Kabayan Hotel Pasay

The service is really good and the location as well. Rooms is very clean and the staff are very friendly.The only concern are the linen and towels are very old tho it’s clean but looks like dirty white. There’s only one towel in the room and no other amenities except for a body/hand wash. Overall it’s a good stay and come again for sure.

They upgraded our room and the service was good, the room was also very nice. Though the tv I think is a bit outdated and both remotes didn’t work all the time, we had to change it in between. Though everything else was great, good thing they have a nearby convenient store for our spontaneous staycation.

Our stay at Kabayan Hotel Pasay was wonderful! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers great value for money. The location is very convenient, especially for travelers, as it's close to the airport, MRT/LRT stations, and major shopping areas.

Staff are friendly, very convenient from and to the airport. Great choice for a night lay over.

They made using the TV so complicated! Upon checking in the reception did not tell me about the WiFi and how it works. Did not ask if I want breakfast even if there’s added fee I would have paid for it. The hallways are steaming. I’m not a fan of toilets not enclosed. It does not sit well with me. I’m not an extravagant dresser so it very wrong for the personnel assume am not booked in the hotel. Also they ushered me to the OWWA Desk asking if I’m a Domestic Helper.

My Room was in 10th floor, and I loved the window View. The staff are very kind especially the room attendant. If you go outside the staff in the entrance are very polite.I recommend is the Bedsheet ,towel they should change it into new one though its newly laundry but it looks old.

I had a quick overnight stay after traveling from Europe, but unfortunately the room did not meet expectations for the price. The small room lacked proper shower soap, the towels were worn and shedding, and the wash sink was dirty with mouldy silicone. Water drained very slowly, and I even found a live cockroach hiding under the bedside table. The condition of the room was disappointing and surprising, given the prime location with easy access to local transport, fast food, and a nearby pharmacy. I hope improvements can be made, as I would still consider returning for the convenience of the location.
