"The hotel is quite convenient to get to, just a walk over the skybridge from T3. It's located in the New Port City area, which seems to be a newly developed district with many restaurants and international five-star hotels nearby. However, the staff service was quite disappointing. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly slow; I could have watched an entire TV episode in the time it took. On top of that, the safe in my room had dead batteries. I called for someone to come fix it, and they initially hung up on me. A few minutes later, they called back asking what kind of battery I needed, which honestly drove me crazy. I clearly said 'lock box,' how could they not understand? The breakfast selection was good, but it was too crowded with not enough seating. If you wanted to eat at 8 AM, you had to wait by the entrance for a while."

"The first thing that must be said is that this hotel really is value for your money. The lobby area has dining and modest cafe facilities. The staff are very friendly and service-oriented. Jenold was particularly affable and helpful. The room size was fine for a single traveler. The bed was soft and the pillows were good so I slept well. The bathroom was a bit cramped due to an inward-opening door. Poor design there. Terminal 3 is just across a very busy road."

"We stayed here during a long layover. It's a great place to bring someone for a night, but definitely not to stay any longer. The room had no windows. Pros: Excellent cleanliness; good location; low price for a one-night stay; 24/7 check-in/check-out; a good selection of 'special' TV channels. Cons: The room SMELLED HORRIBLY OF CIGARETTE SMOKE, the odor was incredible; the air conditioner hummed like an airplane (it was hard to fall asleep with that roar); the drain in the bathroom was clogged and the water wouldn't go down at all; the mattress and pillows were very, very thin. The cleanliness was a pleasant surprise, but the insane smell of cigarettes tells me I won't be back. Thanks!"

"Solid stay, especially if you're hitting up MOA or a concert Honestly, the location alone makes this place worth it. It’s super close to the Mall of Asia, MOA Arena, IKEA, and SMX—you can easily just walk over, which saves you the massive headache of dealing with grab traffic or parking after an event or concert. It’s also just a quick 15-20 minute ride to the airport. The rooms are surprisingly huge with tons of space to move around, and the beds are really comfy. Plus, having a 12:00 PM checkout is a major lifesaver if you want a relaxed morning and don't want to rush out early. The breakfast buffet has a pretty good spread of local and Western food to fuel up for the day, and the staff here are genuinely nice and helpful. "The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The front desk even offered free printing services, which was a nice touch. I stayed for two nights and the breakfast menu changed daily, and it was quite good. The room was spacious and very clean, with good hygiene standards. There's a shuttle bus service to MOA, and the hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around. The only downside is that you need to be okay with the slightly outdated bathroom facilities, as it's an older hotel. "Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was excellent—it’s conveniently situated close to restaurants, shops, and other attractions, making it very easy to get around. Unfortunately, our experience took a disappointing turn on our last night. The air conditioning in our room suddenly stopped working in the middle of the night. We reported the issue to the front desk at around 3:00 AM, and that was when we were informed that we were actually supposed to have changed rooms earlier that day due to a maintenance issue. However, we were never informed of this, even though we had gone to the front desk earlier that day to have our room key reactivated. Despite reporting the issue promptly, we were only transferred to a different room at around 5:00 AM. By then, we were already exhausted and sleepy, and having to pack our belongings and move rooms in the early hours of the morning made for a very frustrating end to what had otherwise been an enjoyable stay. The location is definitely one of the hotel’s biggest strengths, and we appreciate the staff’s efforts to eventually resolve the issue. However, better communication and a quicker response would have made a significant difference to our overall experience."

"The room was nice and clean. The staff were very approachable, polite, and friendly, including the security guard. The toiletries were also complete. However, my biggest issue was the cigarette smell. As soon as we entered the room, we could already smell cigarette smoke. The front desk informed us that some rooms may have a cigarette odor because smoking appears to be allowed in certain rooms. The smell became less noticeable after a while, but whenever we turned off the air conditioner, it would come back. I also noticed that many Chinese guests were gathered in the waiting area in front of the front desk, where there are couches. They were quite loud while talking sometimes it sounded like they were arguing. 😅 What disappointed me the most was that even the buffet area smelled like cigarette smoke. The food was not particularly impressive, and the cigarette odor made the dining experience even less enjoyable. I would not recommend this hotel for families with young children or for guests who are sensitive to cigarette smoke. It may be difficult for the hotel to address this issue if a large portion of their clientele are smokers. It's a pity because the hotel itself is nice, the rooms are clean, and the staff provide excellent service."

I stayed for four nights, and aside from the last night where I didn't sleep well due to noise from a running race (which the hotel had informed me about in advance), everything else exceeded my expectations. Both the hotel's facilities and service were excellent. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of food options, and the restaurant staff were warm and attentive. The hotel is a three-minute walk from MOA, about 10 minutes to the SMX Convention Center, and also three minutes to the Baywalk. I would definitely choose to stay at Lanson again next time.

I had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. Booked this stay at Hilton Manila Newport World Resorts for my boss and client during their business trip, and the overall experience was very good. The hotel location is very convenient, especially for travelers needing quick access to the airport and nearby business areas. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Service from the hotel staff was professional and polite throughout the stay. The breakfast selection was also quite good with a nice variety of choices. Pros: The check-in process went smoothly, and the host provided clear and detailed instructions beforehand. The location is convenient, with easy access to a nearby supermarket. The room smelled fresh upon arrival, and three sets of toiletries and towels were thoughtfully provided. Cons: Although we booked the room for three guests, it seemed to be set up for only two. There were only two dining chairs, even though the listing photos for this room type showed three. We also found only two plates, two bowls, two sets of utensils, and two pairs of slippers in the room, which was a bit inconvenient for a group of three.

Overall, Hotel 101 offers great value for money. The rooms were ok. The location is very convenient, especially for guests visiting the Mall of Asia area. The only issue we encountered was that there were no towels available upon check-in, and we had to wait until around 8:00 PM before they were provided. Aside from this inconvenience, our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. I would still recommend this hotel and would consider staying here again.

Celebrated my birthday there and we had a relaxing stay—clean and comfy beds, modern design, customize-able room lighting, clean bathroom, clean water with good pressure. My favorite part was the mini balcony with great view of Manila bay! They also have a skybar at the penthouse where you can dine, sip your cocktails, lounge in the infinity pool, while looking at the magnificent city view. Location is great and quiet, away from the city noise. Maybe something to improve: wifi connectivity. It’s a bit difficult to connect to their room wifi. They also have a breakfast buffet which you can avail separately—quality of food can be improved tho. Overall, the place is really value for money!

Stayed for 10 days at this hotel. First room was on the 3rd floor, I couldn’t rest well because the sound of the traffic nearby was really noisy so I requested for another room then they gave me a room on the 12th floor. AC was not working well and needs to be replaced. However on my last night I requested to moved because of the noise beside the room doing renovations. I wish they would planned their renovations better. Overall I enjoyed my stay, I love the room and my view. Staff is very kind as well.

1st time to booked this place and I can say na ba balik balikan namin sya, this will be one of our go to places na. The staffs are all friendly and approachable. Aside from the comment I left personally the other thing that I noticed was the dining area is too hot, it's not well ventilated. It’s just a smooth transaction with the hotel. About the room, it’s clean that guests will be comfortable to stay. I’ll just recommend to add pillowcases, bed sheet and a blanket to make it more comfortable. We had a great stay and the staffs are friendly. We’ll surely book again in this hotel.
