We booked a weekend staycation here to unwind, and it exceeded every expectation. The host and every staff member we encountered went out of their way to be helpful. It was the perfect, stress-free weekend break. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service. I look forward to staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Luna Hotel! The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our visit very relaxing and enjoyable. Melvin is too kind as well in attening our needs. The ambiance was peaceful, and the facilities exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to the front desk staff, Bianca and Norgelyn, for their outstanding customer service. They were both warm, friendly, professional, and always willing to assist us with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel truly welcome from check-in to check-out. We highly recommend Luna Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service. We will definitely be coming back!

Location was very vague. I thought it was a different hotel from Savoy, turned out it was the same hotel. When we asked around the perimetry nobody knows where MCollection is, except that address is Savoy Bulding. Queu in Savoy (at 11PM) for check in was very looong. They were taking so long to check in due to a lot of paperworks. We were only staying in the hotel for 5hours due to our early morning flight. It was stressful. Also, location is NOT very near NAIA3. It was a bit of a distance walk from runway manila bridge and it was a very dark street.

Our flight delayed for 1.5hrs and we had to wait for our luggage for 1hr, so we arrived at the hotel around 2:30. Despite this delay, the staff welcomed us with warm smile. It relieved our hearts! The room was clean and spacious then so we could unpack our luggage comfortably. It’s close to the airport crossing the Runway, but location was not easy to find. Now that we understand where they are, we will definitely choose this hotel again if we transfer at Manila.

Super satisfied kami sa stay namin! 🫶 Malinis yung unit, mabango pagpasok pa lang, at kompleto sa mga basic needs. Ang ganda rin ng interior kaya perfect pang-relax at pang-picture. Mabilis mag-reply ang host at very accommodating sa lahat ng questions namin. Smooth din ang check-in at check-out process. Overall, sobrang sulit ng staycation namin. Definitely babalik kami and highly recommended sa mga gustong mag-relax with family or friends. Thank you, host! ❤️

The positives: close to airport and easy check in. The negatives: no toilet paper or towels (eventually resolved), wardrobe too smelly to hang my clothes, pillows they should've chucked ages ago, BABY COCKROACHES! NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR THE PRICE.

Very confusing booking. No address or hotel information. No answer on cell phone number, only by text, and also through a local person trying to call. The booking and handling process were very questionable. Not recommended for first-time visitors; it can be very stressful. In the end, this was at the Belmont Hotel, where I've booked before, and this hotel is excellent and well-located. Amenities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste were missing. More timely transparency would be very helpful.

The swimming pool was nice, but the owner didn't have tickets. My child was sad because we brought their swimming gear. We weren't told we needed to inform them earlier. I thought tickets were bought at the reception. Anyway, now I know for next time. The air conditioning unit was pointed at the living area, and the bed was underneath it. I slept really sweaty even though the AC was on full blast, but the person who slept on the sofa bed was freezing. I hope they can fix the AC's position because it's actually cold enough, but I just couldn't sleep properly. There were a few small cockroaches on the table, which is unavoidable because of leftover food. Self check-in and check-out were very convenient. It was clean, and the elevators were fast; there were many of them.
