prompt, arriving within 2-3 minutes of calling. Because of the room's amazing view, we ordered room service for both dinners, enjoying our meals while watching the sunset. The food quality was also excellent, far superior to the Banyan Tree where we stayed a few days prior. There's a 7-Eleven within walking distance, and the walk from the hotel to the 7-Eleven offers nice scenery.
There were a couple of downsides. Firstly, the breakfast selection was limited (though the taste was decent), and the breakfast restaurant lacked air conditioning. Also, the air conditioning in the game room was often turned off; I hope they can improve this.
One more thing to mention: if your budget allows, I highly recommend upgrading directly to the one-bedroom luxury pool sea-view villa. The experience at this hotel differs significantly depending on whether you have a sea view or not.

deborawwWhy are there so many negative reviews? This hotel is excellent in terms of both facilities and service! The environment is very natural and pristine, with a massive garden, lush trees, and modern architecture. The pool is huge, with several shallow play areas, perfect for families with children under 6. The main pool is 1.4 meters deep – imagine relaxing in the water while gazing at the sea! There's also a bar right by the pool. The hotel's private beach, although the waves are too strong for swimming, boasts water the same clear, blue-green color as the pool – absolutely beautiful. The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich, offering not only standard Western options but also many local specialties like curries, pandan cake, sticky rice desserts, and Thai milk tea – all delicious! There's also a wide selection for lunch and dinner. The prices are comparable to outside restaurants, and while there's a service charge, it saves you the time and effort of going out, making it ideal for lazy guests like us who just want to relax at the hotel. The hotel also has a spa and massage services, along with a gym. There are different activities scheduled daily. The staff are friendly, polite, and always willing to help. For payments, credit cards, Alipay, and WeChat Pay are all accepted. Guests come from all over the world, truly a mini United Nations, which is very interesting. However, the hotel's location is a bit remote, which might not suit those who prefer a livelier atmosphere.

Guest UserThe environment is great, the hotel is large, and the cleanliness is well-maintained and prompt. The rooms are also very spacious. There's a buggy service that takes you anywhere you need to go, and it arrives quickly. The park itself has a wonderful ecosystem, with peacocks, chickens, and kittens roaming around.

Through my own choices I ended up booking three times for my 5 night stay so I will have 3 reviews I’m assuming.
The first booking is for one night so I will give this review for the first night.
This resort is at a fair price point in my opinion as of when I made my reservations.
Now for the details:
Cleanliness - good but not great. Didn’t have any issues with the bath water like some other posts but did have issues with mosquitoes. The half bath of the one bedroom suite has a serious mosquito issue that I’ve notified them about. Not sure where they were coming in but somewhere in the half bath to the point that I would not go in to use it at all. They allowed me to move to another room for the 2nd night so I’ll write a separate review for that one. In the meantime, if you are given room D-204 please be aware and ask them if they have corrected the mosquito issue in the half bath.
Location - good. I prefer not to sleep in the middle of Patong although it is more convenient to be close to all the stores so this part is good for me especially when the hotel provides a shuttle to Patong. The property is on a hillside so there’s plenty of greeneries but it’s also challenging going up and down the hill when walking to and back from the hotel restaurants and pools.
Service - good. They were accommodating when I asked to move to another room due to the mosquito issue. They were also good to provide hand towels and wash clothes however I’ve never had to ask for any hotel to provide them after checking in. They were expected to be there already.
Amenities - excellent. The hotel provides shuttle to Patong. They have restaurants that are higher but not too overpriced. They have plenty of pools. There’s a spa and a gym onsite. Even an ATM!
I take reviews seriously and don’t do reviews on places that I haven’t used myself at least once and preferably twice. It is intended to help future customers and also for the hotel to correct issues.
