MM448837****Traveling with my daughter, I was worried about the safety of private car services. When I was looking for a hotel, I saw reviews praising this place's owner for being incredibly warm and helpful with arranging both private and shared car services. The guesthouse itself was also described as very clean and tidy. I booked it without hesitation, and indeed, I was extremely happy with our room. The owners were incredibly attentive and looked after us very well. The next day, I needed to go to South Slope Heavenly Lake and then rush to Erdaobaihe, and both owners arranged everything perfectly for us. We even got lucky and saw Heavenly Lake! My daughter is a huge fan of 'The Lost Tomb' (稻米), and she had an absolutely fantastic time. A great guesthouse with wonderful owners always brings good luck to guests!

AAnonymous UserXiaoxia Yu Leilei at the front desk service is very good, the room is very spacious and bright, the hotel is very close to the ticket gate of the West Scenic Area, the West Distribution Center, and there is free parking at the door.
The hotel facilities are very new, there is a laundry room, there are two washing machines and two dryers inside, you can see the spare situation of use on the TV in the room. There are two tables in the room, which is more convenient to put things. The phone on the bedside wall can be called to the front desk with one click. There is an area for hanging clothes and changing shoes at the door. This design is very good. The windows of the house are as large as the doors and have screens. The trip was in a hurry and no photos were taken in the house.

GGuest UserThere were seven of us in total – six adults and one child – and we had a great stay. The place was clean, the furnishings were new, and it was super convenient for getting around. It was also very close to the transfer center, just across the street. Unfortunately, we couldn't go up the mountain as it was closed for several days. We thought we were lucky to grab tickets, but then the official account announced the day before that the mountain would remain closed until August 2nd. What a shame! However, the guesthouse itself was excellent. Even though we missed out on the mountain this time, we'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to make up for it.

MM681841****This guesthouse really exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic, just a 3-minute walk from Wanda International Resort, with no detours needed. The decor is cozy with traditional heated 'kang' beds, which I'd never experienced before – so comfortable and warm. The natural light is amazing; you can see the Qinglong ski slope from the ski resort right from your window. The room was decorated so warmly, I immediately felt a great sense of hospitality. This guesthouse has everything you need, with a supermarket and restaurant on-site. The owner even built their own small ski slope, which we all had a blast on! The owner is incredibly nice, responds to messages super fast, and provided clear directions and check-in instructions before our arrival. When we checked out, they even thoughtfully asked if we needed any help. Next time I visit this city, I'll definitely choose this guesthouse again! I honestly recommend it to everyone.

MMathisGuzmanExcellent hotel. The receptionist is very kind and helpful. The location couldn't be better, as it's just 2 meters from the entrance to the site. The khan rooms are amazing because they're so warm. Depending on the season, the area around the hotel may be closed, but there's always a supermarket a 5-minute walk away and plenty of open restaurants. The mountain is magnificent, and the Koreans are very funny. The price is still quite ”expensive” for China (210 yuan for the west side and 310 for the north). If I come back to see the mountain, I'll definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserThis hotel is absolutely fantastic! The rooms are spotlessly clean and tidy, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The location is also very convenient for getting around. I was extremely satisfied with every aspect, and I'll definitely be choosing this hotel again for my next visit.

GGuest UserThe boss is very nice and enthusiastic. The airport pick-up and drop-off are very punctual. The appearance of the homestay is not very good, but the house is very nice. It is enough to hike around the homestay for a whole day. There is a zoo and a place for snow entertainment within a few hundred meters. You can also hike in the forest

GGuest UserThe room is in a community, there is a security guard at the door, the community is also very quiet, and the small forest next door is very beautiful. The landlord is very enthusiastic, helped answer many many questions, and recommended many local food, drink and fun strategies. My mobile phone accidentally dropped in the scenic spot, and the landlord was also very enthusiastic to give the address and help receive it back to me. The heating in the room is also very sufficient, the room is not cold at all, the key things need to be said again: the landlord is very Nice, warm and beautiful!

TTuristProI really liked the large heated bed. The train station is across the street. The hostess was very friendly. She told me right away how to buy a ticket to the volcano. You can take a taxi to the bus stop to Valkan. The city itself is not touristy at all, nothing to see. She offered me a bottle of water, saying it was from the volcano. A towel, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, and a toothbrush are provided. I liked it.
