I stayed at the Park Hyatt Melbourne on my solo trip and was very satisfied with the overall experience. The room was spacious and quiet, and the housekeeping was meticulous. The bedding was comfortable, leading to a great night's sleep. The hotel environment is elegant, and the location is quite convenient, with a luxurious ambiance throughout. The staff were professional and polite; both check-in and check-out were very smooth. The facilities are well-maintained, making for a relaxing stay. It exceeded my expectations overall, and I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in Melbourne.

Overall, pretty good. It's great for walks along the river, and there's a Woolworths right across the street. Amenities: The pool facilities are well-equipped, with both a sauna and a steam room. However, the pool water was a bit salty, possibly because many people were using it. Maybe it needs more frequent changing. Also, the water pressure for the shower in the room was a bit low, which could be improved. Cleanliness: The room's cleanliness was good. Service: Good. The doorman smiled at me when I got out of the car, and the front desk staff were polite. However, for this price point, bottled water in the room still costs extra. The main issue is its misleading placement – while the mini-bar is obviously paid, the bottled water was placed right next to the tea bags, making it easy to grab and drink, only to find out it was nine dollars a bottle. That's a bit much. Environment: Quite nice. However, the river view wasn't ideally positioned; it was at an angle.

The location is excellent, the room is spacious, and very clean. The breakfast selection is extensive, though you might encounter long queues if there's a large conference group. The staff are very friendly towards children. Overall, this was the best hotel of our trip!

The hotel is nice and the location is very convenient. Two things were problems. 1. Try running in the gym when the sun rises - you can't without being blinded by the sun. Blinds need to be installed! The rest of the gym was very basic. 2. I tried to go to the rooftop bar a few times. It was advertised as open, but it wasn't. Looks like it could have been a nice place for a drink. Overall, the hotel was ok, but it did feel very impersonal and it lacked attention to detail.

This hotel deserves a five-star review! I wish I had stayed at the Sheraton for my entire trip to Melbourne. It's in the city center, which is incredibly convenient, and even late at night, around 8-9 PM, there are still plenty of people around, making it feel very safe. When I checked in, there was a Chinese-speaking staff member available. Although the person who actually checked me in was of Indian descent, a Chinese colleague came over to make sure everything was alright before leaving. They even offered me a complimentary glass of champagne! The hotel room was spacious and clean, definitely the best I've stayed in during my past two weeks in Sydney and Melbourne. It certainly lived up to expectations! Right outside the hotel, there's a Rolex store, and if you walk down the street, you'll find the Town Hall and a church. There are plenty of options for dining, entertainment, and shopping. It's also not far from Australia's famous WWL? Or was it WWs?

Very clean, large space and complete facilities. Each house has its own garage. The surrounding is very quiet, the environment is quite good, the traffic is convenient, suitable for self-driving. Very recommended.

Overall, we had a great stay at Vibe Hotel Melbourne. The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and many of Melbourne’s attractions. The breakfast was enjoyable with a good selection each morning, and the daily housekeeping service kept the room clean and comfortable throughout our stay. We also really appreciated being given an early check-in, which made our arrival much easier. The only downside was that the steam room was out of service due to renovations, which was a little disappointing. However, this didn’t take away from our overall experience. Overall, a pleasant stay with friendly service, a great location, and good value. We’d happily stay here again.

I think the front desk service is very good, the public areas and rooms look clean, parking is convenient, and the price is not expensive. The overall feeling of staying for two nights is quite comfortable, which is quite good.

Location: The hotel is situated in a very quiet area, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Nights were serene with barely any car noise. It’s about a 10-minute drive to a nearby mall with Coles, Kmart, and other essentials—super convenient. For travelers, it’s around 40 minutes from the airport, which is manageable. Cleanliness: This was a mixed bag. Upon entering, we noticed a burnt iron mark and several purple stains on the carpet. We made sure to report these to reception immediately due to the $300 AUD bond fee, to avoid being held responsible. Being close to a lake or river meant encountering mosquitoes and some large flies. We also found spiders in the bathroom, but we managed to catch and release them outdoors. Towels provided were an issue—one was dirty when we checked in, and even the replacement towel the next day had stains. However, the beds were spotless, which was a relief. Service: The front desk staff were excellent—friendly, thorough, and accommodating. They explained all the amenities, including the location of the gym and pool, and handled our late checkout request graciously. Facilities: Although I didn’t personally use the gym or pool, the in-room facilities stood out. The smart TV was a bonus, with access to YouTube, Disney+, and Prime Video, ensuring entertainment for the family. Room: The two-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, with two bedrooms flanking a central living room. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, complete with an exhaust fan to keep the heat out. The beds were the highlight—so soft and comfortable, providing an excellent night’s sleep. Overall: While the initial issues with bugs were unpleasant (I dislike insects), once we cleared them out, the stay became very enjoyable. The spacious layout, serene environment, and cozy beds made it a pleasant experience overall.

The staff were brilliant. Everything I asked they accommodated me even allowing late check out for free allowing me to enjoy their pool spa & sauna facilities. Misplaced my room card late at night & was replaced without charge or question asked with smile . Highly recommend
