I have to give a huge shout-out to Manager Coco! Her service was incredibly attentive and professional. She promptly and effectively resolved any issues, always with a warm and patient attitude. She even proactively recommended local attractions and in-house entertainment. The hotel environment is lovely, the rooms are spotless, and the balcony views are stunning. My entire stay was fantastic, making this my top choice for travel. Highly recommend!

The shuttle service was incredibly convenient! They picked us up from the airport, took us to the rafting area, then to the West Scenic Area, and then picked us up again! The service was truly 100%! We'll definitely come back again! My personal assistant, number 8005, was also very attentive; any problems I encountered were resolved immediately! Thumbs up!

We would also like to thank 宫程经理 for arranging our transportation so efficiently, ensuring a smooth check-in process, and even offering us a complimentary room upgrade without even asking. It was a thoughtful surprise that we truly appreciated. A very special thank you goes to 陈雪姣经理 and the entire front office team for their kindness, professionalism, and thoughtful care towards our family throughout our stay. Her passion, patience, creativity, and dedication to the children's activities created unforgettable memories for our family, and our little one enjoyed every single moment.
