5-Star Hotels in Lanzhou

What an amazing stay! The hotel is peaceful and tranquil amidst the bustle of the city. Looking at the photos, you wouldn't believe this is Lanzhou. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive, offering complimentary yogurt and fruit every night and promptly restocking toiletries. When checking out, we rushed to the high-speed train to Zhongchuan Airport. The front desk staff repeatedly helped us check for ride-hailing services. While we were putting our luggage away, they urged the driver to ensure it arrived safely and promptly. Revisiting the place 36 years later, I'd like to thank the entire staff of Building 2 at Ningwozhuang Hotel for their thoughtful service! I wish the hotel continued success! 🌹🌹🌹🌹

The hotel's decoration style is stylish and grand, the lobby is spacious and bright, the rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable and soft, the sound insulation is very good, and you can have a good night's sleep. The bathroom facilities are modern, with plenty of hot water and complete toiletries. The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in process is efficient. Convenient transportation. Breakfast is also delicious. I will stay in this hotel next time I come to Yuzhong!

I was very satisfied with the room and the service was excellent; the front desk responded very quickly. Especially Owen, the manager, who recommended their Chinese restaurant when I asked him for recommendations. We ordered several signature dishes and shrimp roe noodles, and it was a pleasant surprise – the food was delicious and the price was reasonable. Thank you, Manager Owen, for the recommendation!

The hotel is really close to the terminal, about a 15-minute walk even without using their shuttle service. Just turn left after exiting Gate 11, and you'll spot the hotel building quickly. Looking out the window, the airport control tower stands out. Both the hotel and its facilities are brand new, and the service is incredibly attentive.

The room was spacious with a stadium view, and very clean. I especially liked that the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. It was a fantastic stay, definitely worth the price, and I'll book this place again next time!

The hotel is in a prime location, next to a snack bar and supermarket. It is located in the central stage and parking is very convenient. The room is comfortable and clean. The front desk service is very good and nice. I will come again next time~

This location was very convenient for exploring Lanzhou with two subway stops within walking distance about ten or fifteen minutes and several snack streets and many restaurants as well as shopping in all directions. The room was very comfortable and felt modern and updated. The cleaning and breakfast staff were very friendly and kind. The breakfast area did not have a lot of seating but the food choices were good. Mostly Chinese dishes but there were some western options with a made to order noodles and someone frying eggs. I thought it was a good value and would recommend it for the location if you need something centrally located. About a ten or fifteen minutes ride to Lanzhou train station. You can take the subway but there are quite a few stairs and the sidewalks have a lot if ups and downs as well so not very easy to manage with heavy bags.

Choosing the Huanghe Yinran Hotel for my trip to Lanzhou was an excellent decision! The location is superb, right by the Yellow River. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer direct river views, which are incredibly open and soothing. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom was dry-wet separated with no unpleasant odors. All the facilities were new and complete. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, proactively recommending local delicacies and sightseeing routes, and responding quickly to any requests. The hotel amenities were thoughtful, and the breakfast selection was rich. It's also very convenient for shopping and dining nearby. Overall, it's quiet and not noisy, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. The value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Lanzhou, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

The hotel is located very close to the Lanzhouxi railway station , it serves the purpose of coming and leaving from Lanzhouxi. The hotel was kind to provide shuttle service to and from the railway station. It's close to the Gansu museum. We had a short visit to Lanzhou and this hotel suits me. Hotel staff were kind to assist you. The hotel is clean. A new fresh up renovation will be an asset. I needed extra water, someone delivered it personally, greatly appreciated.
