The hotel service was excellent, always responsive to our needs and going above and beyond to satisfy guests. No matter the time, they were always quick to assist. The service even started before we arrived on the island; hotel staff contacted us days in advance to confirm our needs during our stay, reminded us about the ferry tickets required for the island, and even helped us book them. After adding the concierge on WeChat, they sent us information about hotel and island activities, and could assist with advance bookings and ticket reservations. Upon arrival, the concierge met us at the pier and helped with our luggage. Any questions we had during our stay were answered instantly via WeChat. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir and helped transport our luggage back to the pier. Considering we had a lot of luggage, a staff member specifically accompanied us on the ferry, helping with our bags the entire way. The whole stay felt very warm and reassuring; it’s a hotel full of human touch. The hotel environment is very quiet, with an ecological park next to it. Walking through the park leads to the beach, and the coastline is beautiful and great for walks. A truly excellent stay!

The room and the view outside were both superb. The bathroom and bed were spacious and very comfortable. If you order takeout, it gets delivered to the front desk, and then a robot brings it up to your room, which is super convenient. When a taxi arrives, the staff proactively help with luggage. The only drawback is the lack of nearby subway or BRT stations; there's only a bus stop. However, the bus stops within a 5-minute walk can get you almost anywhere in Xiamen, so it's quite acceptable. Getting off at the Non-Mining Station is the most convenient. It's 20 minutes to Xiamen Railway Station, 15 minutes to Zhongshan Road/Bashi Market, and 20 minutes to Dongdu Ferry Terminal.

They planned our itinerary in advance, explained the hotel's unique bar attractions, and answered all our questions promptly via WeChat. They followed up on our needs closely throughout our stay. Link was very knowledgeable about the hotel facilities and local sightseeing routes, and provided gentle and patient service. Fairmont's quality of service truly shines through such dedicated staff members. Our stay was perfect, highly recommended!

This is a very good hotel. It is right next to the shopping mall, so restaurants and coffee shops are everywhere. We really appreciated the friendly front desk staff getting us an upgraded room. It is spacious, cleaned, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we need. We love their long and cleaned pool. It’s perfect for lap swimmers. Definitely we will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

The complimentary airport pick-up and shuttle service to tourist attractions were particularly thoughtful, and the staff patiently answered all our questions about getting around. This established five-star hotel lives up to its reputation with a comfortable environment and heartwarming service. It's perfect for both leisure and business travelers. Our stay at the Wyndham Xiamen was truly amazing, with the unparalleled, front-row sea view being the absolute highlight. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows in the room offered an unobstructed, endless vista of the azure sea, with the majestic Xiang'an Bridge stretching calmly across the water – the view was clear and expansive. Waiting for the sunrise over the sea in the morning and encountering the orange sunset in the evening, both dawn and dusk provided incredibly therapeutic scenery with a fantastic ambiance; every photo taken looked like a professional seascape shot. The complimentary breakfast was truly impressive, with a rich and diverse selection. Authentic Fujianese snacks like Shacha noodles and vermicelli paste were flavorful and delicious, while Western hot dishes, exquisite desserts, and seasonal fresh fruits were all available, catering to a variety of tastes. The service was gentle, attentive, and highly efficient. Any questions or requests before and during our stay were promptly and properly addressed, with staff being humble and polite. The meticulous service significantly enhanced our sense of happiness during the stay. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin. The hotel as a whole was quiet and elegant, making for an exceptionally relaxing and comfortable vacation. With its superb sea views and thoughtful, spot-on service, this will definitely be our top choice for our next visit to Xiamen!

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, with excellent facilities for families with children, and it's very close to the beach. The beach foraging activity was also great, and the kids had an absolute blast. The warm and meticulous service throughout made our stay incredibly comfortable and worry-free. I absolutely have to give this hot spring sea-view hotel a big thumbs-up! The hot spring overlooks the ocean, and soaking in the thermal waters while listening to the waves just washes all the tiredness away. The decor is very tasteful, the room is clean and tidy, and every detail shows great care. My family of three spent a weekend getaway at the Renaissance Xiamen, and we were absolutely thrilled with the experience! **Facilities:** We booked a poolside room, and the space inside was incredibly spacious. All the amenities were complete and looked brand new. Being able to step right out to the pool was fantastic – our child spent the whole day splashing around and didn't want to leave. **Service:** A special shout-out to all the hotel staff; their attitudes were exceptionally kind and attentive. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or restaurant service, any requests were responded to promptly. **Dining:** On Saturday evening, we made sure to try the buffet dinner. It mainly featured mini hot pots, along with an abundance of crayfish. The variety of dishes was impressive, with seafood, hot dishes, and desserts all available. The ingredients were super fresh, and we left feeling very satisfied. The breakfast buffet the next day was also excellent. **Environment:** The location is another big plus, being very close to the beach, making it super convenient for a stroll. We had a comfortable stay throughout, making it our top choice for a family vacation with kids. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Xiamen!
