Stepping out, you're immediately at St. Paul's Cathedral and Federation Square, with major shopping areas and attractions all within walking distance, making getting around and shopping incredibly convenient. The hotel itself boasts a style of understated luxury. The rooms are spacious, with a high-quality decor, and the bathroom amenities are top-notch, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The service throughout was attentive and thoughtful, with professional and detailed concierge and turndown services that were promptly delivered. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering a full range of both Chinese and Western options with fresh ingredients. The only minor downsides were that the building has some age, with a few facilities showing their years, and during peak breakfast hours, it can get crowded with a slightly slower refill rate for dishes. Overall, it remains a prime choice among Melbourne's high-end hotels, perfect for both business trips and leisure stays.

The location is excellent, the room is spacious, and very clean. The breakfast selection is extensive, though you might encounter long queues if there's a large conference group. The staff are very friendly towards children. Overall, this was the best hotel of our trip!

This is a比较 upscale hotel with spacious rooms, especially convenient for visiting Australia's largest shopping mall. Just a heads-up, shops usually close early on weekdays, but stay open later on weekends and public holidays. I don't speak English, but managed to order beer and roasted pork ribs at the mall with a translator, and they were quite tasty!

The hotel's location is really good. It's super convenient to get to the hotel from the terminal. The room size is good for unpack & repack your stuff for the trip. Since we didn't have breakfast included in the booking. There are 2 choices for the breakfast: 1. Hotel's breakfast for 35AUD/person 2. Deli cafe. We had a sandwich & muffin there. It's quick and easy to get ready in the morning.

The hotel is located on a small street, yet it's incredibly convenient for getting around, close to everything, but far enough from the hustle and bustle to offer a unique sense of tranquility. Most of the staff and management are of Indian descent, and they seemed to lack enthusiasm, although there were some Chinese staff members we didn't interact with much. The breakfast was quite disappointing, especially compared to the much richer options we're used to in China – there was hardly anything to eat here. A heads-up: the entrance is on the ground floor (G), but check-in is on the first floor (which we'd consider the second floor in our country, haha).

The location was also excellent, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, offering great amenities and convenience. However, there were a few drawbacks to note. Firstly, the air conditioning was problematic. The AC unit was only in the living room and its cooling capacity was quite weak. The bedroom received no cool air at all, making it a bit warm at night, which could affect sleep quality for those sensitive to heat. Additionally, the Wi-Fi speed was very slow, which would be inconvenient if you needed to work or simply wanted to browse the internet smoothly. There wasn't enough storage space in the bathroom, and during my two-day stay, only one large towel was replaced on the second day; other towels were not replenished or changed. In summary, this place boasts an excellent location and unparalleled views, but if you have high expectations for indoor temperature and internet speed, I'd suggest considering these points carefully before booking.

Unexpectedly perfect, a fantastic experience! The kitchen is fully equipped, completely meeting all cooking needs. The room is clean and tidy, and the view is also great. Downstairs there's a large supermarket, and across the street, there's an Asian supermarket. It's just a few minutes' walk to Victoria Market and Melbourne Central. Dining and shopping are both incredibly convenient. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

I think the front desk service is very good, the public areas and rooms look clean, parking is convenient, and the price is not expensive. The overall feeling of staying for two nights is quite comfortable, which is quite good.

It’s about a 10-minute drive to a nearby mall with Coles, Kmart, and other essentials—super convenient. For travelers, it’s around 40 minutes from the airport, which is manageable. Cleanliness: This was a mixed bag. Upon entering, we noticed a burnt iron mark and several purple stains on the carpet. We made sure to report these to reception immediately due to the $300 AUD bond fee, to avoid being held responsible. Being close to a lake or river meant encountering mosquitoes and some large flies. We also found spiders in the bathroom, but we managed to catch and release them outdoors. Towels provided were an issue—one was dirty when we checked in, and even the replacement towel the next day had stains. However, the beds were spotless, which was a relief. Service: The front desk staff were excellent—friendly, thorough, and accommodating. They explained all the amenities, including the location of the gym and pool, and handled our late checkout request graciously. Facilities: Although I didn’t personally use the gym or pool, the in-room facilities stood out. The smart TV was a bonus, with access to YouTube, Disney+, and Prime Video, ensuring entertainment for the family. Room: The two-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, with two bedrooms flanking a central living room. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, complete with an exhaust fan to keep the heat out. The beds were the highlight—so soft and comfortable, providing an excellent night’s sleep. Overall: While the initial issues with bugs were unpleasant (I dislike insects), once we cleared them out, the stay became very enjoyable. The spacious layout, serene environment, and cozy beds made it a pleasant experience overall.
