From the moment we booked the room, a dedicated butler group was created for us. They bought our round-trip ferry tickets, and upon disembarking, a butler was waiting at the pier to help with our luggage—we didn't have to carry anything ourselves. Our butler, Isak, was incredibly thoughtful. He not only planned a route to Gulangyu Island that avoided the crowds, but also went out to buy me medicine when he knew I wasn't feeling well. This friend-like care was so heartwarming. The room's details were impeccable: Aesop toiletries, a Wenxian turndown fragrance, a handwritten welcome note, a complimentary minibar, and even a different set of Gulangyu poems on gold-flecked paper by the bedside each day. The turndown service drew the curtains, lit the aromatherapy, and even prepared a meditation chair—truly taking ”natural healing” to the extreme.

Five stars, highly recommended! My stay exceeded all expectations. The location is excellent, making transportation incredibly convenient. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with soft and comfortable bedding. Soundproofing between rooms was great, ensuring a peaceful sleep. The front desk concierge, Ms. [Concierge's name, if available, otherwise just 'the concierge'], was meticulous and thoughtful, proactively checking in during my stay and responding promptly to all requests. This truly showcased five-star service warmth. The breakfast spread was rich with a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, it offers great value for money. Xiamen Airlines Golden Egret is definitely my top choice when visiting Xiamen.

As an international five-star hotel, the hardware is, of course, impeccable. What I value most are the details, as they truly make all the difference. My three-day stay was, in a word, absolutely perfect and satisfying. From the moment I checked in at the front desk on the first day, every staff member across all departments was incredibly polite, always greeting me with a smile. Whether it was in the room corridor in the morning, at the breakfast restaurant, or even the housekeepers, dining staff, and even the chef preparing breakfast – their first words were always a cheerful 'Good morning,' delivered with a constant, engaging smile. It felt very friendly and professional. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, including Xiamen specialties like Shacha noodles, Mianxian paste, and beef soup. There were also three to four choices of freshly squeezed juices, and they could even prepare Eggs Benedict. The swimming pool and gym were also of a considerable size, and the environment was very clean. In terms of the room, the wet and dry areas were well-separated. What impressed me the most was the housekeeping staff. They truly embodied the concept of 'anticipatory service.' They noticed my preference for tea and thoughtfully provided extra bottles of mineral water for me to brew tea. Even simple things, like tissues, were pre-folded before being given to guests. These little details speak volumes and demonstrate how thorough and professional their staff training is. Finally, a special thanks to Amber from guest services. She contacted me before my arrival to inquire about my estimated arrival time and any room preferences. Her assistance throughout my stay was invaluable. My heartfelt gratitude.

This is a very good hotel. It is right next to the shopping mall, so restaurants and coffee shops are everywhere. We really appreciated the friendly front desk staff getting us an upgraded room. It is spacious, cleaned, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we need. We love their long and cleaned pool. It’s perfect for lap swimmers. Definitely we will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring an undisturbed night's sleep, and all amenities are complete and well-maintained. The service was truly impeccable. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in was efficient and quick. A special shout-out to Lobby Manager Wu Yanzu for being so thoughtful and enthusiastic, and the housekeeping staff were meticulous and attentive. The service throughout our stay was proactive and thorough, with prompt responses to all our needs. The complimentary airport pick-up and shuttle service to tourist attractions were particularly thoughtful, and the staff patiently answered all our questions about getting around. Our stay at the Wyndham Xiamen was truly amazing, with the unparalleled, front-row sea view being the absolute highlight. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows in the room offered an unobstructed, endless vista of the azure sea, with the majestic Xiang'an Bridge stretching calmly across the water – the view was clear and expansive. Waiting for the sunrise over the sea in the morning and encountering the orange sunset in the evening, both dawn and dusk provided incredibly therapeutic scenery with a fantastic ambiance; every photo taken looked like a professional seascape shot. The complimentary breakfast was truly impressive, with a rich and diverse selection. Authentic Fujianese snacks like Shacha noodles and vermicelli paste were flavorful and delicious, while Western hot dishes, exquisite desserts, and seasonal fresh fruits were all available, catering to a variety of tastes. The service was gentle, attentive, and highly efficient. Any questions or requests before and during our stay were promptly and properly addressed, with staff being humble and polite. The meticulous service significantly enhanced our sense of happiness during the stay. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin. The hotel as a whole was quiet and elegant, making for an exceptionally relaxing and comfortable vacation. With its superb sea views and thoughtful, spot-on service, this will definitely be our top choice for our next visit to Xiamen!

Our stay at Shangri-La Xiamen was absolutely perfect! A special thank you to Yulia and Irene, two amazing staff members. Before our arrival, Yulia proactively contacted me to provide a detailed overview of the hotel's parent-child activities and a hair accessory photo shoot event, which she then helped us book – it was incredibly helpful. The service during our stay was also very thoughtful. Nearing check-out, as we had a small baby with us, Yulia kindly helped me request a late check-out, which really solved a travel dilemma for me. Her demeanor was gentle and patient throughout. Ms. Irene also thoughtfully and thoroughly answered many of our questions during our stay and even gave me a souvenir. The hotel's environment, room cleanliness, and facilities were all impeccable. Coupled with the warm and professional service from these two staff members, our entire trip was exceptionally comfortable. Our little one also loved the hotel's kids' club and continued to play there for a while after check-out. Next time we visit Xiamen, we will definitely choose this hotel again, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

The park environment is great, perfect for a morning run or exercise. The hotel service is incredibly attentive; the front desk staff are polite and patient, always responding promptly whenever I needed anything. The room was clean with no strange odors, and the bedding was soft and comfortable for a good night's sleep. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the gym and laundry room were fully equipped. Overall, the experience was excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is quite easy to find, in the Xinglin area of Jimei District. There's a Vanke Plaza commercial area not far away, offering plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The hotel itself also has a Chinese restaurant, a Western restaurant, and hot springs, so the facilities are very comprehensive. The room was spotlessly clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. I had a very comfortable stay.

Facilities: The design elements have a distinctive Nanyang flair. The biggest advantage of this hotel is quite simple – it's right on the beach. No fuss, you can step onto the sand just a few minutes after walking out of the lobby. There aren't many hotels in Xiamen that are literally right on the sea, so this is definitely a big plus. It's located in Tong'an District, not far from Xiamen North Station, super close to Jimei, and also very near to ”Chu Yuxun's house” (a popular local reference, haha). If you're coming by high-speed rail, you can check in quickly after arriving, which is great for those looking for a relaxing two-day weekend getaway. Hygiene and Environment: It truly lives up to its five-star brand – clean and hygienic, giving you peace of mind. You can see the sea from the hotel lobby and also while dining in the restaurant, which is really comfortable. 😊 What truly deserves special praise is the breakfast 🥣 – excellent value for money. There's a wide variety, including local specialties like Shacha noodles and five-spice rolls. The service staff are all very enthusiastic and provide prompt service. With a Marriott brand like this offering such a great breakfast 🍳, what more could you ask for? Haha!
