Marine Garden Hotel

Gulangyu Scenic Area
Advantages: I personally feel that the scenery in the hotel is good, the red building, the courtyard can see the sea and the sun rock. Very quiet, it is the feeling of silence, there is no hustle and bustle of cars and horses, occasionally the sea breeze rustles the leaves, around 11 o'clock there are passengers walking through the aisle noisy, but there will be no more for a while, in short, the rest is very good. Hotel front desk service is good. Disadvantages: The hotel room is small, the facilities are old, the balcony sliding door lock effect is not good, the balcony and the balcony of the next room are very small, the bathroom has no shower, the hotel breakfast is small, and the taste is average. I booked this hotel because I felt very beautiful when I came here 11 years ago. This time I came, I booked it without thinking about it. Now I feel that the price of 686 is expensive.

The balcony room is very good, with good ventilation and lighting. There is an elevator in Building 8. The hygiene is very good and the linen is clean and soft. The pick-up and drop-off service from the pier is great. It leaves on the hour and runs once an hour. There are different routes back and forth. You can even go to places that you can't walk by by car. The big trees in the large yard as soon as you enter the hotel are all decades old, including mango trees, jackfruit trees, phoenix trees, cockscomb trees... It would be very pleasant to cook tea by the fire under the trees without the crowds outside. There is a beach at the back door of the hotel, and sand digging tools can be picked up at the front desk. A few hundred meters outside the gate is Shuzhuang Garden, very close. Let’s talk about areas for improvement. The breakfast noodle soup was tasteless and too bland. It was far inferior to the noodle we had in the Xiamen hotel. I hope some seasonings can be added, such as meat sauce, Laoganma, coriander, etc.

First of all, the environment and location of the homestay. It is located on Gulangyu Island and has many food and attractions around, which is very convenient. Although it is in the alley, the surrounding is very quiet and makes people feel very comfortable. Going forward is the seaside, the whole room of the hotel is clean and tidy, making people feel very warm. Secondly, the service, the front desk brother of the hotel is very friendly, answering our questions and needs very carefully, and giving two tickets for Panpo Building, the price is super high, it is recommended!

Environment: The hotel's location and environment are perfect, and the view from the balcony is superb. The room is large, but the facilities are relatively simple, and the disposable items equipped with more than 1,000 rooms are very ordinary. The mattress was lumpy and felt crushed. The service needs to be improved. Compared with the services of other boutique homestays, the attitude of this store is slightly indifferent. First, the location of the homestay is on the mountain, and no one came down to pick it up. Second, the afternoon tea provided by the homestay is until four o'clock, and the customer service is told whether it can be given as a gift at 4:15, and they say no. Breakfast is at 10:05, and the kitchen is being cleaned.

The entire building is full of details inside and outside, as well as in the rooms and courtyards. It exceeded expectations and I just love it! One night was really not enough. I wanted to extend my stay, but the room was already full. It seems that there are many people who love him! When you go to Gulangyu Island, you still have to stay and experience it slowly, and feel it carefully. For example, being woken up by birds in the early morning, and the fragrance of sweet-scented osmanthus occasionally drifting while walking on the path is simply too charming! This hotel is the reason why I stayed at this hotel. The service staff are polite and responsive. It is separated from the hustle and bustle by a wall. The overall feeling is relaxing and comfortable.
