The hotel is just inside the gate of Changbai Mountain as shown in the picture
The only reason I chose this hotel is that they can help me book tickets and it is close to the entrance of Changbai Mountain (but I didn't expect it to be so close, probably less than 100 meters, it feels like I can see this pointed ticket gate after walking two steps)
It is indeed a bit inconvenient to go out to other attractions, but we are mainly here to go to Tianchi so it's okay.
The room environment is better than I expected, quite clean, and similar to the style of Beipo Lanjing
And the front desk service is very enthusiastic, especially a sister with round eyes who really tries to meet our needs as much as possible. We didn't bring a hot pack and couldn't find the store, and she also helped us find a colleague.

Impression: The hotel is so cute and really kids oriented. Its newly built and opened, hence not all taxi driver knew about the location. In Trip.com - English, the name is Sunggari Club Hotel. But if you want to ask taxi driver or bus, you should mention Sungouli instead and search in Amap using chinese name given in Trip.com.
Location: West slope of Changbaishan. If the weather permitted, you can see the peak of Changbaishan from far away but very nice view. It was more happening at night around Swissotel area and more shops and restaurant around that area.
Hotspring located in Clubmed building not far ifrom Swissotel and Burger King. The shuttle bus will only drop and pickup at Swissotel and not Clubmed, so you have to walk back to Swissotel once you finished with the hotspring.
Pros:
1. Kids friendly - decorations, play area, room. All so cute and pretty.
2. The room package inclusive of the entrance vouchers and activities - skiing, deer place, hot spring, special event, breakfast. So it is really worth the money.
3. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful - even tried their best to communicate with us in English.
4. There is laundry room with washing machine and dryer and the detergents to wash and dry your clothes.
Cons:
1. The hotel supposed to be kids friendly, but smoking is allowed inside the hotel. We've requested non-smoking room and we've got it. but the problem is, it is not non-smoking floor. Shockingly, there is smoking area in the hallway of the rooms besides the elevator in every level. So the smell will travel to the entire hallway and into the room. Since it was winter and heavy snow, we can't really open the window to let the smell get off. It was so suffocating. Really frustrated in regards of this as I strongly suggest for the hotel to consider implement a strict rules not allowed smoking in the premise and have a dedicated smoking area far from the room and eating place to promote safe place for the kids.
2. Even the hotel considered new, the toilet bowl still old-school, not automated as most of the new airbnb/homestay that we went. So for Malaysian, no bidet is the big concern 😅.

Our family room had two traditional heated beds (kang), which was perfect for letting the kids play around freely – so comfortable! We stayed at the resort for two days and felt it was super suitable for families with children. Right outside our door was a courtyard filled with thick snow, allowing the little ones to play to their heart's content. If we go again, we'll definitely choose Yuangxiang Resort! The environment is absolutely beautiful.

After staying in the Swiss town for two nights in Huamei Resort, experience a night RV. The RV belongs to the hotel in Pine Fruit. The RV is very clean and the equipment is complete. The most important thing is that the environment outside the RV is really beautiful. The view of the performance of the iron flower at night is very good. There is no need to squeeze with people. If there are many people, you can also barbecue outside the RV, which is very good.

JiaxiangyaoI came to climb Changbai Mountain's Heaven Lake and booked this hotel in advance! Knowing there was a hot spring, it was perfect for relaxing after hiking the West Slope. It's incredibly close to the West Scenic Area Visitor Center, only about 200 meters away!
All the staff, from the front desk to the concierge, were very warm and genuine. Any requests were handled promptly and efficiently! The in-room amenities were all very clean.
Breakfast included both Chinese and Western options, and tables were cleared very quickly.
I even met a super friendly cat at the hotel entrance! If anyone goes, remember to pat its backside – it loves it! Give it some treats, and it'll follow you around! Hahahaha!

We arrived quite late, so there was no time to use the hot springs. The next day, we were heading to South Slope, and the hot springs only opened after 12 PM, so we missed out again. The room itself was nice, spacious, and clean. It's only about an hour's drive to South Slope. The hotel breakfast was packed and delivered to our room, and they gave us a ton of food!

Facilities: Well-equipped; children's slippers and toothbrushes were provided, and the kids loved the children's playground inside the hot spring.
Cleanliness: The rooms were very clean, and everything was neatly arranged, which was very pleasant. Although there were footprints in the lobby, they were quickly wiped clean each time.
Environment: Not too crowded; the environment was clean and quiet, very comfortable.
Service: The hotel receptionists were very responsible, and the driver who took us to the resort was also very friendly.

Anonymous UserThe hotel has a grand exterior, but the location is a bit out of the way and the surrounding area is deserted. Many of the hot spring pools were closed, and the service was a mess. I stayed for two nights, and when I came back on the second day, I found that the room hadn't been cleaned, the trash hadn't been taken out, and the water hadn't been brought in... This is the first time I've encountered this situation in a high-end hotel! The hotel restaurant is quite good, and the set meals are quite affordable.
