Park Hyatt Melbourne

The surroundings are excellent, and the location is convenient. The room was spacious and cleaned promptly. Room service was also very efficient; anything I needed was delivered quickly with just a phone call. I accidentally scraped my leg, and when I asked room service for some disinfectant, the hotel's medical staff came to my room to disinfect and bandage it, even thoughtfully asking how I got the scrape. The breakfast was exquisite, and the flat white truly is my favorite – I had it seven mornings in a row! The restaurant manager and staff were very warm and friendly, and their attire was elegant and neat. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The service was great, and email communication was very prompt. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with a practical gym and pool.

Subtle yet luxurious, with friendly staff, including a Chinese-speaking receptionist. The doormen were also excellent, helping me pinpoint locations for taxis since ride-sharing apps default to no parking at the hotel. I had to verbally communicate with the driver upon arrival, and everyone here is very willing to help. The rooms are spacious, and bottled water, small soaps, and other amenities are replenished during turn-down service.

Excellent! The price was also very cheap, so much so that I wondered if locals could afford to stay here every day, just like Chinese people staying in budget hotels. The hotel is a bit old, with an old-money style decor and solid wood cabinets, but it's very clean. I booked it for around 1400 at the time, and for that price, staying at a Park Hyatt is really good.

The room was very spacious, and the location is right on the edge of the CBD, very close to St. Patrick's Cathedral. The service was excellent, and the food was quite varied. The only minor drawback was that the hot water wasn't very strong in the evenings.

The room was generally good, and they even provided a universal adapter, which was a thoughtful touch. The gym is a bit small but overall well-equipped and decent. It's also quite close to the City Hall.

Our room was upgraded to a deluxe room, which was incredibly comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The front desk service was terrible, and the front desk manager was discriminatory towards Chinese guests! Rude and disrespectful! Very disappointed! This bad review is solely for the front desk! Other departments like the restaurant, housekeeping, customer service, concierge, and bellhops all provided excellent service; you can really feel the Hyatt hospitality. However, the room was cold for this season, with the AC only going up to 25 degrees Celsius. The soundproofing wasn't great either, as the hallway was quite noisy. The location is also a bit far from the central area if you're walking.
