Xiamen Lanyue Fliport Hotel

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations for this trip, and we were attended by Manager Evelyn! I often saw her name in reviews, so I was surprised to meet her in person, haha. As soon as I checked in, I was rushing with a lot of luggage, and Evelyn was so gentle and patient throughout. She proactively upgraded us to a room with an amazing view and thoughtfully recommended some niche local eateries and travel tips. She was efficient and friendly, and any issues we had afterward were quickly and properly resolved by her. It happened to rain in Xiamen during our stay, and Evelyn even went out of her way to text us, reminding us to bring an umbrella. Later, we tried the breakfast buffet, which had a rich variety of options, including Chinese and Western dishes, freshly ground coffee, desserts, and fruits. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was on point. Getting up early for such a meal was truly delightful. Overall, I feel the value for money was excellent. The whole experience was comfortable and rejuvenating. I'll definitely come back to Xiamen and stay here again next time!

I was very happy with my stay. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping malls, museums, and a science and technology museum, all within walking distance. The room had a great view, and the staff member DONG was very attentive and provided excellent service!

It was a wonderful stay, highly recommended! The buffet breakfast at Xiyue Restaurant in Lanyue was quite good with a wide variety of options, including both Western and Chinese dishes. The overall experience was excellent! There was a diverse selection of breakfast items, with soft bread, fragrant coffee, and various stir-fried dishes cooked to perfection. They also offered some special deliveries. The environment was very clean, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended!
