Wonderful 3 nights stay here. Situated at the beginning of the old street, lots of eateries and some shops. Property is beautiful, and surprisingly quiet despite its central location.
Staff all extremely professional and eager to please, from the reception, to chambermaids and breakfast service staff. I’d say they can rival some of the top chain hotels in tier 1 cities.
1 point dropped due to only 2 washing machines for the entire place., making it extremely hard to get an empty machine, especially if you are located in the opposite wing.
Another note is the lack of a privacy screen in the washroom. You can’t put on clothes in the shower since it’s wet but area outside is open with no door. I realise many hotels in Gansu are designed this way so not a specific negative for this property, but something to note if you are not a couple sharing the room.

A tranquil hideaway in a busy city. Tastefully furnished, comfortable and clean, with excellent service staff! I would definitely stay here if I visit again!

Although the old town is a modern interpretation of Lanzhou culture and architecture, I found it to be quite the oasis within the busy city. All famous landmarks are within 20-30 min. Overall, the location is sublime as I found everything I needed in the old town. Great restaurants, shopping, entertainment, spa, etc. The price is right and the bed was fantastic.

New hotel with spacious room with clean bed. Hotel is directly inside the old Lanzhou Street. Food and culture is directly accessible.
Hotel staff is friendly and kind, special thanks to Maizi provided great assistance to help me call and check with shops for info before I goes out.
Will stay again next time I comes to Lanzhou.

The location of the hotel was excellent. We had a pleasant stay. However, unfortunately, it smelled a bit of smoke in parts of the hotel. Since smoking is permitted in some parts of the hotel, some of the smoke also permeated the living room through the air conditioning and the door

The hotel is conveniently located in Lan Zhou old town, near a variety of shops and restaurants. It’s less than 10mins away from the train station. The hotel staff is amazing and the service is exceptional. The hotel rooms are very clean and all high tech. I would definitely come back next time I visit LanZhou.

The hotel was very nice, new and clean. Service was excellent and the staff were very helpful with our needs and in recommending places for us to visit or eat.
Location was great as there were many shops and food choices around the hotel which was right inside the Old Street.
Our only issue was getting our taxi / ride hailing cars to pick us / drop us off at the hotel entrance because most drivers were not aware that they can drive in through the side road.
