The hotel service was incredibly thoughtful! I was upgraded to a suite on the day of check-in, which was a wonderful surprise! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a floor-to-ceiling window offering a stunning view of the snowy landscape. The ski resort is just a stone's throw away, and the hotel even provides a shuttle service, making getting around super convenient. The outdoor hot spring bath was the absolute highlight – soaking in the hot spring while enjoying the snow view was incredibly relaxing and blissful. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely be back!

The environment is very good, the air is fresh. From the room, you can see green water and green mountains outside. It is a hotel surrounded by mountains and rivers. The whole hotel is super quiet and suitable for slowing down the pace. The room is also very big. This trip is very relaxing, especially the small front desk. Gomak's service was enthusiastic and attentive, and he had a great time chatting with Xiao Ma. He praised Xiao Ma 100%.
