Room: Clean, relaxing colors, with remote controlled lightings (with different moods), curtains, etc. The room we booked which is a corner room was very spacious and has great view of both the bay and the city. The bath tub is situated uniquely and restroom is really spacious. Cool and up to date variety movie options are set in the 42 inch television

Food : Medium-sized selection, delicious, pastries are great, reasonably priced (for guests: 680 for adults, half price for kids aged 4-11)
Amenities: Infinity pool is cool and view is still great even with the bay reclamation, though seems too hot to swim on hot times of the day

It took me a while before I was able to check-in due to language barrier between me and one of the owners who happened to be a foreigner. But they were very accommodating so I didn't find it hard to check-in even though there was a language barrier. The room was really good. It was very clean. I enjoyed our stay there. Will definitely come back again.

From the outside looks of networld Hotel and ******, you would know that it’s already an old school hotel (Interior as well). I was hesitant at first if this is worth the risk but guess what? 100/10😍. The place is very clean, our room which is a deluxe is in good condition, the AC functions well also, the cold and hot shower is working. Accessibility to transport is good since it is near LRT station. You can find a lot of local food nearby the accommodation. Plus the receptionist both from the morning and afternoon shift were very friendly and accomodating. All in all I can highly recommend this place to stay here in Manila.

This was a really great place to stay in the space is good for 2 but It can definitely accommodate a small family of 3. For me, you know a place is great when you suddenly want to live in it. It has everything you need, every appliance they had was functional. The wifi is really fast they have their own netflix account so this is really good for a staycation. But if you are here for business, it is just as wonderful because the area is very accessible. Another thing, the customer service is top tier. I tell you I am not an easy person to deal with because i tend to have many queries. But they always acknowledged my queries. They were kind enough to cater to my every need that was in their scope of responsibility. They are very responsive. I even called one of their agent and I think she was asleep when she answered, and she was still kind enough to answer my questions . That's a very difficult thing to do to be kind to a person who woke you up just for a question. Lastly, the place is very very clean and spotless. It also smells good in here. And you are always secure because they have a smart lock. The only thing that isn't great in my room was the view it was a partial view of The city. Still, i had a balcony. Still, they had so much storage space i could stay here for a month if i could. But nonetheless it is perfect. You even have pool access as a bonus. Very enjoyable hotel. The swimming pool was great (though a little chilly in the evenings). Very easy to get to the MoA. Very nice bar upstairs at pool and downstairs. Huge TV. Comfortable bed.
They are transitioning to use a QR code to order things like room service...but it frequently didn't work. Even the lady at the front desk wasn't able to get it to work. I like the idea of it, but it still needs to be worked out.
Also, they only give 2 containers of water... They staff gave me more when I asked, but they should stock rooms with at least 4.
I would definitely stay again.

However, despite its reputation as a luxury hotel, the **facilities feel quite outdated**. Some areas, including the rooms, could use better maintenance or renovations to match the high expectations associated with the Conrad brand. While the overall stay was still comfortable, the hotel would benefit from an upgrade to enhance the guest experience.
Overall, the **location is a major plus**, but improvements in the **facilities and upkeep** would make a stay at Conrad Manila even more worthwhile.

Nice facilities however the rooftop pool area is poorly maintained and lacks cushions on the outdoor furniture making it quite uncomfortable. this was really disappointing as this small improvement of cushions would make a huge difference to the guest experience and overall impression of the area. F & B service at the pool rooftop was also quite disappointing - staff demonstrating a real lack of interest in serving anyone and lack of care.
The hotel, rooms and experience all great - except at the rooftop.
Breakfast room super busy in the morning but food was ok and staff handled the chaos well.

GGuest UserWas here for three nights. Proximity to the airport is great, but kinda in an inconvenient location to go around Manila. Grab is easily available but surge pricing can mean it's sometimes 300PHP to get to Makati.
Breakfast is quite decent, though some more options in cold-cuts (e.g. ham etc.) would be appreciated.
The room itself was not in good condition though. The window's rubber insulation was somewhat damaged, leading to noise leakage. The floorings especially in the bathrooms were quite stained and even coming apart in some places. I also encountered one cockroach in the bathroom, but it had vanished by the time housekeeping came. (Thankfully not into my suitcase - didn't see it again). Considering this a Holiday Inn, I think they can do much better.
Also check-in is super slow - there are like two lines of ~10 people around peak times, moving incredibly slowly. A lot of manual inputs etc. required making it very slow, and bogged down by people who seemed to be making bookings on the spot or something.

Near MOA, you can ride EDSA Bus Carousel and nearby mall and restaurants, staff were very helpful and friendly.
The only bad part is if you're not a smoker, you can smell smoke from hallway down to elevator, you can request for a non-smoker room but the smell of smoke still lingers.
I booked 1.7k per night so you get what you pay for, good for 1 night stay like for concerts or you have a late night flight but not for staycation. Water is limited per night of stay.
