The hotel service was incredibly thoughtful! I was upgraded to a suite on the day of check-in, which was a wonderful surprise! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a floor-to-ceiling window offering a stunning view of the snowy landscape. The ski resort is just a stone's throw away, and the hotel even provides a shuttle service, making getting around super convenient. The outdoor hot spring bath was the absolute highlight – soaking in the hot spring while enjoying the snow view was incredibly relaxing and blissful. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely be back!

The shuttle service was incredibly convenient! They picked us up from the airport, took us to the rafting area, then to the West Scenic Area, and then picked us up again! The service was truly 100%! We'll definitely come back again! My personal assistant, number 8005, was also very attentive; any problems I encountered were resolved immediately! Thumbs up!

It was a thoughtful surprise that we truly appreciated.
