FFionafanttThe room, as always, maintained Hanting's consistent style: clean, tidy, and well-laid out. The breakfast offered classic Lanzhou flavors, with both the beef noodles and egg milk *laozao* (fermented glutinous rice dessert) being delicious. The egg milk *laozao* was especially good, the best I've had these past few days, even better than Lao Ma's! I highly recommend future guests try it. Water, coffee, and tea are self-service in the lobby, which is very guest-friendly. The location is unbeatable; the hotel is right at the entrance to the food street, making it convenient for dining and catching a taxi, and popular attractions are within walking distance. Extremely satisfied! 👍

From check-in onwards, they greeted me with sweet smiles, their eyes focused and patient, explaining every detail meticulously, eliminating any sense of unease I might feel in a new environment. Whether it was questions about room facilities or inquiries about nearby tourist attractions and transportation, they provided quick, clear, and accurate answers. Throughout the conversations, they maintained politeness and friendliness, making me feel completely at ease. The hotel's ambiance also greatly enhanced this wonderful experience. The lobby was modern, with every detail showcasing taste and style. The rooms were warm and comfortable, with clean beds and complete amenities, making me feel incredibly comfortable. The hotel's coffee was a delightful surprise! I sincerely thank the lovely receptionists; their excellent service made my trip even more memorable. BbalakeerA great hotel for the price. The location is fantastic, right next to Exit D of Xiguan Subway Station, adjacent to Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street, and within easy reach of Muta Alley Snack Street and Dazhong Alley Night Market. I expected a noisy stay in such a place, but the room was surprisingly quiet. Upon chatting, I discovered the owner had put a lot of effort into noise isolation, resulting in excellent soundproofing. The room resembles the design of the Atour Hotel, with smart curtains and toilets. The toilet itself is particularly impressive; it's as comfortable, convenient, and fully automatic as my own at home. The towels are all disposable, clean, and reassuring. I accidentally lost my room card while visiting the night market, but the owner, true to his Northwest roots, generously didn't fine me. I felt really bad about it, thank you!

LLiyang AndrewOn the map this hotel is about 900m away from the Lanzhou West train station, but I would advise you to take a taxi/ride-hail vehicle if you have large/heavy luggage. You have to either cross an overhead bridge without lift to reach the hotel, and because the stretch of road has buildings beside it that are undergoing construction, it can be a bit difficult to navigate the footpath which sometimes spills over to the road. Alternatively, you can take the metro for one stop and backtrack, but you would have to put your luggage through the scanner, let security test your liquids in the luggage, etc. There is a convenience store outside the hotel, but otherwise there isn't much shopping to be done. The location is good only because it is near the train station.

MMinShanHuaWithin easy walking distance to the train station - ideal for solo travellers, but far enough to not feel swamped in the crowds. The staff are friendly and personable, always happy to help and have a nice chat. This is a decent budget hotel, and was exactly what i would expect but the warmness and welcoming enviroment created by the staff was above and beyond and helped me feel at ease. Theres a small convinience store directly next to it with various shops and restaurants in the adjacent area providing useful. The bathroom couldve been a little cleaner, and the shower had some problems with water pressure and cleanliness but nothing bad enough to affect my stay. i will reccomend this place to any foreign friends staying in Lanzhou!

GGuest UserIt's a youth hostel in the community, the price/performance ratio is quite high. The boss remotely controlled me to find the location hahaha, it's very considerate. It's just a distribution of several space capsules in one room, and there are different choices, but it will still disturb others. If you want to pursue quietness, it's difficult. Other places are good. There are no pictures, I have deleted them, I'll just post three pictures haha

LLoves Travel*If you are going to Lanzhou …* … this is the hotel to stay especially if you are an independent traveller! Even before arrival we reached out to Li and she promptly promised to send a car to meet us upon arrival at Langzhouxi. The Tumendun metro station is right in front of the hotel. So is the bus stop which serves buses running to several Lanzhou attractions. Aside from the obvious locational advantages the thing that strikes me most is the warmth and hospitality of the family running the place. Everyone from father, mother, 2 sons to DIL was eager to help with any questions that we might have. We couldn’t believe how patient they were in providing invaluable insights for the benefit of the tourist. The room and bathroom were kept clean. Hot and cold water were readily available as well as a kettle. We are grateful and would like to thank the whole family for treating us like family during our short stay here!
