"Stayed for 10 days at this hotel. First room was on the 3rd floor, I couldn’t rest well because the sound of the traffic nearby was really noisy so I requested for another room then they gave me a room on the 12th floor. AC was not working well and needs to be replaced. However on my last night I requested to moved because of the noise beside the room doing renovations. I wish they would planned their renovations better. Overall I enjoyed my stay, I love the room and my view. Staff is very kind as well."

Guest UserWe had an incredible stay at Hotel Okura. Chose to book this place to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. We were able to enjoy our overnight staycation to the fullest thanks to the relaxing and quiet atmosphere of the hotel and its attentive staff. Our room didn't have the best view, but we were still able to enjoy the room amenities like the Hinoki tub, the smart TV where we can log in to Netflix and the free Nespresso pods. Breakfast was decent with enough selection from Japanese to Western cuisine. Another thing we truly enjoyed was their appetizing and filling afternoon tea offerings. We'll definitely want to book again.

Anonymous UserWe had a wonderful three-day stay at the Sheraton Manila Hotel. The Sheraton Club was excellent, and the food throughout our stay was consistently great. The room were comfortable, and everything was well-maintained.
We also celebrated our 8th anniversary during our stay, and we truly appreciated the effort the hotel made to make the occasion extra special. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more memorable.
A special mention to the amazing staff, who were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Their exceptional service and hospitality made a big difference in our overall experience.
Thank you, Sheraton Manila Hotel, for a fantastic stay. We had a great time and will definitely be coming back! ❤️✨

AnMacsOur stay at Conrad Hotel was a very pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, elegant, and perfect for a relaxing stay.
The weekend breakfast buffet turned out to be a nice surprise. Since the hotel seemed fully booked, probably due to the expected opening of the Pyromusical event, breakfast was extended to the C Lounge instead of being limited to The Brasserie. The C Lounge actually made the experience better, as it was more spacious and even had live saxophone music, which added a nice touch to the morning.
We also appreciated the Conrad stuffed toy and the birthday cake, which was a thoughtful and charming touch. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay with the quality service expected from Conrad.

Pros:
1. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable.
2. The hotel had availability, allowing us to check in early and rest.

Cons:
1. The accessible room felt more like an accessible restroom.
2. The soundproofing was poor; we could constantly hear people moving around outside the room.

Gen16I had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service. I look forward to staying here again.

Guest UserThe hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The front desk even offered free printing services, which was a nice touch. I stayed for two nights and the breakfast menu changed daily, and it was quite good.
The room was spacious and very clean, with good hygiene standards. There's a shuttle bus service to MOA, and the hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around.
The only downside is that you need to be okay with the slightly outdated bathroom facilities, as it's an older hotel. If that's not a deal-breaker for you, then I'd say this hotel is a solid choice and I'd consider booking it again.

YrnechenWe had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Holiday Express Inn. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were accommodating and the overall experience was smooth and convenient.
The location was also a plus, making it easy to get around and access nearby establishments. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended!

Guest UserThe light fixture in the bathroom of room 610 had fallen off. After the room was cleaned, the used, wet towels weren't replaced; instead, they were folded and put back on the rack for the next guest to use. That's terrible! Also, the bathroom only had an overhead showerhead, no handheld shower, which made showering quite inconvenient. The only good thing about this place is its location.

It's very close to Ninoy Aquino Airport, and the free shuttle service is punctual and thoughtful, so you don't have to worry about commuting for an early morning flight. The rooms are clean and dry, with hot water and free WiFi – all the basic amenities are well-provided. The 24-hour front desk offers excellent service, including currency exchange and luggage storage. Plus, the complimentary breakfast is quite palatable. Overall, it offers great value for money, with convenient travel amenities. It's a comfortable experience for a short transit stay, and I'll definitely prioritize staying here again for future layovers.

B.IWell ok naman yung room, actually mas maayos sya kesa dati kasi nung una book namin hindi ganun kaayos yung room na binigay sa'min. But the only one problem is dinig mo yung galing labas so if matutulog ka ng Hapon or gabi medyo hindi ka makakatulog ng maayos dahil sa ingay galing labas, but it's ok na din para sa mga naghahanap ng murang Hotel ok na sya.
