"Staying at this hotel when catching a flight is incredibly convenient! 📍 It's really close to Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3, so getting a taxi there is super easy. No stress whether you have an early morning or late night flight. The room itself was great. It's much more spacious than other hotels at a similar price point in Manila, so you don't feel cramped. It was clean, tidy, and I slept comfortably. But the biggest surprise was the location! If you walk through the middle of the hotel, there's a whole area of street food and restaurants right out the back. So many options, and it all felt very authentic. No need to go hungry or search far for food, which was a huge plus 😋. Overall: convenient location, spacious rooms, and plenty of food and drink options. Perfect for a layover or an overnight stay. Great value for money too!"

"My first room was quite noisy so I requested for a new one and the people in the reception were nice enough to let me choose a good one at the upper floor. Room was nice and the toilet was clean with good water pressure. The location is very ideal, too, and the staff are nice and helpful. Was also able to fulfill some requests like extra hangers and electric iron. Will definitely stay here again if in the area. ☺️"

"Reception is amazing. Compliments to Nicolle, she is very attentive and gives out amazing vibes ! Lobby area can be improved as it is quite small. Housekeeping needs many improvements. I booked 2 rooms...1 for me and my wife (floor 6) and the other for my parents and siblings (connecting room at floor 3). Floor 3 housekeeping @ Karen is fantastic! My parents loved her and even gave her a tip as she go the extra mile i.e. really clean the room and even arrange the towel into some design! My cleaner on the other hand is not good, my cups did not get cleaned even after I have used it with tea in it. Please take note level 6 housekeeping."

"Great location near the airport, very convenient for early flights or quick stays. Clean and well-maintained rooms, friendly and accommodating staff. Complete amenities including a pool. Bed and pillows are very comfortable for a restful sleep."

"Location: The hotel is conveniently located near Edsa LRT station and Metro Point Mall. A few minutes walk to Genesis and Victory liner terminals. Lobby: Simple yet spacious lobby and the service felt like you are in a premium hotel. Lift: Has three good sized lifts, and one exclusively for employees. Size: I had the pad-type single bedroom, the smallest kind. It is a well sized room with separate toilet and bath. Bed: Feels comfortable. It is on the hard type of mattress, the kind of mattress that I prefer. Cleanliness: The room feels adequately cleaned. I found no dusts on the counters. However the towels need to be replaced, they used to be white but they appear to be sort of yellow-tinged. Although they smell nice and newly washed. The sheets and linens are white and looked clean. I found no foul odour on the pillows. Toilet and bath: The toilet is separated from the shower, which is a nice touch. There is a bidet, and there is hot water both in the shower and the sink. Air-conditioning: It provides adequate cooling but it does have a mild noise, which honestly is not distracting enough. Miscellaneous: The hotel provides tooth brush/paste, shampoo, and soap. Also a small water bottle. Indoor slippers as well. Staff: Very accomodating, helpful, and hospitable. Others: The hotel has its own restaurant and they offer room service for the foods. They also offer massage room service. Both of which I have not availed so can't comment. Recommendations: A small fridge, more drinking water, and a kettle would be nice to have in the room. Maybe small packets of coffee and/or tea as well. Complaints: I was initially assigned to Floor 5, which had a funky smell. Its lobby smelled of dirty wet mop that was stuck for days, or a dead rat, or some of that sort. The smell emanated through to the room. I asked to be moved and they swiftly acted on it, which I appreciate. - Around 2 AM, I woke up with the sounds of the employees outside my room. They were moving things around I guess. They were quite loud, lasted about two hours, which kept me awake until the morning. Definitely would be coming back and would recommend to others."

"This Hotel is so elegant compared to its affordable rate, the elegance of this hotel can be rated 4 stars although they do not have restaurants yet but they have the basic guests needs if needed. Breakfast is delicious though it is plated but the best feature here is their free airport shuttle which they provided when i need to pickup my husband from terminal 1 to the hotel, i will pick this hotel again everytime im gonna pick my husband on his next arrival"

"I stayed in this hotel quite a few times already. Great location, 8-10minute walk from Mall of Asia and MOA Arena (for concert goers). There are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores that are a few minute walk from the hotel. The family room was spacious with 1 queen bed and a bunk bed. It was great since I shared the room with 2 other and we had 4 large luggage. However, I do find the rooms a bit outdated/in need of renovating especially the bathroom. Also, the upper bed of the bunk bed was making squeaking noise when you sleep on it so we decided to just move the mattress on the floor near the window which was fine. I do find the walls/door a bit thin since you can hear the people walking/talking in the hallway and going up and down the elevator (which I did mind). The hotel is also near MOA BY THE BAY (an amusement park) so a lot of people go there at night and you can hear people scream but I did not mind their screaming (helped deafen the hallway noise). The family room had a microwave inside which was convenient and there was a water dispenser near the elevator(hallway) so no need for bottled water. Overall, we had a good stay in this hotel and we’ll be coming back when in Pasay."
