This hotel is genuinely excellent. From the moment I first saw it, to checking in, and finally entering the room, there's absolutely nothing to complain about. I particularly want to highlight how incredibly clean the room was; it's clear the hotel does an amazing job with their housekeeping. Even though it's in a forested area, the bedding felt wonderfully dry and comfortable, unlike the dampness you often find in other mountain regions. In the evening, there's a hot spring available, both indoor and outdoor, which the whole family really enjoyed. The indoor hot spring has two large pools and even a slide 🛝, so both adults and children can have fun. We arrived early, so there weren't many people, and our family had a very enjoyable soak. Breakfast was also quite good, and you can order lunch and dinner at the restaurant, which was delicious. The hotel is super close to the West Slope ticket office, right near the mountain gate, just a 2-minute walk. If you're planning to visit Tianchi Lake, you can go straight in. Highly recommend!

How can you visit Northeast China without experiencing a traditional 'kang' (heated bed)? This resort is tucked away deep inside the scenic area, offering peace and quiet, and plenty of fresh air. This trip, we, three adults and two children, stayed in two family deluxe rooms, and it was the most comfortable three days of our Jilin trip. The rooms were spacious, and the three-meter-wide kang easily accommodated three people. The restaurant also offered great food at reasonable prices, and the staff were incredibly warm and attentive. We couldn't even use all the perks the resort offered; the kids absolutely loved the hot springs and didn't want to leave even after two days of soaking. Next time, I'd love to try visiting in winter.

Five-star praise! This orange is in a good location, not far from the Changbai Mountain West Slope Distribution Center, and all kinds of restaurants downstairs are complete. The room is clean and tidy, the smart facilities in the whole house are convenient to use, and the beds are warm and comfortable. The hotel provides a rich breakfast, a self-service laundry room with a dryer, and free self-driving parking. The front desk staff is warm and caring, will share the suggestions for scenic spots, the price is very high, it is very suitable to come to Xipo to play.

Our first stop in Changbai Mountain was the newly opened hotel on the West Slope. They offered a complimentary airport pick-up service, which was super convenient as we didn't have to drag our luggage around looking for the hotel. The hotel itself is in a fairly lively area, probably the tallest building in town. The West Slope scenic area was closed, so we spent the afternoon enjoying activities at the forest park not far from the hotel, which was great since they provided shuttle service. Dining and shopping nearby were very convenient; there were restaurants all along the street and a local specialty shop across the road. The hotel breakfast was just okay, but I didn't have high expectations anyway. Ordering takeout was also easy, and a robot would deliver it right to our room.

Facilities: RV facilities are basically complete, can meet the needs of accommodation. Hygienic: The sanitation in the RV is very clean, there is no big problem. Because it is located in the forest area, the friends should pay attention to closing the doors and screens in time to prevent mosquitoes when they check in. Environment: The surrounding environment is beautiful, embracing the feeling of nature, the light pollution is less at night, and the sky is full of stars, which is beautiful. Service: It is recommended that the hotel can remind the guests how to open the electricity and water of the RV. Many people do not know how to live for the first time. Breakfast: Breakfast is eaten at a nearby hotel, pay attention to go early, there are many people on holidays. Dining: Driving to the commercial street there are some food, eat Burger King, not bad. With the rights: The sky glass of the resort bridge must be punched in, it is beautiful! Then there is Luyuan, just look at it, there are not many deer. The hotel is a bit old-fashioned, and there's an odor in the elevator. However, the room hygiene is excellent, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. You can also enjoy hot spring water showers and direct cold mineral water. The price is very good. The complimentary hot spring tickets offer great value, allowing you to try all the indoor (bicarbonate/strontium pools) and outdoor (herbal pools) hot springs. There are also some spa treatments that are perfect for a family outing. Most pools are warm, but you can also challenge yourself with a high-temperature pool to work up a sweat.

The service was great, and it's super close to the Changbai Mountain Visitor Center. There's also a food street nearby, and ordering takeout is convenient. The popular hot spring is perfect for photos!

The hotel is well located, about 30 min by taxi from Baishan Changbaishan airport, 10 min walk from the West slope departure center as well as many restaurants. It looks majestic from the outside and inside, although a bit old. You can enjoy inside and outside hot springs of different kinds and temperatures. There is a huge buffet with various choices for breakfast (Chinese dishes mainly, two kind of fruits and some Western options). The room was very spacious and comfortable. The carpet floor was not very clean and the room smelled like cigarette on the first day, although we asked for a non smoking room. After leaving the window open the whole day it was better and the smell did not come back.

The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service from the station. It's extremely close to the West Scenic Area distribution center; if you want to get into the scenic area early, this is the place to go. The hotel is very convenient for shopping and dining. There's a food street downstairs, and any place you pick up is acceptable. You can also take a 10 RMB shuttle bus to town for food. The only downside is the breakfast; it's really not very good, and there aren't many suitable breakfast restaurants nearby. It's mainly just for getting by. They also gave us music festival tickets, which we experienced with our child, and it was great. Overall, we were very satisfied.
