The room was very large and comfortable, and the amenities were very good. I especially appreciated the four bottles of water I received each day during my stay. The only issue I had was a bit of a language barrier issue when I was trying to resolve my laundry bill. I didn’t expect it would be as difficult as it was to resolve my problem since I was staying at an international hotel and thought the level of English would be higher.
Still, I would stay here again

設施簡陋，洗髮水沐浴露用的都是很差的。房間地毯有味道。高端酒店竟然沒有送餐機器人，服務人員態度傲慢，真不知道你們怎麼好意思自稱高端酒店的？？？

住過的五星級酒店也不少，第一次住到這麼差的酒店，入住已經是凌晨了，馬桶⭕居然有尿漬，⭕後面更不要説了，噁心的照片都沒拍，太晚了也沒好意思讓服務員換房間，第二天一大早退房，特意看了一下，就是五星級，很納悶這個管理會這麼差嗎？
