We had a wonderful three-day stay at the Sheraton Manila Hotel. The Sheraton Club was excellent, and the food throughout our stay was consistently great. The room were comfortable, and everything was well-maintained. We also celebrated our 8th anniversary during our stay, and we truly appreciated the effort the hotel made to make the occasion extra special. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more memorable. A special mention to the amazing staff, who were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Their exceptional service and hospitality made a big difference in our overall experience. Thank you, Sheraton Manila Hotel, for a fantastic stay. Our stay at Conrad Hotel was a very pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, elegant, and perfect for a relaxing stay. The weekend breakfast buffet turned out to be a nice surprise. Since the hotel seemed fully booked, probably due to the expected opening of the Pyromusical event, breakfast was extended to the C Lounge instead of being limited to The Brasserie. The C Lounge actually made the experience better, as it was more spacious and even had live saxophone music, which added a nice touch to the morning. We also appreciated the Conrad stuffed toy and the birthday cake, which was a thoughtful and charming touch. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay with the quality service expected from Conrad.

Cons: 1. The accessible room felt more like an accessible restroom. 2. The soundproofing was poor; we could constantly hear people moving around outside the room.

Super cool! I loved everything! It's clean, tidy, and just a 5-minute taxi ride from the airport. Downstairs there are plenty of cafes, a pizzeria, and a 24/7 store. The apartment has everything you need, even a washing machine. The only minor thing is there's no balcony. Everything else is a solid 5/5!

The light fixture in the bathroom of room 610 had fallen off. After the room was cleaned, the used, wet towels weren't replaced; instead, they were folded and put back on the rack for the next guest to use. That's terrible! Also, the bathroom only had an overhead showerhead, no handheld shower, which made showering quite inconvenient. The only good thing about this place is its location.

There is a shopping mall called Mall Asia nearby, and there are Japanese restaurants, Chinese restaurants, and Shabu Shabu restaurants on the first floor, so the infrastructure is good. There are many convenience facilities on the first floor, such as a convenience store, massage shop, and beauty salon. There are many options, and the rooms are large and the ceiling is high, so it doesn't feel stuffy. It's good value for money.
