I particularly loved the hotel's garden design; the greenery is beautifully maintained, making a stroll through the grounds feel incredibly refreshing. Breakfast is semi-buffet style with a wide variety of options, and the Shacha noodles were especially delicious. What elevated this stay from 'perfect' to 'unforgettable' was our dedicated butler, Molly. From pre-arrival communication to our departure, Molly's service was consistently warm and professional. She has a wonderful sense of 'discretion,' always appearing promptly when needed without ever being intrusive. During our stay, we encountered a few unexpected issues, and Molly not only handled them without hesitation but also coordinated their resolution with impressive efficiency. Her service throughout made the entire experience very comfortable and reassuring.

The hotel environment is impeccable, with spacious public areas and beautiful birdsong and flowers. Perched on a hill, I was woken up every morning around 5 or 6 by the chirping of various birds. It's about a 15-minute walk to Xiamen University and Putuo Temple, though it's uphill and a bit tiring, but taxis are quite convenient. The room was also very large, with a bedroom offering a distant view of the rooftops of Xiamen University. All in-room facilities were well-equipped. While I wouldn't delve too deeply into the cleanliness details, it was acceptable, but the sound of water running from the rooms above or next door was particularly noisy. The service was excellent, with prompt responses to all requests! Overall, I was satisfied, with one exception: the breakfast was too basic. It felt like it cost less than five yuan to make, truly the most perfunctory breakfast I've ever had in decades of staying at hotels. We ended up ordering takeout for the kids for both days, so I don't think it's worth booking a rate that includes breakfast. I'd like to offer a suggestion to the hotel: with such a great location and environment, it should strive for perfection by putting more thought into improving the breakfast. For tourists, a hearty breakfast is truly important. If a buffet isn't feasible due to cost-cutting, at least the set menu could be more varied, instead of just offering a bowl of congee and one or two pre-made buns every day, which is quite unappetizing.

This is my second stay here, and it truly is Xiamen's best landmark with the most stunning views. I fall in love with it every time! The room is spacious, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer a breathtaking vista. Soaking in the tub while watching the sunset over the sea in the evening creates an incredibly romantic atmosphere. The room cleaning is meticulous, amenities are of superior quality, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a peaceful and restful stay. The staff's service is perfectly balanced – warm, professional, and attentive. A special thanks to our butler, Joni, who was incredibly thoughtful and caring, making us feel truly welcomed. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth. Breakfast is also very rich, a delightful fusion of Chinese and Western dishes, including local Shacha noodles, Southern Fujian snacks, and Jian'ou Guangbing (biscuits). The high-altitude heated swimming pool and executive lounge experience are fantastic. The location is uniquely advantageous, within walking distance to Shapowei Art Zone and very convenient for reaching Huandao Road and Nanputuo Temple. Highly recommended!

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff were so warm and patient, and check-in was super quick. The lady who helped me was gentle and polite, making communication a breeze. This is a very good hotel. It is right next to the shopping mall, so restaurants and coffee shops are everywhere. We really appreciated the friendly front desk staff getting us an upgraded room. It is spacious, cleaned, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we need. We love their long and cleaned pool. It’s perfect for lap swimmers. Definitely we will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

The room was quite clean, with a good separation of wet and dry areas, and the toilet was fully automatic, which was great. The hotel incorporated a lot of new technology, with each room equipped with a Tmall Genie. The location was also quite good, within walking distance to the beach and Zengcuo'an.

Our stay at Langham Xiamen was excellent overall! I have to commend the housekeeping; the room was spotless, and the bathroom and bedding details were meticulously handled. The room's amenities are top-notch, and the bedding quality is fantastic – I especially loved their large square pillows. Although the twin beds were a bit small, similar to those in Southeast Asian tourist cities (around 1.15m), the overall room size was generous, making it suitable for both business and leisure. Room service was prompt and discreet. It truly lives up to its reputation as a classic British brand. Special thanks to Ms. Cheng Lin, the Guest Relations Manager. Her service was incredibly thoughtful. She remembered me and my child when we saw her at the lobby lounge during afternoon tea, and again at checkout, even recalling my car entry issue. I will definitely stay here again. The only minor drawback was being assigned a street-facing room. The window's soundproofing wasn't great, and I could clearly hear traffic noise late at night. Light sleepers might want to request an inner room in advance when checking in. Otherwise, everything else was impeccable.

Not only is there a bathtub, but also a private pool, and our child absolutely loved playing in the water. Even better, the hotel is super close to the beach, just a few minutes' walk away. Taking the kids to explore the beach and dig in the sand was incredibly convenient, and going back and forth multiple times a day was no problem at all. Breakfast was also plentiful and delicious, satisfying both adults and children. All in all, it was an impeccable and delightful trip. Highly recommended with five stars, we'll definitely be back!

I was happy with this hotel from the moment I arrived. The doorman, whose name I didn't catch, proactively opened the car door and helped with my luggage. Seeing I had a child with me, he even took all my bags to the lobby while I checked in. Lin Jiankai at the front desk handled my check-in, patiently answering all my questions. I requested a quiet room and ended up on the top floor. The room was a good distance from the executive lounge, so it was very quiet, yet still conveniently located for easy access to the lounge. My visit to Xiamen for the May Day holiday was primarily due to the hotel's excellent transportation links. It was a 30-minute taxi ride to the Botanical Garden (due to holiday traffic), and less than 10 minutes by taxi to SM and MixC malls. The hotel itself is connected to Panji Center, which offers a variety of dining options and a cinema. As soon as we checked in, we went to Tongren Siji Coconut Chicken, which was only about 50 meters from the front desk – so convenient and delicious! When I got to the room, I initially thought it might not be very bright based on the online photos, but it was actually very well-lit. You could also request staff to open the windows. I didn't take photos when I first entered, and later the room got a bit messy, so I didn't bother. A few details about the room really stood out: a shoe shine kit and cloth, and by the bathtub, there were disposable tub liners, a loofah, and bath salts. These little touches are a huge plus for me, as many hotels only provide these upon request. The next day, the cleaning lady even left a pack of Heart to Heart facial tissues by the sink, which I think speaks to the quality of the hotel's amenities. Again, many five-star hotels have tissues that fall apart easily. Now, for the executive lounge: The afternoon tea offers three types of pastries and fruit. While not extensive in variety, the quality of the pastries is superb and very tasty. As someone with high standards for desserts, I give Panji Hilton's desserts a five-star rating. Happy Hour, starting at 6:00 PM, is even more impressive, with at least seven or eight hot dishes. On the first night, there was black garlic duck soup, and on the second night, morel mushroom chicken soup, along with roasted lamb. The evening desserts were different from the afternoon selection, and again, they were absolutely delicious! Also, there's a lovely staff member in the lounge, Ms. Cao Mengying, who is incredibly professional. Not only did she provide meticulous service in the lounge, but since I was staying on that floor, she would always greet me whenever I left or returned, making me feel truly at home. The hotel's smart features are also up-to-date, with an electric toilet in the room and robots that can deliver meals. Regarding service, I had an unexpected injury at the hotel. Trip.com's customer service followed up promptly and with concern, and the hotel also handled it very efficiently. They even called the next day to check on my wound and left a box of cheese sticks in the fridge for me. For other requests, like mineral water, Kung Fu tea sets, and bed rails, the hotel provided everything I needed. Thumbs up! Due to work, I'll be coming to Xiamen often in the future, and I will definitely choose Panji Hilton again next time!

After all, in a mountain setting surrounded by dense vegetation, a few insects are perfectly normal, and the garden view neatly sidestepped that issue. Opening the window in the morning, the lush green central courtyard came into view. Instead of the city's hustle and bustle, I heard the crisp, pleasant chirping of morning birds and the sweet, fresh air blowing from the mountains. I couldn't help but close my eyes and take several deep breaths. Returning to the room in the evening, I lay on the balcony chair, clearing my mind, sipping an iced cola while enjoying the mountain breeze—this is exactly what a vacation should be like. The room's hardware can be summed up in two words: solid and reliable. Beyond being clean and tidy, the 'rainforest' shower's stable water pressure and temperature were truly impressive. The hotel also thoughtfully implemented a dry-wet separation in the bathroom, completely eliminating the awkwardness of worrying about splashing the toilet while showering. A morning jog in Xian'gueshan Park, enjoying the pleasure of sweating freely in the mountains, is a unique experience that you can never feel in a hotel gym. The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus service down the mountain, making it convenient to travel to the Seaworld shopping center and Dongdu Ferry Terminal. On weekends and holidays, there's even a free shuttle bus connecting to popular attractions like Zhongshan Road and Baicheng Beach. One evening, a guest was inconsiderately skipping rope upstairs; after calling the front desk, they responded immediately and resolved the issue quickly! Truly commendable! Conclusion On the day of check-out, the morning sun still gently warmed the garden view balcony, as if possessing a magic that made me reluctant to close the door and leave. To be honest, I've stayed in many hotels, but rarely have I felt such a pang of reluctance upon departure as this time.
