Spa Hotels in Xiamen

The hotel service was excellent, always responsive to our needs and going above and beyond to satisfy guests. No matter the time, they were always quick to assist. The service even started before we arrived on the island; hotel staff contacted us days in advance to confirm our needs during our stay, reminded us about the ferry tickets required for the island, and even helped us book them. After adding the concierge on WeChat, they sent us information about hotel and island activities, and could assist with advance bookings and ticket reservations. Upon arrival, the concierge met us at the pier and helped with our luggage. Any questions we had during our stay were answered instantly via WeChat. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir and helped transport our luggage back to the pier. Considering we had a lot of luggage, a staff member specifically accompanied us on the ferry, helping with our bags the entire way. The whole stay felt very warm and reassuring; it’s a hotel full of human touch. The hotel environment is very quiet, with an ecological park next to it. Walking through the park leads to the beach, and the coastline is beautiful and great for walks. A truly excellent stay!

This isn't my first time staying here, and I really love it; the experience is consistently great. The breakfast selection changes a bit daily, always featuring authentic Southern Fujian specialties. There's a wide variety and the food tastes excellent. The room is also very dorm-like, quiet, and the bed is fantastic, leading to naturally high-quality sleep. The only minor downside is that the pool isn't very big, but the water quality is excellent. Also, our butler, Merry, took great care of us. For example, she'd ask what we wanted refilled in the minibar and prepared turn-down service nightly before we came back (which included a pre-sleep dessert, a floor mat next to the bed, and indoor slippers).

This is a very good hotel. It is right next to the shopping mall, so restaurants and coffee shops are everywhere. We really appreciated the friendly front desk staff getting us an upgraded room. It is spacious, cleaned, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we need. We love their long and cleaned pool. It’s perfect for lap swimmers. Definitely we will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Very nice and class hotel. Very convenient, next to Wan Guo mall n lots of eateries nearby. We booked for 1 bedroom suites and upgraded to 2 bedrooms suites with top up of rmb 100, very worth it. With suites booking, we can enjoy tea break between 230-4pm and happy hours from 530pm to 830pm, we met Nora at happy hours, she make good cocktails for us based on our preferences. Will go back to this hotel when we travel to Xiamen again.

The room was great, and the sea view was fantastic! It's perfect for families with kids. The hotel breakfast was very extensive. I also had dinner at the hotel, and both the taste and presentation were excellent. All the service staff were good and had a great attitude. The hotel is located in Wuyuan Bay, close to the airport, which means it's a bit far from the main tourist attractions and transportation isn't very convenient. However, the sea view is better here, and it's more suitable for water activities. My first minor complaint is that the Chinese restaurant's serving speed was quite slow, and the food prep station was right next to the dining area without any partition, which felt a bit unappealing. Secondly, for families with two children, even in a suite, you only get three breakfast vouchers. You have to pay an additional 79 for the half-price fee for the extra child. While I understand the policy, it feels a bit less family-friendly, especially since kids don't eat that much, and it just doesn't feel right. I suggest improvements.

This hotel is truly great! It's easy to find and parking is convenient. I originally booked for two nights, but due to an unexpected event, I requested to stay for only one, and it was approved immediately. The service was excellent, and I even received a welcome gift upon check-in. The room was more spacious than I expected, with large windows providing plenty of natural light – it was so relaxing just sitting there and chilling out. The service was also thoughtful; they were always available for any request. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area!

Disappointing given the price. Great facilities for kids, including kids club, excursions and a large swimming pool. Special thanks to Kenny at the pool who was friendly and fun practicing swimming with my children. The check in experience could be improved. We arrived at 2pm (the designated check in time) and were told we had to wait 'a little while' for our room. Eventually two hours later the room was ready. Staff didn't apologise or do much to help - just told us to go have a coffee. A waste of time we should have been able to use the room we paid for. The club floor is also very disappointing in terms of the food and beverage offerings and especially how it becomes completely overwhelmed at peak times (happy hour for example). The staff try their best, but the environment becomes chaotic and filled with rubbish, people grabbing massive piles of food (much of which is wasted), and it's very hard to get a cold drink. Maybe not worth the extra cost if you are looking to relax. Finally the hotel overlooks a bridge construction yard with trucks rumbling and steel being erected all night.

They proactively upgraded my room to a higher floor, and the sea-view room directly overlooked Gulangyu Island – the daytime and nighttime views were absolutely stunning. The hotel was clean and beautiful, with the deep-rooted charm of an old five-star establishment. What particularly touched me was when a greeter at the entrance saw me sitting there with my heel chafed, and thoughtfully brought over two band-aids. My heart truly warmed at that moment! I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit. [Attached are a few photos of the view from the hotel room.]

The biggest impression during my stay was the high-quality service at the front desk. Upon arrival at the hotel to check in, the front desk staff were warm and polite, very skilful and efficient, with no long waits. When inquiring about check-in benefits and nearby travel routes, the staff patiently and thoroughly answered and proactively offered practical advice. After reporting any issues, the response was prompt, and the handling was appropriate and professional, which was very satisfying. The room environment is well maintained, with all facilities in good condition, making it comfortable and convenient to use. The hotel is in a prime location, close to commercial districts, making travel and dining very convenient. The front desk team provides well-mannered, warm, and welcoming service without being overly intrusive, which is very good. The entire stay was smooth and pleasant, and the thoughtful, attentive service at the front desk greatly enhanced the experience. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure trips, highly recommended. I will choose to book again next time I come to Xiamen. I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Xiamen and I have to give a shout-out to Vicky at the front desk! The check-in process was very quick, and the staff patiently answered all my questions about getting around. Their service was attentive and thoughtful. The hotel's cleanliness was well-maintained, and its location made getting around very convenient. The overall atmosphere was comfortable, and I felt very secure during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling here.
