GGuest UserOur stay at Lanson has been wonderful so far. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the room is clean and comfortable. We had the pleasure of meeting Toni Sitchon, Director of Operations, during check-in—she was very friendly and accommodating. Despite the hotel being very busy, she kindly allowed us to extend our two additonal rooms for tonight, which we truly appreciate.
Breakfast has been enjoyable, and we would especially like to commend Lauren at breakfast. She was very friendly and checked on us during the meal, making us feel well taken care of.
Overall, we’re very happy with our stay and the excellent service we’ve received.

GGuest UserI enjoyed staying on this 5 star hotel. Location was made easy because of the skyway. The buffet, Kusina could improve, there are lots of bigger buffet restaurants like Dad’s World Buffet. Could have been a 5 star for the restaurant. The staff and servers were really mindful and courteous, love their service! Cleanliness of the room, room service was in a hurry vaccuming the floor.

GGuest UserThe water pressure was really low, so showers were a struggle, and it took ages for the hot water to come through. Filling the tub for a bath also took forever. We booked a twin room but were given a small double room instead. Also, the beautiful pool is located on the West Wing rooftop, which is quite a distance away.

There's a shopping mall and a large supermarket downstairs, making shopping very convenient. There's also a smoking area downstairs, which is very friendly for smokers.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with stunning views of Manila Bay. I loved the infinity pool and the buffet breakfast was delicious! KKSENIIA ABEIDULINABest choice to stayed at this hotel. It's conveniently located near the airport and the largest shopping mall, the Mall of Aysha. The rooms are small but very comfortable, and most importantly, the hotel has an amazing rooftop. There's a swimming pool and plenty of outdoor chill areas. I always recommend this hotel to my friends!

SshhhanicoleThe place is open 24/7 and equipped with a security guard prior to entering the establishment. There is also a staff staying in the lobby all the time which is good especially for those checking in late. The room I booked was a room for solo travelers and it was exactly as what was shown in the endorsed photos. Despited having a shared bathroom, it was such a relief to know that it was somewhat clean and just shared amongst two people. I recommend this for those who want a budget-friendly accommodation.
