Pan Pacific Xiamen

This hotel is absolutely wonderful and cozy! We stayed for two nights with the kids. It's super close to Dongdu Wharf, making trips to Gulangyu Island a breeze. They have an outdoor swimming pool on the 3rd floor, and we even ordered swimsuits, goggles, and caps – the kids had a blast. Xiamen is really hot, so you sweat just by stepping outside, which made the self-service laundry on the 2nd floor incredibly convenient. If you turn left and walk about 300 meters, you'll find restaurants with some really authentic breakfast options. There's also a subway station right downstairs, but the lines are limited, so we mostly took taxis to the attractions.

Facilities: Quite comprehensive, and there's free parking. Cleanliness: Clean. Environment: The hotel is very spacious, and it's quite close to Dongdu Wharf. Service: The service is excellent. Security is also good. You need to go downstairs to pick up food deliveries. There's also a public swimming pool on the third floor, which the kids absolutely loved.

First off, the entire front desk staff and the welcoming security guards at the entrance were absolutely wonderful. However, the hotel is definitely showing its age. The underground parking garage is extremely narrow, but they do have designated spots for electric vehicles on the ground floor, and the security guard even helps ensure gas cars don't block them. Overall, the trip was quite comfortable, but the biggest issue happened right before we left. A hotel staff member was watering the plants by the entrance while we were loading our luggage into the car. The staff member sprayed water all over our bags, and my suitcase was filled with water along the zipper. The paper bags with food were completely soaked! All the clothes I planned to wear for the next few days were ruined because the suitcase got drenched! The food bags also got wet and fell apart. The staff member, holding the hose, didn't even notice they had sprayed our belongings and acted completely innocent when we told them, continuing to water the plants. They mumbled a quick 'sorry' and then turned away, ignoring us. The three of us were frantically wiping things down in the car; it was a really bad experience. Also, the slow charger downstairs frequently disconnected, three times in one night, though the fast charger worked fine.

The room was very comfortable, and the bed was just right – not too soft, not too hard. The subway entrance is right outside, and the Dongdu Ferry Terminal is nearby. A special thanks to the duty manager, Rocky, who showed us the rooms and arranged a fantastic view based on our preferences. Also, Spring was a great help with our late check-out. Both provided incredibly detailed and enthusiastic service. The hotel should definitely reward them! We'd love to stay here again. [Strong][Strong][Strong][Strong][Strong]

The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom had a bathtub, which was comfortable. However, the furniture, appliances, and decor are quite old-fashioned. I found it strange that there wasn't a tissue box in the room or at the desk; I had to go into the bathroom to get tissues. Also, for food deliveries, there's no robot service; you have to pick up your order from the delivery locker on the first floor.

I was very satisfied with the room upon check-in, and the transportation was very convenient. It was a comfortable stay, and the staff service was excellent. Front office manager Li Jianbiao was particularly warm and attentive. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance.

Our company had a conference at Pan Pacific Xiamen, so I extended my stay for a few extra days. The hotel staff I encountered during my visit were all wonderful, providing exceptional service. When I checked out, I met He Yinyin at the front desk, and she even gave me a commemorative hotel fridge magnet! That was so thoughtful and touched me deeply. I'll definitely come back to Pan Pacific for our next conference.

Huge thanks to duty manager Li Jianbiao for his excellent service. The room's lighting was a bit dim, but we were given a high-floor room, and the mattress was really comfortable. There was a minor issue with some water pooling in the bathroom, but otherwise, everything was great.

The hotel's location is great, with bus and subway stations nearby, making transportation very convenient; it's also easy to find. The staff provide excellent service, and the front desk is warm and polite. The rooms are clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The outdoor swimming pool on the third floor is fantastic. Plus, the breakfast offered by the hotel is also very good. Overall, a satisfying stay, highly recommend.
