"This hotel is incredibly close to the airport, right across from it. I stayed on the eighth floor, and the soundproofing was decent, but it couldn't block out the motorbike noise. The service was generally good. However, there was a slight sewer smell coming from the bathroom, and the hairdryer's power was a bit weak. They offer in-room massage services, but you have to go to the front desk to pay by card immediately after your massage. The pool is shallow, with live music by the poolside, and it's quite enjoyable for a swim, but it closes at 8 PM, so you have to make the most of it. Also, despite being close to the airport (about a 20-minute walk), the pedestrian walkways aren't very convenient; you often encounter obstacles that force you onto the road. Taking a taxi would be a better option."

"I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed the overall experience. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive with my requests throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. I would especially like to commend the team for providing excellent service and for always assisting us with a smile. "Great location! You can get to the hotel lobby from T3 by just crossing the skybridge, which feels very safe. There's a McDonald's nearby and it's easy to hail a Grab taxi right outside. It's a good spot to catch some sleep if you're in transit, though the shower pressure was a bit weak and not very smooth."

"i hope before mag check in ang guest all goods na po para convenient ang stay. Upon check aircon not working and basang basa yung bed :( but 4days stay still good parin naman siguro magdagdag lang po kayo ng staff since marami po kayong units para hindi mapabayaan ang maintenance and good stay ng mga guest."

"overall pleasant experience! there was a slight delay in checking in, because the room we booked was not yet ready. however, the staff was kind enough to upgrade us to a bigger room, free of charge. The breakfast buffet was great. Affordable and worth it, plus its just a short walk to SM MOA and a few minutes to the airport. Thank you Golden Pheonix! we will surely come back!"

"Our stay at Shore Residences was really great. The place is clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time. The location is also very convenient, especially if you want to go around the city. Staff were friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even better. "Our experience from the beginning till the end of the trip was brilliant along with delicious breakfast. We also had a wonderful view of the boulevard. They were undergoing extension projects in the building so therefore the pool was closed but regardless the staff were very polite and informative and assured and the ongoing works didn’t affect our stay."

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The location was also convenient, close to SM MOA and restaurants. The only thing that I didn't like was the size of the pool, it quite small and a bit shallow (4ft) from the usual 5ft pools, but the overall hotel service was efficient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay."

"We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Overall, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was decent but could definitely be improved. There were not many fruit options, and the breakfast selection mostly consisted of heavy meals like rice, noodles, sushi, and cakes. It was filling if you enjoy those kinds of breakfast foods, although it may not suit everyone. The hotel was very busy during all the days we stayed, so the breakfast area and common spaces were often crowded. Our room itself was fine — the sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was strong, and the toilet had a bidet, which was a nice touch. We also had a balcony facing Manila Bay and the swimming pool, and the view was lovely. The location was also a bit inconvenient as it is away from the city centre and main road, so we had to rely on GRAB transport services to get around. Unfortunately, the biggest downside for us was the noise. The hotel is pet-friendly, but they do not have designated floors for guests with pets. The receptionist informed us that all guests are mixed together. They also do not have a designated quiet floor. Because the walls are not very soundproof, we could clearly hear conversations from the next room, dogs barking, and children running along the corridor at night. We were unlucky to be placed near a dog that barked frequently, which made it difficult to rest and sleep properly. We reported the issue, and the staff did respond and likely spoke with the other guests, but of course it is difficult to fully control noise from children and pets. Another issue was that the lobby is located on a different floor level, so security did not seem very strict. Guests were able to bring multiple visitors into their rooms quite easily, and unfortunately some of them were noisy and loud late at night. Overall, while the staff service and the location/view were good, we would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and restful stay, and unfortunately we would not stay here again."
