"Finally got transferred to a better room with the help of Bryan and ate Fe. No toilet leaks but a little concern with the shower drainage(manageable). Bigger refrigerator and stronger AC and better bed plus wife router in my room which is great. A little fixing on the 2 window handles that are broken or no handles. This condotel should really work on fixing their amenities."

Luojiani JanetI stayed for four nights, and aside from the last night where I didn't sleep well due to noise from a running race (which the hotel had informed me about in advance), everything else exceeded my expectations. Both the hotel's facilities and service were excellent. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of food options, and the restaurant staff were warm and attentive. The hotel is a three-minute walk from MOA, about 10 minutes to the SMX Convention Center, and also three minutes to the Baywalk. I would definitely choose to stay at Lanson again next time.

Gen16I had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service. I look forward to staying here again.

Carol Lim KHBooked this stay at Hilton Manila Newport World Resorts for my boss and client during their business trip, and the overall experience was very good. The hotel location is very convenient, especially for travelers needing quick access to the airport and nearby business areas.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Service from the hotel staff was professional and polite throughout the stay. The breakfast selection was also quite good with a nice variety of choices.
The overall environment felt premium and suitable for both business and leisure travelers. My boss and client had a pleasant stay experience. Would consider booking again for future trips to Manila.

If MOA/ SMX Arena is where your destination is, this place is a mere 15 min walk there. Lots of restaurants at the bottom of the residence and Alfa marts everywhere. Very convenient location. However this unit though has a washing machine, but doesn’t provide drying rack. Residence rule does not allow for putting clothes on the railings. Found a couple of small cockroaches too in the unit. Apparently this is quite normal for this residence as warnings on cockroaches infestation is published in the lifts.

RP091st time to booked this place and I can say na ba balik balikan namin sya, this will be one of our go to places na. The staffs are all friendly and approachable. Aside from the comment I left personally the other thing that I noticed was the dining area is too hot, it's not well ventilated. I love the pool amenities they have. Hot and cold showers, common pantry with free use of microwave, hot and cold water dispenser (unli coffee), bread toaster, water heater (breakfast) and also thier very accommodating staff. We’re not satisfied with our 3 nights stay, location and amenities is great, we book feb 2 -5, cleaning just once, actually it’s not cleaning just changing the lines and towels, I ask for the toilet cleaner materials and cockroach spay,but the cleaner says nothing, on Feb 4 1:50 electricity cut off due to the disconnection notice. The owner didn’t pay since sept 2024. I won’t recommend this to anyone, though the Shore2 tower 1 is a nice residence, may try other condo owner just not to this House of Wu staycation agin. But I like the ambiance of Shore2 Tower1 guards ang receptionist are accommodating,.We have a nice view from the balcony.

Seriously, if you're coming here, make sure to let them know in advance! I tried to contact them a day before my arrival, but they didn't read my messages and kept hanging up my calls. I ended up waiting in the lobby for an hour. Honestly, I really don't recommend this place. Despite all that, the stay itself was okay. Oh, and the bed smelled, so I had to ask them to change the covers. Also, Netflix wasn't working in the room.
